Ordered 4 face masks and filters on 4/29/2020 with a 1-2 week processing time due to high demand. The transaction cleared my bank the following day. On June 2,2020 I contacted the customer service email listed on the website to inquire about the status of my order. I immediately received a automated message informing me that my order would take another 3 weeks to ship. That message was followed up soon after with an email from customer service rep "Patrick" that informed me that my order was next in the queue and offered to expedite shipping at no additional cost, indicating that my order would ship within the week. On June 13 my order has still not shipped and I received the same automated response I was sent on June 2. It's been 45 days since I placed my order and I've been charged for products I'm clearly never going to receive.

STAY AWAY...

If you purchase from them you deserve what you get... or don't get as the case seems to be. I'll spare you the details of my awful, frustrating experience with these retail hacks. Just look them up on Better Business Bureau. 1 star given because there wasn't an option for a negative star rating.

Ordered some masks on 5-3 and they took my payment it immediately. Here it is 6-13 and I have received nothing from this company except the run-around. I have contacted them numerous times and each time they tell me my order will be expedited immediately. Apparently they are thieves and liars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered 2 masks on May 7 and by today 6/13 nothing received. Their customer service email address on the site generates an automatic response that" it takes time because customized," but never answers the question submitted. This auto response is the only one I've received after three tries. No phone # to call as has been noted in other reviews. Wished I'd seen the reviews before ordering. I paid through Paypal and have submitted a complaint to get my money back. Do not waste your time and your money with this company.

They burned me for 40.00 - 14 for a mask that I've been waiting for for over 1 month and some filter refills. They use COVID-19 as an excuse to exploit people and steal their money. I've emailed them several times and only get automated responses. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY... They are scammers and thieves. I already bought a mask and received it in less then a week through eBay. Brave New World can eat $#*!. Bunch of thieves. SEND ME MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered masks with filters back on May 9th. I received the filters but have yet to receive the masks. I have emailed customer service several times but only get a generic response back. It's now going on six week. Want either the masks or the refund of my money But can't get any help.

I fell for this mask company to provide reliable products in a time efficient manner. There is no transparency as to what is going on and I feel like a total chump for buying all these masks from "brave new look".
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
1- # ******* - received DEFECTIVE after 7 weeks and no one will respond from your "support" I sent an explanation and photos June 8,2020.
2- #******* - order placed April 25,2020 - 7 weeks ago - was told in an email that the order was going to be 'expedited' (whatever that means) shipped May 31,2020, today is June 12, three weeks later - NO MASKS! What is going on? No responses from 'support'
3- #******* - 4 masks, one month ago, no idea where are they?
4- Order #******* - 4 masks -Wonder where the masks are? No one will respond to the support request.

Your company has no problem collecting everyone's money but then you have no idea where our masks are and there is no support offered other than a blanket email statement that I'm sure we all receive. And then i read thru horrible reviews from customers and find this "VIP SUPPORT" email address in another customer's complaint?

I ordered face mask which were promised in 3 weeks. Five weeks and I'm still waiting. I simply want a refund, but the only response is an automated message informing me that my mask will ship soon. Am unable to speak with anyone. This is a ripoff company. They don't even rate one star. Buyers Beware.

Fraud
June 12, 2020

I ordered masks on May 7th and still haven't received them despite customer service lying about them shipping soon. They just want to keep your money and not provide the product which at this point I don't want the masks. I keep reading about the low quality. I just want my money refunded and I'm starting legal action against. I want this company shut down. I will not stop until they're out of business and can't scam people any longer.

I gave it one star because there was no zero. After months of waiting, I received the wrong masks and over paid by 3 times what they are now being sold for. Multiple email attempts to process a return for a refund have been met with responses from a chatbot' who claims it is new and in training, therefore can not locate my order number. Oh well.

Don't buy
June 12, 2020

The customer service is horrible. I ordered a month ago they says they would be here in two weeks but I had to buy others because theirs didn't come. I contacted them and tried to cancel order five times. They would offer me fast or free shipping to keep order but when I said I didn't want it they ignored my email and keep moving forward with order saying they are in their way to me!

Ordered masks and it took over a month to deliver. I only ordered one set and they sent two and charged me for them. The masks do not look anything like they were shown on the ad. Refund policy starts out that they do not refund but you can send the items back at your expense and if they get them, and that's not for sure, they might send you back a refund less the postage. What a rip off.

On May 4,2020 I ordered 2 face masks. Have not received them to date June 11,2020. Have send numerous emails and a text. Receive answer that they are processing my order, but never hear when. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SENT MY ORDER EVEN THOUGH I CANCELED IT; THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. MASKS WERE POORLY MADE AND FILTERS DIDN'T FIT IN MASK. I AM OUT $54.00! BUT LEARNED MY LESSON! VERY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. BE WARNED!

I order masks back in May, didn't receive anything. Today they remove my order off of shop. The app, so u can keep track of your orders. $38.00 gone down the drain. Yes I'm upset, but for what they doing, I will leave it in God hands. I want my money back or my merchandise. One or the other. Taking average of ppl during these unprecedented time.

Ordered a GRAY face mask for $9.99 ($4.99 plus $5 SH). Received a BLACK face mask (apx value $1) that had a "postage cost" of 2 stamps ($1.10). Attempted to contact a seemingly NONexistent "customer service" 3 times by phone and email!... NOTHING!

Can't believe I fell for their ad weeks and weeks ago, but I did and ordered two masks with several filters. Did not hear from BraveNewLook, so finally emailed them and asked to cancel order. This over two months after original order. Got almost immediate reply indicating they would waive some of the shipping, etc. I replied that I wanted to cancel. Almost three days later - with no reply from my request to seriously cancel the order - received an email saying my order had shipped. Well, what can I say? The masks finally were delivered and they are made of the sleaziest, cheapest fabric ever. Company's policy is no cancellations after product has shipped. LESSON LEARNED. Oh, and I looked at some of their other "products" - this is a borderline scam operation. Do NOT order from Brave Look!

Fraudulent Company

I ordered a simple black mask on May 7,2020 and received it today June 10,2020. I chose this company because the company claim was that their products would be shipped within 10 days from the US. Here is the statement from their company located on the fulfillment page on their website:

All of our items are made to order. We do this to keep our operating costs down by not paying to store inventory. This allows us to keep our business operations and manufacturing here in the USA.

After contacting their customer service two weeks after placing the order I got an email telling me that their production was behind but that my order was coming to the top of the list and my mask should ship shortly. Took another two and a half weeks to get my shipment.
Here's the thing - packed with my mask was a certificate of quality printed in Chinese. Obviously this company is scamming people into believing that they are buying from an American company selling their own goods, manufactured in this country, when actually they are importing goods from China. FRAUDULENT advertising and FRAUDULENT company. STAY AWAY.

They keep saying it's been shipped - but the UPS Tracking shows all they have done is prep a shipping label. Doesn't get worse than this. Be careful... they'll be happy to take your money, but once they have it they don't seem to be able to actually do what they say they are going to do. Today I'm going to look at governmental consumer protection websites.
This is just wrong...
