I have been trying to cancel my order and keep getting updates on shipping, offers of free shipping, then expedited shipping, then 30% off. There have been over a half dozen email exchanges where I've repeated, "please cancel my order and refund". Here's what the Better Business Bureau reports: Pattern of Complaint
Brave New Look came to BBB's attention in November 2016. A review of complaints done in May 2019 state that consumers order items and do not receive them, in some cases when they receive the item, the item is defective. Complaints also state that consumers have difficulty receiving refunds.
Brave New Look was notified in writing and asked to address the above concerns. BBB also requested the company explain their delivery process including estimated delivery times and shipping policies, as well as providing BBB with updated contact information. Brave New Look has not responded to our request.
