First off, their communications are terrible. I did not receive an acknowledgement of my order once placed or an estimated delivery date. SEVEN weeks later, I remembered I had placed the order and reached out to check status and cancel. No response. I then put in a complaint with PayPal saying my order had not been received and wanted a refund. Suddenly my order is on the way, so they don't have to refund. I send back the unopened package for a refund, since I clearly needed masks in the past seven weeks. They now say that " Unfortunately, masks are a personal item and due to sanitary reasons can not be returned." I shipped the masks back in the unopened envelope they sent them to me in. So, now they have $50+ of my money and the product itself. I can't speak to their product (since I never opened it), but their customer service is terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
I made a purchase $50 on may 1,2020 it's now June 5th and still have not received update regarding purchase or a courtesy email. They should refund at this point if they cant keep up with orders.
They did a great job of advertising/marketing face masks. Apparently they have yet to deliver a single one. I'm now in dispute session via Paypal.
Ordered in April - now it's June still no masks... my brother ordered a mask and filters and only received the mask. I have contacted the company twice regarding my order for 4 masks and filters. Response... so busy with so many orders will ship next week. So far not happened. Don't waste your money.
I shopped around for mask and really liked what I saw. But unfortunately it has been longer than the 1-2 weeks stated when I ordered about receiving my purchase. I have contacted them on 2 occassions inquiring and asking them to change my shipping address because I moved. I was contacted and given some long story about what's happening with product delays. I could care less. They took my money, haven't sent my product and don't give refunds. I will be contacting my bank to file a claim b of a can handle it for me.
I ordered 2 masks with filters from Brave New Look. Ordered the masks 4/18/20 - package arrived 6/1/20. The masks received are entirely different than the photo they use to sell them with. The masks are very flimsy, cheap and do not fit. Have been in touch with customer service about my dissatisfaction and they will not refund my money.
Ordered 3 masks on line. Recieved the Starry Nights mask. Love it. Fits perfectly. Washes well. In the same order I ordered 2 black masks. Never received. Cannot get a reply other than a computer generated one which states I have received yet my message from the company was that only the one was shipped. So now I have paid $52 for one mask and no hope for receiving the others. I loved my first mask so much I was planning on ordering more. But due to lack of customer service I feel like I've been ripped off. Beware!
I placed an ordef for masks on 4/29/20 and still have not even recieved a tracking number. I sent a request for an update on 5/18 and recived a response about expedited shipping and that I was at the top of the list to have my order shipped within the week. Here I am 15 days later and nothing. I sent an additional email and got the same response. I am pissed at myself for falling for this SCAM. I cannot believe that during these times that FB would allow people to get scammed. I guess making billions is more important to Zuckerberg that the people who made him that money!
I am still waiting for masks I ordered April 20th. The website promised 7-10 day shipping. I have emailed them several times. Each email I receive is the exact wording in response no matter the question I ask. Apparently "Ian" can't really answer any questions even though he sends me an email. I was assured with each correspondence that my masks would be expedited. I have asked for a refund but that is never acknowledged. Needless to say their customer service is lacking. There are lots of other places to order masks, I suggest not using this company.
I ordered 4 masks On May 5 after my sister got some from here (quickly, I might add) and I finally got an email May 26 that mine supposedly shipped. Now a week later (6/2) whenever I check the shipping status it still says DHL is awaiting to even receive the package to ship it out! All I get back is an automated reply when I email. If I don't receive my order soon I'll be reporting to PayPal and then to BBB!
I ordered on May 10 now its June 2 2020 (almost a month) and still no masks. I have written to them via emails numerous times and always get the same response (they are up to be shipped within a week) well still no masks. I want to warn everyone out there, PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS SELLER. Yes I got gipped out of $30.00 and there is no way I can get my money back. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take your money, promise to send your order in 7-10 days and then have no intention of sending it. My order came five weeks after ordering. The product was inferior and the customer service awful. They provide the same canned responses to everyone. I have never seen a company get so many awful reviews. In fact, the couple that are positive must be from the company itself.
Never received my mask that I ordered 34 days ago. Tired of automated emails that say item will ship 3-4 wks. Well... after many emails asking for my mask. Or a refund. I still have nothing.

This company is terrible. I ordered from them on April 6 and received nothing to date, June 3. No shipping date; e mails answered with a form letter. Still no shipping date, no refund, no masks.
I ordered some masks and paid with tax and S&H about $30. I placed the order almost 4 weeks ago and STILL HAVE NOT received my order. Like many of the other commenters, I am still waiting and probably won't receive my purchase at this point. If you are someone who is thinking of purchasing anything from this shammed site, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! IF YOU DO, YOU WILL SEE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! There is NO WAY to contact them to get your refund.

I ordered two masks as others have who also got scammed. I ordered on 4/30 and it is now 6/1 and no masks have arrived although my account was charged. Do not buy anything from these scam artists.

I ordered two masks and never received the package. When I emailed the company I got a friendly and helpful response. But... nothing happened. After e-mailing two more times I staretd to receive e-mails with the same text. Nobody is taking care of the orders, it's like a fake company. The emails are automatically send, it's a shame!
I probably never get my stuff nor will I get a refund.

I ordered these on 5/9 and was told this would take 1-2 weeks. I am going on almost a month and now they are saying it could take 3-4 weeks. I would have ordered elsewhere if i would have known. I have asked for a refund.

Please don't purchase from this site, there are many other places with similar products and much better customer service.
