We ordered the 1 gallon of sanitizer- liquid because they were out of stock of the hand sanitizer- gel. We received 2 gel hand sanitizers instead. After 3 emails because we spent $50.00 for the gallon and they sent 2 gel's at $3.95 each. They ended up giving us the gel's for free- thank you, but the liquid took weeks to come in. The smell is horrendous and instantly produces a gagging reflex with me. Now I am reading an article from the FDA that is saying corn based sanitizer is not safe to use?

Took my order. Charged my card then sent a long excuse why it was going to take a longtime to get. I tried to call. They don't take phone calls. I emailed to cancel order. They do not write back. Worse customer service ever. They have time to send two page "poor me" letters stating how big and successful they are and because they are so big they are suffering. Sales repellent. I bet they're closed by the end of the year. They get one star reviews. Arrogant a holes.

I placed my order for five one-gallon liquid hand sanitizers on March 18th. I just received my entire order on April 28th. In the beginning of April I started to get nervous after reading all the bad reviews thinking I never would get my hand sanitizer and that they already had my money. However, the two times that I contacted the company via email, they responded within a few hours and even gave me the option of cancelling and refunding my money. I don't think they deserve all the negative reviews. Yes, my order took over a month to fulfill, but this pandemic does not allow businesses to operate under the premise of "business as usual", especially the small family owned businesses. I will order from them again.

I ordered 3 gallons of hand sanitizer that was listed on their website for $7.95 a gallon. I knew this was an unusually low price. But, I was in need of sanitizer for friend who is a first responder and was having trouble finding it. My order confirmation show exactly what I had ordered. It was to be shipped by the end of that week. 3 weeks later I received the shipment. It was 3 gallon pumps. What a ripoff! When I contacted them by email. It took several more emails, but I finally received their reply that " I got what I ordered." This is definitely a Bait and Switch!

Shipping time took a few days shy of a month, but I completely understand due to the unprecedented times. However, the liquid hand santizer, "Germ Attack", is one of the worst odors I have ever smelled. It smells like tequila vomit with a hint of fermented vegetables & milk. I feel like I wasted $100.00, because it is not usable as is, and gives my family members and I a nauseating feeling with slight headache. I am disappointed with the product, but not Bulk Apothecary.

They will not answer the telephone or refund my order. They have not begun shipping it and they have horrible customer service I would not recommend doing any business with this company!

THIS IS THE BEST EO COMPANY I HAVE USED SINCE I STARTED USING OILS 25+ YEARS AGO.
THERE PRODUCTS WORK JUST AS WELL AS YOUNG LIVING AND THE PRICES ARE QUITE A BIT LOWER.
I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT ANYONE WHO HAS DEALT WITH BA WOULD NOT GIVE THEM AT LEAST A FOUR OUT OF FIVE.
I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED MANY PEOPLE TO BUY FROM BA.
I HOPE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS AND DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING.

I finally received my order after 35 days! But i am very disappointed with the sanitizing spray. I purchased 4 gallons and they smell disgusting. I know that its grain alcohol, but i have never smelled anything like this! I have added my essential oils and scented oils like i usually do, but the funky smell is still so overpowering. I hate that i wasted my money on such an awful product. I just sent them an email so i can send it back Apparently they changed the formula AFTER i placed my order

Was notified on April 6th that my item was back in stock, I immediately paid $126. And expected the items to ship within 7 days as I was notified.
2 weeks pass and I contact them now told item in stock but orders will ship 10 - 15 Days later.
Just received my credit card bill and realized no items or notice of shipping yet. Contact them yesterday, they now say 21 plus days to ship.
How long does it really take to put in stock items in a box and ship them out.
I suspect that they are using my money to fill previous orders TOTAL FRAUD in my opinion. Calling my credit card company to remove charges for the items I have never received.

I placed an order 5 weeks ago for almost $55.00. The website said there would be a 10 day delay in shipping due to Increased sales. I was okay with that! Now, the website says there will be at least a 2 week delay in shipping. That's acceptable to me as well. Unfortunately it's been 5 weeks now with no shipment. Each email I receive from the company refers to the 2 week delay in shipping. I've now requested a refund so we'll see how long that takes to process.

We ordered hand sanitizer over a month ago. They processed the payment through Paypal on March 20th. Then the emails started coming apologizing for a delay. Then emails came asking if we wanted our money back. We finally said we did through emails. Never heard from them again. Finally we contacted Paypal and made a complaint. If it isn't resolved we will have to take the next step through Paypal. I will never order from this company again. I don't believe they should have taken our money until the order was shipped.

I saw their ads popping over and over through facebook so they knew what they were up to. Over a month waiting for my order. The price is good I will give them that ONLY positive I don't feel they gouged the price BUT they took the pandemic to their advantage knowing damn well many will order and now they have more than a hundred of unsatisfied customers while our money went to their acct with no problem. No customer service and what is even more ridiculous is that they are STILL selling it! Do your research look them up in facebook, yelp and even how they treat their own workers and how workers say its all about the $ for them. I wish I had researched but in the time of this pandemic all I thought about was just to get it so I can have for myself and share with my neighbors.

Ordered a gallon of sanitizer on March 20 because they said it was available and would arrive by March 28. No sanitizer arrived and upon checking on my order I noticed they added a banner to their site stating there is now a 2 week wait time. I ordered almost 5 weeks ago and my order still states AWAITING SHIPMENT. They do not answer their phone. Email ignored. 60.00 for nothing! Its only ethyl alcohol and aloe so 60.00 is outrageous a already but for nothing?! Close up or Refund

I ordered a gallon bottle of hand sanitizer on April 2, and was told they were running 10 days behind on shipping. We are now at 20 days and the status of my order has not changed.

Company has taken down their telephone number, and is replying to email inquiries with boilerplate responses which do nothing to resolve the issue but indicate it may be another month before the product may ship. This is not because they don't have product in stock, they emphasize, but they are completely overwhelmed and can't get stuff out the door fast enough.

In which case, I as a customer must ask why they're continuing to take orders that they know they're not going to be able to deliver in a timely manner? Their website still indicates a 14-day lead on shipping, but both my experience and that of numerous others on Yelp indicate that this is just a pipe dream. Other companies I have dealt with have gone to the lengths of stopping taking orders until they get caught up with the ones they have already received and been paid for. Not this outfit - they just keep taking orders in regardless of the fact that they know they're not going to be able to deliver them when promised.

Avoid. They talk a good game, but their internal practices are extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
