Cabinet Parts has a huge selection of items I need for remodeling my kitchen. Some items I have ordered have arrived within a week of the order date. Very please with my last order of soft close drawer slides. So glad my contractor informed me of this website.

Hoping I ordered the right thing--the comments made me question compatibility with the hinge I'm replacing.

(Added after I received the part: I didn't order the right thing--at least not all that I needed. I didn't use the hinge but was able to get the original hinge to work more or less. I'm sure if I was a professional cabinet installer or someone very familiar with hinges, I would have done a better job of ordering).

The parts looked great and the delivery was great. They came with good instructions on how to mount.

The laminate arrived earlier than expected. Still in the box. Haven't had a chance to work it yet but everything looks to be a great condition.

Delivery was quick and ordering easy.

Half of my order was not in the box when I recieved my shipment. Items just thrown unprotected into a large ziplock bag, no screws with the mounting plates. Maybe my standards are to high because I've only done high end custom furniture for the past 12 years but this was seriously disappointing.

I operate a handyman service an I am asked to repair cabinet hinges and drawer slide rails, I could not find the style of hinges at my local hardware store, was able to find them at cabinetparts.com, was shipped to me in a timely manner an customer was happy!

Poor quality
I refuse to jump thru hoops, pay shipping to return, restock fees, etc. Purchased high quality brackets locally I will never order from you again. From now on on line purchased are vis Amazon

Received order but the wrong items were sent. I contacted help online but was told it should go through email and would be 2-4 hours to get a response. It's been about 24 hours and no response. I need the correct items sent ASAP.

I initially ordered the wrong part. After emailing my issue and sending pictures, the correct part was suggested and it fit great!

Your customer service is very bad...Needed info on my order talked to the virtual man, he said customer service would notify me within 4hrs. Well 4 days later I am now getting emails. I know with the pandemic things are off soooooo over all the product is fine.

I needed to replace some broken hinges. I found what I needed here. The video they shared with me was very helpful in knowing how to measure the cabinet overlays. I called and had a few questions and they were friendly.
