The website itself looks very well professionally done.
The problem is they are a scheme - they don't actually have any product to sell.
If you tried to buy one of the face mask to protect yourself during COVID like I did, well guess what. They have zero stock. Nothing, nadda.
What this company is doing is collecting funds from people who are gullible enough to purchase and then pitching them this baloney "it will take 1 -2 weeks to deliver your product". Well guess what I waited 3 weeks and got nothing in terms of tracking numbers or delivery notifications. Just a generic email from their server bot that said they have a back log of over 10,000 orders they are trying to fulfill. Well duh. We are in the midst of a pandemic but if you can't deliver just be more honest and upfront with the customer's money and offer a refund, no hard feelings.
I emailed multiple times and got no response. So I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute in order to get my money back. And even then it's a 90 day thing with my credit card company so no guarantee's I will even get my money back.
Do yourself a favor and stick with Amazon only. These nefarious online retailers are cashing in on this COVID situation and taking money from good and hard working people under the false premise of selling something that may protect people.
Ordered masks 5/21/20 initialy told it would take 1 to2 weeks. Now being told 3 to 4 weeks. They already took my money so probably will never see them.

I ordered same face masks, they just stole the money, never delivered anything, don't even consider buying anything from them, it looks they are just a bunch of criminals that take money and deliver nothing.
I ordered and paid for this mask on May 11 and have not received it yet. I've emailed them 8 times and received some response with excuses and promising to send it within a week over and over. I've told tell to send my money back. They have not! I usually do not order without checking their reviews but I was frustrated with the inability to get a mask any where. This is a fraudulent company. If you haven't ordered from them yet DON'T!
Ordered 4 reusable masks and extra carbon filters four weeks ago (mid May). Website stated items available for shipment within 10 days. Received confirmation of order and nothing since. I have now demanded an immediate refund of my undelivered order back to my PayPal account and will pursue through PayPal and my Credit card company.
My only regret is that I did not research the company before I ordered. I had ordered masks from another company (also in California) and received them (on East Coast) within 10 days with shipping communication.

From my internet search of their services and products the company is a sham and a fraud. Products if and when delivered are defective and overpriced and only fit to be thrown away. I see only complaints from various sites, to which I am adding my own review. Additionally the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has the following notice "Brave New Look came to BBB's attention in November 2016. A review of complaints done in May 2019 state that consumers order items and do not receive them, in some cases when they receive the item, the item is defective. Complaints also state that consumers have difficulty receiving refunds. Brave New Look was notified in writing and asked to address the above concerns. BBB also requested the company explain their delivery process including estimated delivery times and shipping policies, as well as providing BBB with updated contact information. Brave New Look has not responded to our request."
PLEASE listen to the reviews here! Brave New Look is taking advantage of the pandemic and people seeking protection. I ordered masks and filters, but have not received them. It has been one month. I was promised expedited shipping when I contacted them. There is no customer service number listed on their site. I found a number on the BBB site, but it has been disconnected. The return address listed on their site belongs to another company. I found another address attributed to Brave New Look, but it too is not the company's headquarters. This is criminal.
Brave New Look spends a lot of money on online advertising. If a legitimate business, they should perhaps invest in their customers.

I was in need of washable/reusable face masks for me and my mother. I ordered May 2nd and received my masks June 5th. Not exactly in the 2-3 weeks their site said, but I did receive them.
They are total frauds. Never received merchandise after nearly 2 months, bunch of B*S* response about expediting, yadayadayada. Going thru' my credit card company, hoping for a credit. $80 down the tubes.
I have been trying to cancel my order and keep getting updates on shipping, offers of free shipping, then expedited shipping, then 30% off. I made my purchase on May 6, never heard back. Decided to reach out on 6/1 and was told they were running behind on shipment. I asked them to please cancel my order and refund my money. After numerous emails exchange i was offered 30% off. I asked what that amount would be then radio silence. I followed up again on 6/6 to only get told sorry but we do not refund on shipped items. I am EXTREMELY annoyed they shipped after I specifically said I didn't want the item. I have reported them to the Better Business Bereau. Worst customer service in history. Close them down PLEASE.
I was skeptical about ever receiving my order; ashamed I lashed out re lack of response at first. The negative reviews for this company, which is new to me, are unwarranted! I eventually did receive a considerate personal response from Kristine (and business response from Amy). Thank you ladies!! They are overwhelmed as many (EVERY) business has been during covid!! No customer service. Ordered one plain black mask and extra filters in May. Just recently sent filters. I emailed to ask for status of mask or a refund for the mask. Immediately got a automated email about production delays, covid 19 etc. I'm going to see if I can despute this change. Never again...
I ordered $50 worth of masks on May 3rd. My order receipt included a note that "Due to high demand, our face masks products may ship in 1-2 weeks" and that's fine. I understand they're busy and the 2 week timeframe was acceptable to me.
Now it's June 5th. No masks. No update. No response to my two email inquires asking for an update. Crickets...
I understand that they're swamped. All mask makers are. But no response? No update in 5 weeks?
I'm not happy. Not happy at all...
UPDATE: I finally received a response from them two days ago. They apologized for the delay and offered to waive the expedited shipping fee, which was nice of them. I still do not have an anticipated shipping date, though. I've increased the rating from 1 star to 2 and depending on how long it takes for me to actually receive the items I may update it to 3
I ordered masks with filters a month ago and still havent gotten my order. I emailed the address listed 4 times and I keep getting a generic email stating my order is next to be shipped, however there's no shipping info provided. I am so upset at this point I filed a dispute with my card company against these scammers.

I didn't read reviews. I looked at mask quality, design, and the promised date of shipping (ordered on May 8, marquis on the website said "In Stock, Shipping by May 13"), and the location--their address was Southern California, and I'm in Oregon, so expected no more than a couple days shipping time.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME WAS TIMING!
I cannot say how disappointed I am that I have gotten nothing but excuses, WHEN they bother to respond at all, saying "probably shipping within a week". Not good enough.
NOW I find this review site and on top of everything, people are complaining about the mask quality.
