Placed an order for masks supposedly on a 7-14 day lead time. Now 5 weeks later after broken promises I got an email telling me they have shipped the replacement filters but not the masks. How stupid is that. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They appear to running their company using up front payments by customers. They should be shut down. BBB have a warning on their site.
I placed my order on May 6th. I have tried to contact them MULTIPLE times both by phone and email, and NO RESOLUTION. The phone is always busy, and i received a short email saying that they are delayed. It's over a month now, they have taken my money but cannot tell me where my masks are! This is ridiculous! What a SCAM.
I ordered $80.00 worth of mask in March--primarily because they stated 7-10 day processing. Now in mid June- no masks, phone numbers listed are disconnected. One reply email a month ago saying my order would be expedited-- still nothing. Fraudulent, I'll be reporting on all sites I can review, contacting BBB and my credit card company. Do Not Order From this company-- I am not sure it even is a real company-- total scam...
I ordered 2 plain blue masks with no screen printing. A month later I haven't received them. Of course, they took my money as soon as I placed the order. This is a scam, please don't fall for this the way I did.

I ordered face masks from Brave New Look. It took over 2 months for me to receive them. During that time I got masks from another source. So I tried to cancel my order. I sent many many emails with only an automated response in return. I tried calling their phone number they list on their site. It's not a good number, no answer, no way to leave a message. When I finally got the masks, well, they are less than bad quality. There are some kind of filter that I guess is supposed to go in the mask, but no pocket to put in. Is it just supposed to be held against your face by the cheap cloth mask? What a joke. Do yourselves a favor and don't do business with them.
Five weeks and 12 emails from me about the whereabouts of the mask and filters I ordered have gone unresponsive.
Except automated emails each time in reply saying in essence... Don't worry it's coming. I am disgusted! And of course there's no # to call for assistance!
I selected $142.77 worth of mask in April 2020. The next day May 1,2020 the funds were deducted from my account. Today is June 9,2020, and I have not received the mask or a refund or and explanation. The phone number no longer works. Just a scam. Due to COVID 19, I ordered those mask since I'm 65 and needed the protection.

I ordered at the end of April and have followed up several times. They respond and say they will offer expedited shipping and sign with xoxo. Don't order from them. Complete rip off and genuine thieves.

I ordered several face masks. After nearly two months, one (the cheapest) came. The other two, more expensive masks have not arrived. I have emailed them multiple times, they always promise the rest of my order will be delivered "within the week", but I have never gotten anything. I have asked for a refund but gotten no response. Never order from these scammers.
I ordered masks about 6 weeks ago (very large order). I received 2 printed masks in a small envelope and non of the ones with filters. I have emailed and emailed and I receive a chatbot message followed by an email they are "on the way" by end of week with no tracking or other information. Then a week goes by and nothing. If they are unable to fulfill the order, they need to let me know. I have given them $200 for nothing in return.
I should have read the reviews! I placed an order on May 6th and I received a notification from DHL stating the estimated delivery is June 15th! Even with all that's happening, that's ridiculous! Someone dropped the ball on this order!
I could not believe that I paid $30.00 for a piece of s. T mask like this. It was too small, it took too long to get to me. I just purchased a mask from a store in my city and it was better made and it fit my face. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE i DID!
If you're selling mask's for Coronavirus, don't blame your lateness on that. THAT IS What your selling. Be honest it was coming from China, oh never mind no one would have ordered from you.
I ordered 4 masks and 15 filters on May 1st. They were suppose to ship in 1 to 2 weeks. On the third week I sent an email asking for an update on the status of my order. After reading a lot of bad reviews I thought this may be a scam and I'll never hear back. I did get a response a few days later explaining that due to high demand my order would be late. They told me they would expedite my order and I would get an email the week after Memorial Day that my order was shipped. I got an email on June 3rd and my masks arrived on June 8th. They are as advertised and will work great.
Like many others I was distracted by the professional looking website and did not do my due diligence researching this company before placing a 4 pack face mask order. Unlike many others, I actually received my order (from PA) after a long delay, but was disappointed to see that one mask was significantly smaller than the others - like child sized. I ordered 4 identical adult navy masks; how hard is it to meet size standards during production?
"Nobody home" at customer service: I've emailed 3 times, including the "VIP Support" email address provided in others' screenshots and texted called the contact on their site. NOBODY HOME and NO RESPONSE except a canned email auto response that "my new order was processing." You know, the defective order I had already received. My situation is not as bad as many other reviewers, but still - a complete ripoff, especially during a pandemic! Shame on you Brave New Look.
After waiting weeks for her two mask order to be shipped and after several emails to the company to determine her order status, my wife contacted Brave New Look by email to cancel her order. Her email was ignored, and the masks were shipped four days after her cancellation notice. Immediately following the shipment, the company emailed my wife to tell her that they couldn't cancel a shipped order. My wife is attempting to get a credit through her credit card company since the masks were sent after she cancelled the order, but the entire situation has resulted in frustration and lots of wasted time. How companies like this remain in business is beyond me, but I would encourage potential customers to digest the negative reviews before placing an order with Brave New Look.
This is a Fraudulent Company. We have unfortunately experienced the same mask selling fraud outlined in most of the reviews below, including the insincere "follow ups" that are equally dishonest. Shame on these people for taking advantage of consumers during this pandemic. We also checked in at the Better Business Bureau and found that they had an F rating with hundreds of similar reviews. Wish we had checked before we bought. Imagine how many people have lost their money to this scheme during this harsh economic time. Disgraceful.
