I placed my order march 16th. They charged my credit card that day for $60.41. They sent me an email march 20th saying my order has shipped via ups. Ups keeps telling me they have not received my shipment. Today is april 13th. Still no product. After multiple emails to them, no response!
Scammers. I will report them.
These guys are scamming people. I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer on March 16 and it said the delivery date is March 24. Within couple of days they created a shipping label but they never shipped the item until now. I communicated them over email and they mad it a moving target. Every time I email them, they say they will mail it next week. This is a scam. I reported this to my credit card company.
NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS BULK STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE REGARDING "SHIPPING DAYS OUT," THEY ARE LYING. (sorry for caps)
They are raking in the cash, then updating their orders thereafter with delays that are even longer than what you were forewarned about--and ultimately settled for because of going through with the order.
I ordered hand sanitizer with a "10-day out" for shipping... okay, fine.
EIGHTEEN DAYS later, I received a follow-up (only after complaining) that orders were now out 12 to 17 days further out.
I wrote again, essentially asking, "What does today's 17-day delay have to do with orders made 2 1/2 weeks prior?" They never responded. Obviously, "10-days out" was never true, to begin with. I'm now on my way to Paypal to cancel my order.

I cannot even imagine what dealing with Bulk's return department would be like without the help of an ally like Paypal.
I ordered 2 gallons of hand sanitizer March 21,2020. After my card was accepted they said that orders would not ship until 2 weeks later, which I thought was fine, I will not mind the wait. Today is April 11th and I have not even had ONE email sent to me saying my order has been delayed even more. The 1 800 number is a joke. I suggest you people who have purchased and not received their orders take it up with your bank or credit card company. They have a duty to investigate, pursue and resolve your purchase(s). I only gave 1 star because you cant give negative stars. I have my account # handy in case anyone wants to dispute my claims.
UPDATE: I received my order on May 1,2020, that's 40 days after purchase. (I only received 1 email on the 24th of April stating UPS had my package and was being shipped via Ground). I had decided not to dispute charges just to see if this order would go through. I wont buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Hard times like these are what separate the good companies from the bad and I suppose they need to take a hard look at their business model. By the way, the hand sanitizer smells crappy and goes on just like the 70% Alcohol it is.
Bulk Apothecary has no customer service. I purchased $15,000 of product on March 19 with an estimated delivery of ten days. They ran my card and still have not shipped the product. They do not answer their phones or reply to e-mail. I would not recommend use this company. I will not even give them one star. They should shut their doors and be investigated by the government.
Horrible lying scammers... it has been a month and I have received nothing! Nobody takes calls and no emails are answered... horrible company!
On 3/22/20 I ordered large bottle of hand sanitizer costing approx $60+. Bulk Apothecary "guaranteed" delivery by April 3rd. They debited my account of the money immediately. Today, April 9th, I'm still waiting. Their website states they are 2 weeks behind on orders. No one is answering the phone. An email inquiry gets a form reply, essentially saying nothing. This is terrible service. DON'T DO BUSINESS WTH THEM! I've lost trust in them and no idea if I'll see my order or a refund if I request it.
Horrible service and did not ship my order after i paid. Tracking info says "label created" for 21 days now, lol
Zero customer service and i have disputed the charges. Should be an option for zero stars with these con artists.
Provided false tracking info. Theybsent me tracking on a package that delivered in FL and I live in TN! They claim they are behind on orders when I email them. Still waiting on my order for almost a month. They will not refund either. Stay away. I think I was scammed.
I placed an order on March 18th, they said the hand sanitizer was in stock, I also paid for an expedited 2 day shipment and it's April 8th and I still haven't received it!
When I ordered hand sanitizer the deal was it would ship within 10 days. Over 2 weeks later, no shipment to me. Not even a tracking number awaiting shipment delivery to the shipping company. Called their customer service number, recording said send them an email. I sent the e-mail with no response from seller. Their are a lot of thieves now days. Are these folks thieves or just grossly incompetent?
I was happy to have known about this site before the shortage

#2 Stock was available for weeks
#3 My gallon was delivered at a reasonable time, even with demands
#4 They restocked within weeks for smaller orders

Yes, we are in a pandemic, and supplies are tight. Website said the product was IN STOCK and warned 5 to 7 day shipping, it has been 16 days. No way to check on your order (that feature is now deactivated on their website) and no shipping updates.
I've been ordering from Bulk Apothecary for years now and the customer service is always lacking. I recently placed an order on March 6,2020. No email was sent stating my order was delayed, emails got no response, and when I called and the representative seemed annoyed that I wanted to confirm where my order is at on March 27,2020. I just got an update today?!? My order won't arrive until April 16th... you have got to be kidding me. I will no longer be ordering from them and I would advise newcomers to stay away as well.
These people are trying to do a good job during a pandemic! I couldn't find hand sanitizer ANYWHERE but here! These people are not price gouging- a gallon for less than $50 is amazing when it couldn't be found for any price. They said shipping would take 8-10 days and it did take that long exactly. Please everyone, give these people a break!
I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer nearly three weeks ago. Promised to be here within 3-5 business days. There is no number to contact customer service and I am out $55. I'm disgusted and appalled and will be taking up legal action for being scammed.
I order a product which i was told would arrive in a week. I check the tracking and it was not even shipped. I tried calling the company and recording says they are not answering calls and to email them. I email them and they dont respond.
Funny though they took my money quickly. I want a refund and never will do business with such a horribly run business again.

I ordered 3/10 and both gallons arrived today 3/31. In a time of crisis like this, I applaud all the work this company has done to fulfill orders. Especially at times like this - how everyone expects 2 day shipping etc is beyond me. I waited and it has been received. All of my stores have been out for cover a month and are still out - so thank you for still having access when no one else can provide!
