This is my 1st time buying from them but I will definitely be returning again! Not only are their tripp pants cheaper then the actual website but my shipping got here much faster! I also found a lot of other cute things to get my friends and they carry brands like killstar that I already shop out. Now I can do a one shop order to make it easier! Very pleased I found them so far.
If you have sensitive skin, these masks are horrible. Customer service is not easy to deal with and they will not give you money back even within the 30 day return policy. I regret that I gave money to this company. Use extreme caution
I ordered $135 worth of the kids and adult KN95 on January 13 based on a friend recommendation - immediately after ordering, I received a 50% off email offer (um, I literally just spent $135 and have not yet tried the product - a bit off on the customer experience).
After receiving an email asking to confirm my shipping address, I went back onto the site to check the status of my order. Discovered that not only did they not email an order number, their website does not allow you to check your order status - so after emailing for an update after 1 week and again at 2 weeks, I got the similar canned "orders are made to order so it takes time" reply others have described.
After another week of no update I emailed again on Feb 3rd and said if the order hadn't shipped already I wanted a full refund — I can get KN95 masks a LOT faster and cheaper, and at this stage 3 weeks had passed. Meantime, omicron is ripping through our community and I'd REALLY like the masks I ordered for my kids please.
I got a reply that they had JUST shipped. However it's now Feb 12, a month after I ordered and 9 days after they emailed me that my order had shipped (we're only 2 states over from California) - and according to the tracking, they're supposedly out for delivery today.
Still I nothing in hand, but have since received a number of marketing emails to reorder - including a massively insulting one today - that says "SHIPS NEXT BUSINESS DAY!"
They need to spend more focus on the customer experience, because in my first-time customer experience, it's been terrible. I won't be ordering again.
The masks fit very well and provides a very high level of protection. Great quality product. Would recommend to my friends.
I placed a simple order on 1/10/22 and have yet to hear from Brave New Look about the delivery of this order, one pair of leggings. No phone number that I can find, only one reply to my six emails to "support" and I feel like they took my money for nothing. If I treated my clients this way, I'd be broke and out of business. The worst!
Despite boasting a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, Brave New Look fails to deliver... literally! I purchased my masks on 1/10/22 and as of today 1/27/22, they have not shipped. Stating that they will ship in 1-2 weeks is false and misleading. They will not refund my purchase even though I have not received the product. There is no customer service phone number and only a support email that they respond to in a few days. Very frustrated with the level of customer service. I have already purchased different masks for my kids since they needed it for school and could not wait an entire month to receive these. The straps kept snapping on my first batch of masks from them but they replaced them so was willing to give them a 2nd try. If your time is not important to you, then go ahead and order from this company.
Please DO NOT buy KN95 masks from here and think that they are keeping you safe. They are not legitimate masks. The company says they are "made to order" which is alse. All KN95 masks should have a stamp on them (these do not). They also have an awful smell. Read the reviews online (not the ones on their website) before you purchase.
Masks smell like burnt plastic. As advertised - these are not kn95, no returns/refunds. Testing by armbrustusa dot com says they only block 70% not 95% - so probably on par or better than a cloth mask+filter. But their smell is the deal breaker. Also their website "reviews" are likely fake- there is no where to add a review. Unlike armbrustusa test video on yt - masks were individually wrapped in sealed bag. I should have done more research prior to purchase. Check cdc website or armbustua for testing results if you need mask with proper filtering.
Delayed order by a month. Cancelled order and instead of providing a refund, they charged again. Waiting for the double refund.

Ordered a month ago with a "Guaranteed Delivery By or Before 12/22/21". Here it is Christmas morning & nothing!
They are thieves who steal peoples money! They should not be allowed to do business!
It is good to be protected and still feel stylish. Wide choice and good quality. The package was securely packed and delivered without any delay.
This mask was advertised as reducing fog on your glasses when wearing it. It seems to be reducing the fog by 95% and I'm happy with that!
I've received three shipments of Brave New Look KN95 Adult masks. The first two shipments contained masks that were exactly identical to the web site photo, black with black ear loops, and were professionally packaged. I received my third batch this week. The masks, gray with white ear loops and were stuffed in plastic bags instead of in individually package in sanitary envelopes like previous shipments.
Brave New Look Support claims that their suppliers provide inconsistent products and did not offer to refund my purchase.
Never received my item; customer ‘service' were completely unhelpful and dismissive. Never again and strongly do not recommend.
My masks were lost in the mail and they sent a new order. Great job Customer Service! Thank you for your quick response.

Would recommend their customer service, and will review later when product is received, but if there is a problem with your order people - reach out to them, they are responsive!

I bought the 10 pack of the kn95 and the seem at the bottom which sits on the chin split on 6 of them. The split then continues upward taking away any effectiveness of the mask.
We have tried masks from at least ten different companies and the Brave New Look cotton mask is our favorite. I have bought multiple new ones for my parents, my husband and my teenage sons.
