Why are your reviews so bad? my husband and i would very much like to purchase your service clock (army), but are fearful because of bad reviews.

Answer:

When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a ring from them with engraving, it's come and is horrid, i ve ask to send it back as its not as discribed, but they refuse, can i stop the rest of the payments

Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.

You can reach them via phone 1-866-503-9057 will take a bit for them to answer their customer service are working from home but never depend on your package arriving on time this is a pattren they have with every one!

Does anyone know about how long it takes to get a personalized ring from bradfordexchange? i have the shipping for 6 business days but i don't know if since it's a personalized ring it would take longer than 6 days or not. any feedback is much appreciated!

I ordered a ring from BE and never did get it thankfullyI wasn't charged, terrible company to do business with.

I rate the Bradford Exchange a0 I have had nothing but problems ever Since November and it's still going on from the very first item I ordered was messed up I spent $128.00 I had ordered my grand children bolo bracelets they sent the wrong stuff I was guaranteed my grandbabies would have gotten their bracelets by Christmas they got them at the end of January my second order I spent $419.00 I mailed the check on 8 January still haven't got my three items my husband ordered me the mocha diamond ring when she looked beautiful online but once I got it it looks so cheap the stone was terrible it fell out maybe two weeks later the lady wanted to know If I wanted to order the same ring that was $211.67 no I didn't want to it was cheap looking and for the stone to fall out that quick it was a cheap ring so I ordered the hidden message ring I took the $211.67 and put it towards the hidden message ring. On January 13,2021 I called to check on it today and it said put on hold until payment which I paid them in full 178.99 as of today February 9,2021 still haven't received it I'll tell everybody like this this is a scam company fraud company there's no telling where your money goes where it's at or your items do not Trust this company they are awful customer service is awful as well as supervisors are all of you get nowhere with this company all I know is they like ripping people off

You'll have to contact your CC company and tell them no more from Bradfords Exchange it's the only way they will stop.

How do i sell some plates i bought forty years ago. they should have appreciated by now and i cant keep them safe anymore.

Answer:

I would go online, and reference Offer Up, and or Let Go, and do a comparison of what's selling versus what you have to sell. If it's CHINA, they should sell quickly!

Why cannot i get to talk to a superviser when i ring up very important as call staff are hopeless and cannot answer my question as why i did not receive my item paid for

It doesn't matter if you talk to a supervisor or not, I've talked to 2 different ones female and male and nothing has been resolved. They have quality products it's a shame they feel the need to take advantage of people. Karma will get them, as many people as there screwing over, it's only a matter of time before the word gets out to enough people to make a difference. A would be so ashamed if I worked here I wouldn't be able to face people. Shame on you Bradford you use to have a integrity when I ordered I knew it was going to be a great product, but because of your shenanigan's I can't trust you any longer. I would still like my money back that you owe me, if your reading this.

I wish to order item 121767001,moon and back glitter glove, but mast have it before 21 to have for local engraving. guarantee delivery by that date?

Answer:

Don't bother purchasing anything from here whether you get it or not, if you have a problem with it your stuck eating it. Just saying they may have some good reviews but be sure to look at bad ones before you make a purchase with this company. I've done everything I know to do to get this resolved, now maybe just maybe someone higher up get this and resolve my problem. I can hope.
