I purchased a ring from them with engraving, it's come and is horrid, I ve ask to send it back as its not as discribed, but they refuse, can I stop the rest of the payments

Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
