I needed hinges for cabinets in my kitchen. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me immediately with links to the part numbers I needed. Super easy to shop when an expert tells you what you need!
Cabinet parts site made it easy to select a drawer slide for my kitchen application. They had a good variety to choose from. I installed the slides myself and looked to their YouTube video for guidance. I had to look for other videos b/ c sound and visual quality of video was poor. Plenty of other videos to help.

Post Office completely fumbled my order resulting in an arrival om June 15.
Not your fault but can not depend on USPS for reliable service. This is the second time this happened to me this month.
Well, you had the parts I needed at a good price, check out was easy and you delivered the items in good order in a timely manner. So in short, you did what you were supposed to do but in a world of clowns and scam artist it ends up being exceptional. Good work.

I haven't counted the hinges nor have I confirmed the screws are in there.
Overall I'd rate help as good, not great, although I really appreciate the effort.
My last question wasn't answered. I need help picking out hinges and parts that work together and accessories for mounting them.
All parts fit perfectly.
While I was able to figure out the adjustment mechanisms on the hinges, I would suggest including either with the parts, or online, or in a YouTube video, how all those adjustments are to be made.

I found the site confusing -- it took me several sessions to mentally figure out what was happening. Once I adjusted to the way information was displayed and what the options were and how to distinguish among them, even for a simple product, I am now able to go into the website and choose the product much more readily.
Great Experience. One of the few places we found that had the product finish along with the sizes that we needed. Service was prompt, though not when initially promised by the carrier. Products we ordered look great on our new vanity.
It did not fit correctly. The specs did not explain the 1/2 inch short because of where the brackets need to be installed. We had to take tracks off and install on old frame with many adjustments. So wasted time and money because all we used were the tracks.
It would be *extremely* helpful if you would include instructions for us DIY-ers, to install the base fillers.
At the very least PLEASE remove the directions that you *do* have on the website. They are worthless, and just put me in a bad mood.
Would have been nice to know at time of purchase that the mounting bracket for the inside of the cabinet was not included with the hinge and also that it was different from the existing mounting bracket that I had even though this was the replacement hinge for my model number. Now I have to place s second order, pay more shipping charges and wait another week for some parts I should have already

Tracking info should inform the customer that there are multiple shipments arriving on different dates rather than one tracking number for one small package and one delivery date.
Screws and hinges came one date and the drawer slides arrived a week later.
Web site and purchase was easy. Shipping was reasonably quick. The price seemed comparative to other stores. The drawer slides were packed well and shipped with out issues. However the slides seem to have a very heavy grease that gets everywhere. Also the movement seems very stiff due to the grease as well.
There was no communication about the shipment until after the parts arrived other than UPS giving me a notification the part was arriving. It would have been better to know before the product shipped as I did not initially recognize the company the parts were shipping from in the UPS notification. I just deduced that that's what it was.
Lock and the fob should be sold together as a set or at least create a third option to buy them together. I had to buy them in 2 transactions and paid 2 shipping fees. The second piece got to me too late and the carpenter bought and installed one himself. Now I have a set with no use.
Sales associate at ACE Hardware found my part that I needed here as ACE didn't have it. He made it so easy for me to order as he gave me the part # to order. Really appreciate him. Felt bad that he didn't make money on this but I bought $35 worth of other products from my local hardware store.
I broke a 30 year old unique hinge on my kitchen cabinet. I thought there would be a huge ordeal to find the right replacement. I took some pictures and sent it to cabinetparts.com and they had the exact hinge. I am so grateful! I am very pleased
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
Answer: I think it's legit but very difficult to get your money back if there is a problem.
