Ordered masks 4/29 processed the payment immediately rather than after the product shipped... they're still not here, that makes them thieves in my book.

I ordered May 4th, when their site stated a May 12th delivery date. I never even got a confirmation email but my credit card got charged immediately! I did get the canned "your order is approaching the top of the queue" response from customer service but nothing else and questions about my specific order were not responded to. I am kicking myself for not checking BBB or online reviews first. I understand delays due to Covid, but no communication at all is unacceptable. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute charge for non-receipt of goods. I ordered from a different site and had masks within 10 days - and excellent communication. Save yourself the stress and hassle of trying to get your money back DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
They charge you for items that they did not ship. I have been waiting a month. I told them to cancel my order and reverse the charge and I hear nothing.

I ordered and have now been charged for face masks that have not yet shipped. Several weeks after ordering I contacted the company regarding the status of my order and was told it would take an additional 1-2 weeks before the masks would ship. This is not unusual during this time of COVID-19, so I decided to wait and in the meantime purchased other masks as I needed them for caring for my mom during her cancer treatment. When I still had not received shipment of masks as of 5/6, that I had already been charged for, I emailed again and was told they would ship soon. I requested cancelation since I had to purchase elsewhere. I have received three back and forth emails since my initial request to cancel in which customer service is trying to convince me to not cancel by not charging for shipping, then reducing the order cost by 30%. I don't have time to do this and consider it harassment that this company is unwilling to honor my request of a refund when they have been given time beyond advertised expectations to fulfill the order. I have made a report to the Better Business Bureau and also have my credit card company working on removing the charge. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered just two masks on April 28th. It is now June 5th, with promies in email to ship my items soon. I'm done! I will file a dispute the flak a complaint with the BBB.
I order the masks at the beginning of March and still have not received my order... I was referred by a neighbor who received hers in a few days, they never reached Out to me until I reached out to them first, and came back said your almost at the top of the list and demand has been high... I haven't heard anything from them since... I ask for the product or a refund... Poor customer service.

I, like others, ordered 6 masks with filters from this company in mid-April. I have emailed them and heard nothing. I have a family of 5 who need the masks and this is infuriating. I am also contacting PayPal to file a complaint and demand a refund. Just awful.
No masks, no explanation. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Making a donation in kind for the $64.00 lost on these cheats to Feed America. Lesson learned and a donation will remind me not to be a flippin' fool!

I am giving this Co a 1 because I ordered mask on May 13th and have Not Received them Yet. Every time I email which took them 2 weeks to respond all I got was about their Co opening up a new place in California and my order was coming. I also got a question to rate customer service. Now I am being told on 6/2/20 it will be 4 more weeks I responded and No One is responding Again. I am Feed Up with this Co they wasted No Time taking My Money on the 13th of May.
What a terribly run company. I placed an order a month ago and haven't heard anything since. They were happy to collect the money right away though. I messaged the support team to cancel my order and they sent me a lengthy email that rambled on and on but never addressed my question to them. I have since sent 3 emails to them which have all been ignored. I'm out of options and want to cancel my order and never deal with them again.
Ordered 2 masks 5 weeks ago with the understanding they would ship 1 to 2 weeks after ordering. In that timeframe I've asked them to cancel my order 10 separate times only to be ignored. How can a company stay in business when they care nothing for their customers?
I wish I would have been clever enough to find these reviews for this company last month. I haven't received any products (masks), their respond on email are vague... and I have quite probably lost my money. Are there any way to warn for a business on their website? This is sad, since I wanted to help other businesses than only Amazon connected. STAY AWAY!

Ordered masks from Brave New Look on 4/26/20. They said 1-2 weeks delivery. Requested cancelation in late May. No response. Filed cc dispute on 6/2/20. Then flurry of emails. Said shipped. Based on reviews/BBB, I expect junk. Awful company.
I left a review yesterday informing everyone that this company is stealing from us. Today I have the proof. I received the email with my tracking for order #*******. The order shipped was two masks at $104.40. No mention of any backorders.

I ordered three overpriced masks on April 24,2020 and as June 6,2020 I have not received anything. I complained to BBB and I found out that this "company" with one employee is under alert. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY". TOTAL AMOUNT LOSS $73.00 US
I ordered my overpriced masks on April 18' today is June 3rd I still did not receive it. After I called my credit cart and report them I just got an email that my order was shipped and probably I would receive it on June 8th. I will never order from them, I will make sure were is the origin and manufacture of my order. I can't comment on the quality because I did not receive it yet ( 2 months!). Very disappointed I don't even want to rate one star, zero stars.
They certainly were quick to charge my credit card!
One month later... I've emailed twice to cancel my order.
To date: no refund and no masks.
Received the order (all items, masks and filters) on 6/23/20. Had reviewed scathingly on 6/3/20 and gave them 1 star. You will just need to be patient, and Brave New Look should notify up front that it could take up to 6 weeks or longer. Overall, pleased with order and would recommend!
