Good service- not a fan of restocking fee- would love to return 3 extra handles (screw up on designers part) but I now get to add more 'junk' to my home bc of 25% restocking fee. That's not good customer service
Original shipment was damaged due to bad packaging. Customer service staff were great and reshipped replacements. That packaging was also damaged. But between both shipments I could use the 7 sets I needed.
I was very satisfied with the hinges, the help I received and the customer service who expedited my order. However, when the parts arrived, there was only one bag of 140 screws and I needed to go buy 210 more screws as I bought 35 pairs of hinges and there were not enough screws.
Homeowner, replacement of entire hinge was $45 at HD and only sold in pairs. Was able to order only the broken replacement plate— thank you!
Ultimately I got the right parts, based on a hunch and a shot in the dark. Customer service recommended parts that would have required modifications to the cabinets. I felt I was crystal clear regarding what I needed.
Part was a story as describe and visually depicted on the website. The hinge fit as expected and I received all the part I was expecting. Shipping cost were 2-3 times the cost of the part, which is a bit of a disappointment. However, online was the only place then parts could be found, and at least this distributor had them.
Cabinetparts.com shipped my items quickly and responded quickly to my request to return parts for a larger size. I'm still waiting on confirmation that the returned parts were received and a credit has been issued.
I would give you 5 stars except for one thing. I asked a question, customer service asked for pictures, I sent pictures, but never received a response or recommendation from my question. Someone blanked out I guess. I love the Blumotion hinges that I had to guess would replace the current self-closing hinges. Key word is "guess" because I did not get a confirmation that the part numbers I was ordering was a correct retrofit, even anter sending pictures per customer service's request. Hence, why I am only giving two stars for the initial inquiry to send pictures to provide additional help, which didn't come. Perhaps they saw that I had all ready ordered the parts based on my best guess and a reply would have been redundant.
Great experience and very happy with products. Just turned out that we did not need some of the parts ordered so that is the reason we're requesting and RMA to return some of the items for a refund.

Service was easy to use with helpful instructions as to the appropriate part to buy. Unfortunately, the parts that I received did not fit my cabinets. I tried to reach the company to order the correct part, but was unable to do so (i.e., no phone number). As a consequence, I purchased the correct parts locally.
I needed 1 inch overlay soft-close hinges. I found them on your website and ordered two pairs. I've already installed the new hinges on the cabinet doors I made for our kitchen remodel. The hinges were easy to install and work fine. The hinges arrived on time and were packaged well.
It took way too long to get the parts. I'd have gladly paid a few bucks more to have it shipped faster. It took 8 days to get to me. I can't imagine the small parts weighing very little would have cost much more to ship by air. Other than that, the parts worked perfectly.
I ordered hinges. Once they arrived, sadly, there is no hardware included. Only to find out after the fact that the hardware is sold separately. Disappointing since the hinges were late as is. Now I must wait again, for hardware to ship.
They are rude, do not return phonw calls so 30 return policy gets eaten up waiting for them to call you back... will NEVER do business with them
I experienced a significant delay in the delivery. Also, although I believe the cabinet hinge will fit, I think I will have to have new holes drilled into the cabinet and therefore need to find someone to install them. I'm not happy about this.
The website was easy to use. I liked the suggestions for a base plate.
The only problem I have is that the suggested replacement hinges are awful looking. They are much much bigger that the original hinge, even if they have the same screw hole placements.
I love the hinges, they fit perfectly...i have one question...i ordered 50 pair of hinges, when i meant to order just 50 hinges. I have like 43 extra...is there a way to ship them back to you, in that i don't need them?

Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
