The item could have only been broken during packing, because of the way it was shipped. So that means they new it was broken and they sent it anyways. Then when i called to fix this issue, I get hung up on twice. Tomorrow is valentines day and there is no snow globe for my lovely wife. These items are made of cheap plastic and their customer service is terrible.
Spent over $200 for The Nightmare Before Christmas Train (5 piece set). After only 2 Halloween seasons, they are going in the trash. The water in all of the globes is MURKY and the connector pieces all snapped off. I purchased these to display each Halloween. Expensive mistake! Do not recommend this company!
The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!
I purchased a Disney Little Mermaid snow globe and it arrived damaged. The shells and decorations on the outside of the globe must have broken off while in transit. I contacted customer service and they responded the next business day telling me to throw away the globe and that a replacement is on the way. Within 5 days the new globe arrived - slightly faster than the original order! Very satisfied with the customer service and response from Bradford Exchange
I ordered a special pendant for my wife.
It arrived well packaged and came within a week.
My wife was very touched by the gift as it is something for her to keep when I am no longer here. I have terminal cancer and wanted her to know I will be watching over her.
I have since ordered bracelets for my two daughters from the same range, When Angels are near, I know they will be as touched by the gifts but also thrilled. So thank you Bradford Exchange for helping me leave something special.

I love the Bradford exchange, I invested a lot of money into the online store for nightmare before Christmas. The only down side is the calling center and tracking and shipping not very detailed at all, especially for how expensive the items are. I wish they would improve on those 2 things.
I bought a music box that was broken on arrival. I wrote a bad review, listening too and being swayed by other reviews I expected the worst. Immediately after posting my review, I received a very nice letter of apology and they told me they put a replacement into shipping immediately. The replacement arrived as promised and on return they gave me a full refund for the broken part. I am impressed with their integrity and service. I know there are many unhappy reviewers, all I can say is I am very pleased with their integrity and business practice. I'm sure there are some that will think I work for the company or have devious reasons for this positive post. I can't change those minds but I have no connection with this company other than a satisfied customer.

1. The box looks and feels cheap. Bradford Exchange is an established brand and should provide quality packaging as many of the products sold are gifts. I was embarrassed to present my volunteer of 10 years with this gift box.
2. The watch feels cheap. This is a $99 watch and feels like a $10 watch. I gave 2 stars for the face of the watch but I am very disappointed with the cheap feel of the watch it's self.
I have been dealing with this company for years and just recently noticed that they promote Michele Obama items. Nothing from Mrs. Trump or Mrs. Bush. Frankly I'm astonished that you would promote the most racist 1st lady ever and not the elegant women that graced the White House. Please discontinue my catalogs until you unscrew this mess.
The ring isn't what was shown in the picture, very cheap looking in person. The price was also higher than advertised. Just DO NOT trust Bradford Exchange because you will be disappointed! This will be my last purchase from this company!
I purchased a US Army personalized messenger tote bag. There is a 90 return policy which turns out to be the warranty on this item also. The lining material has pulled away from the sewed seam. It is obviously defective due to poor design. There is a felcro attachment right were it tore. This is a weak spot and this was bound to happen due to the design of the bag. I would think that they would back up the product they sell but they didn't. There only reply was the 90 day guaranty was over. I was only looking for an replacement. I didn't expect a refund. Due to poor customer service and poor quality of there items I won't do business with them anymore.
It's okay not what I expected. Definitely some errors in creating this ring... good thing it's only a promise ring... for engagement will definitely be going elsewhere...
I contacted Bradford exchange customer service several times regarding to my daughters ice princess maiden doll. The first customer service told me that it was supposed to arrive a week later after I had spoke with them. A week later my package did not arrive. Several days later I decide to call again. I told him that my package did not arrive and that I spoke with the first customer service and they told me that my package was supposed to arrive that following Friday and it did not. Come to find out that it was never processed in the system to ever be delivered to my house. So this customer service told me that it was supposed to arrive within 5 to 9 days which they put a rush on my order because i waited so long. I told customer service to please send me an email with a tracking number so I can follow it so I would not have to bother them regarding to this. Till this day I never received a tracking number but I did receive my package. I am very disappointed that customer service was not willing to help me when I asked him several times to make sure they sent me a tracking number and actual tracking number that works! I hope customer service does a better job next time when it comes to helping out their customers. Because I felt I was not helped the way I should of been...:-(
This is a classic Bait and Switch operation. They lure you in with decent arts and crafts,then quietly keep charging your credit card forever with much more stuff than you ordered. Trying to get them to stop is near impossible. You keep telling then to stop, but they keep right on with the sales pitch.
They finally explain that when you initially order an item,you agree to have 10 or 20 more items coming monthly at a hefty price. Don't trust these clever Scammers... Look elsewhere
Watch functions were not what I was told when I called to confirm before my purchase and the warranty card had someone else's name hand written on it... obviously a return they sent me. A used watch...
I ordered a watch on the 14th, on the 18 I had swimming not received a invoice or tracking number so I called and asked for one sent to my email... still no invoice or tracking number for the almost 400$ item somewhere out there... I would have expected better customer service from Bradford exchange. I hope the item dosnt also reflect the same quality...
I received an unwanted coin unsolicited. After some discussion about arranging for it to be uplifted I returned the coin. Apparently it didn't arrive. Following several threatening letters I signed a declaration at their bidding stating it had been returned. Four months later I receive notification that recovery action has been initiated. Don't do business with this inept company.
They package a broken nightmare before christmas piece for christmas. Also they send the pieces every 28 days so if you buy a set you won't get them right away. The broken legs were wrapped up so it was packaged this way then when I called the told me that the damage falls on ups. These people are horrible do not buy from them. Pay a Lil more somewhere else for quality.
Placed order. There was a problem with the shipping address. The customer service agent said it was a glitch in their system however I would need to call back. I called again and spoke with a supervisor. She was rude and unhelpful. Still no resolution. Could not cancel or edit order. Customer service is absolutely disappointing considering the high standards expected from this company based on reputation.
I ordered from this company 6 weeks ago. I received an email saying they had shipped the products 27 days ago. Still no product. I have contacted "customer service" (what a joke!) multiple times but they refuse to do anything and keep changing the date of when they will do anything. First it is 10 days, then 14 days, now 30 days. Do business with Vista Print instead of this scam of a company. They steal your money and don't deliver. They do not deserve even one star.
I bought my mother a Precious Moments figurine set. At least I thought I did. Only one arrived despite the picture showing "4" figures and using plural(figurines) throughout the description. Not happy!
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.

I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
