Still waiting...

I ordered masks May 2nd and I still haven't received them. I spoke to Amy (customer service rep) and she said that my order would be expedited and that was over 2 weeks ago. I emailed them today and now they are saying there's no order in my name. Really? I'm over it at this point and I just want a refund.

I Ordered from Brave New Look the first part of May with a two week delivery time, now the first of June and I have not received the order, and to compound this they now won't even return an Email. I finally contacted my credit card company and reported it as a fraudulent charge. Please beware and don't order anything from Brave New Look.

I ordered masks on April 27,2020. I have yet to receive them. I am out $173. I have been begging them for a refund to no avail. This company needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, which I plan to do. I hope the rest of you do as well. In addition, I am not so sure that this company is really located in the U.S.A., but I am only speculating.

Scam scam scam

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, the money was taken out of my account immediately. I have never received any update regarding my order. I have contacted them twice. I have received a generic email about how they have hired more people and are working around the clock to fulfill orders, blah blah blah. After constant emailing on my part, I began communicating with a person via email... never could give me a direct answer about my order, but said it could be 3 to for 4 weeks longer... so 7 weeks? I said, business is so great, I'm cancelling my order and I want a refund. They offered 30% discount and no deliver commitment. What is a discount without a definitive date of deliver. When I chose the option to cancel, all communication stopped. They won't return emails or confirm cancellation. I called my credit card company and file a dispute.

They aren't legitimate as far as I'm concerned. I hope this helps someone who is looking for protection of this virus... they just don't deliver.

I ordered face masks April 29th and still have not received them. I have emailed them several times and they keep saying they will be shipped by the end of the week. This place is a fraud. The number they have through paypal is disconnected and I have emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund as they charged my account the day I ordered them. Now they are not responding. Now through paypal I have to wait until June 18th for the seller to respond. Do NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

I placed an order on 5/3 for 2 Face masks with 15 additional PM2.5 filters, order# *******. Confirmation states ships in 1 to 2 weeks. On 5/12 I reached back out to see how they were doing, customer support indicated will ship in 7 to 10 days which means 5/19 to 5/22. On 5/20 reached back out to check on the status, the response was my order was at the top of the queue and would ship in 1 week which puts it at 5/27 and they would expedite the shipping.
5/29 have not heard a thing so I reached out and initially no response so I sent a fresh note to customer service, the response was I should receive my order in 3 to 4 weeks from my original order date (I ordered on 5/3 so I should receive between 5/25 and 6/1).

I went back to their website and they still indicate that Face masks are available now and will ship in 10 to 15 days which is deceptive at best.

If you have ordered face masks and are not receiving your order contact the Dept. of Justice Fraud which is exactly for reporting these type of issues (Face Masks is one of their selections)

Do not purchase

I paid $80 on 4/27/20 for 4 masks because I fell for the extra protection. I heard nothing from this company and emailed them 5/14/20 receiving the same response as many others. When I finally received them 5/23/20 they were horrible. I was embarrassed at myself for falling for this crap. I will make sure to get this message out to as many shoppers as I can. This is a complete rip off! Do not buy!

My order was to ship by now and has not. I have to relocate due to covid and after multiple emails and phone calls, they are refusing to refund my money which I need. They have done the same to countless other paying customers, even before the pandemic. -- the real reviews are not on their website, they are on review sites and BBB (they are not BBB certified)

I order a pack of 4 mask over 2 months ago. Still haven't received them. Emailed them on numerous occasions stating just wanted to cancel order, get refund. Of course, like everyone else, was given every reason under sun. Offered discounts on shipping, etc. Kept telling them " no " cancel my order and want refund. I even got an email, from a " annie" stating order was cancelled. TODAY ( 6-15-20) I get an email, stating my order is processed, but the order would not be shipped out till later date. EVEN though I cancelled my order 3 weeks ago? Found a phone numbet AND address that listed for this company. IN REALITY, that address and phone number is JUST A SHIPPING COMPANY! AND HERE IT IS: BRAVE NEW LOOK. 237 Kearny street # 9091. San Francisco, California. *******. They also list this as their corporate office. This address is listed at bottom of some of their adds too. SCAMMERS! BBB has them listed as an " F ". OF COURSE they aren't even accredited with BBB. I thought about filing a " small claims " to get my money back, through my state, or filing with consumer protection through my state, BUT WITH A FALSE address, don't think that will work. IF, consumers were to file a complaint, nationally with consumer protection in WASHINGTON, or even find a attorney, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, we ALL could file a class action suit, AGAINST " brave new look". GOOD LUCK to all, in getting a refund or even getting in touch with someone at brave new look. Cause you WONT! STAY AWAY! FROM THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS!

Awful customer service. Still haven't got my purchase. I canceled 4 times and they just keep sending e-mails my purchase is on the way. Finally notified CC company with dispute. Stay away.

WORST COMPANY EVER

Ordered masks due to covid19. After weeks of nothing I contacted customer service, the number to the company on my credit card receipt. Not one response nothing. Zero communication. I charged the item back and my bank immediately refunded me. Now weeks after weeks later they want to send. NO THANKS! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF AGGREVATION!

They charged me for 2 masks that they never mailed after a month. Keep telling me it would be mailed soon. Promised a refund but didn't receive it until I reported them to PayPal. They are exploiting concerned individuals who need masks during a pandemic (my opinion). Just disgusting and sad.

I too was negligent in doing my homework by reading reviews. Payment was taken out if my acct but no product. Been almost 4 wks. No confirmation & no response to emails I sent. Forget about calling... it wont happen. I've accepted fact that I've been taken big time!

I have sent four or five emails that I don't want their product anymore as I had to order elsewhere but they just keep saying they're going to send my order and I don't want it now,, this company is a scam. Promise everything give nothing, should be the name for "Brave New Look", covid mask seller. Waiting more than a month for masks and filters that are essential when leaving your home, is ludicrous. Especially when now, one month after placing an order, I see that I can walk in and buy them locally at a fraction of their price. Companies that scam consumers trying to purchase medical supplies in an emergency, should be prosecuted by the government for malicious fraud and civilly sued for damages by scammed consumers.

It's criminal that there are scammers out there in a time of crisis. Siphoning money from working class folks who are trying to stay safe. The mask never came. THIS IS A SCAM folks. So don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. Also, don't be fooled by the "good reviews" here, they are also obviously fake and don't even picture the mask that was advertised. Save your money. Contacting BBB and PayPal.

Face masks

I ordered a mask and extra filters April 25th. I grew concerned after about 3 weeks of not hearing anything from the company. I sent several emails asking for an update and heard nothing. I sent 2 additional emails asking for an update or a refund. I got a response from "Ann" offering expedited shipping and just recieved my items today. The mask is good quality well made and I'm very happy with it. The only complaint would be I paid extra for the filters and they are very hard to insert and don't really fit properly. Also the total spent was on the expensive side compared to other masks I've purchased from other company's.
