I placed an order and was advised the item would ship within the week. When I had not received the item, I checked and found my status was "Awaiting Shipping." I emailed the company and was told they were experiencing trouble with transport companies and that orders were 10-15 days from time of order. I emailed back and told them it had already been 15 days. They answered with another apology and the same time frame. I waited another week, but my status remained "Awaiting shipping." I emailed three more times, but they stopped responding back. Finally, after more than a month, I put my purchase into dispute and my money was eventually returned. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their service is poor. They make no actual attempts to remedy your complaints or fix your problems. And, at length, they become unresponsive. Go Somewhere Else.

We placed an order on 3/19 for a gallon of hand sanitizer for our clients and we still have no received the order or any response as to when we can expect to receive them. The customer service non-existent and they are not taking any calls and apparently emails either from customers. Their Facebook page is filled with comments with people in the same situation and there has been no response for them either. DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you want to give free money away. They should not be taking more orders yet are continuing to do so for their own personal profit. They also make FAKE shipping numbers. Shameful.

I ordered 2 x 20 gallon hand sanitizer from this site and 30 days later the initial
Order have still not shipped however both cost and shipping charge was deducted from my account within a couple of days

Will I receive my order? Who knows, perhaps this is just another company attempting to cheating people out of money (in my case $4.0k)

In any case the website said shipping within 10 days... perhaps they are using a different calendar or none at all

Unbelievable and I won't recommend it to buy anything from this company

Hey everyone, I think think these guys are doing the best they can with the amount of orders they are getting in. They are not used to processing the amount of orders they are now receiving. I ordered 2 gallons of sanitizer March 4th and got it 3 weeks later. They did create the shipping label a week and half before it actually went out and I did check in with them when I couldn't track the package right away. They answered in a couple of days. I just placed my second order with them. If I didn't believe in the company I wouldn't have done that. I think they are going to extraordinary measures during extraordinary times to get us the products we need. Be patient. Remember, you can't find hand sanitzer anywhere else. Be grateful you can find it here.

Terrible customer service they are quick to take money but probably use a donkey to move freight. Don't buy from this junk company

Finally did receive the product. Product arrived after about 25 days. Received Gel Type Hand Sanitizer, product quality as advertised, meets all expectations. Just wish the company would communicate with you when there are extended shipping delays, would be understandable given the situation across America these days.

This company, Bulk Apothecary based in Ohio, is not a real company due to the following we ordered and paid appx $56 on 3/12/20 for one gallon of water-based hand sanitizer. They promised on their website to ship within either 24-48 hrs, or 10 days at very most, the product. Here we are at more than 30 days out and have NEVER received a reply stating an order is outstanding or that they've shipped the product. They are absolute liars/Chinese. I will NEVER ever deal with Bulk Apothecary again. Never ever deal w/ Bulk Apothecary again. Bulk Apothecary is the SAME AS dealing with liars.

Ordered 7200 caps March 19. After inquiring what was going on replied 2 weeks later that sanitizer orders have them running behind and it would be first or second week of April we would get caps. More unanswered emails begging for shipment or I will pick up because we need to get our sanitizer out to community. Told me today they have no caps and they are on back order and have no idea when they will get any in. You literally can still place an order for them still! No out of stock warning no back order warning. Took my money and lied for a month! I have 7200 containers ready and labeled for nothing. Cost me a ton of money. It is illegal to sell a product you do not have let alone say 10-12 days processing then oh it will be there 1-2 weeks, when you don't even have it!
