Website seemed legit and quality looked like it would be good. Size was way off from the description and quality was lacking. Very cheaply made… not worth the hassle to go after a refund or exchange since it took a month to receive

Would rate my experience as a B+ as the package arrived late and did not include a packaging slip. I needed to make a return for a different size but no instructions were sent with my order. Just stumbled on to the website

Not terrible, the products are pretty cheaply made, but you get what you pay for. Definitely order a size up since most of the stuff seems to run pretty small for us normal sized girls and not the sexy supermodel type that are in the pics

I waited over a month for ny order to arrive, when I did arrive I was disappointed with the cheap material used. In the pictures and videos I seen of the dress it looked stunning but it's not very nice in real life.

The length of time this item took to arrive was far too long. I also think it would have been nice to know up front the delivery time and the location of where the item is coming from so the buyer can make an informed choice.

The clothes are of a decent quality and fit. My issue was the delivery time - I had forgotten what I ordered as it took so long. And the jeans are very long at least for a 5 ft 6 plus person. Wish they had petite lengths

It took forever to get the items! Size chart isn't close to be accurate of what to order. The company does not provide a shipping label and you pay for the shipping, which cost me $15.00. I have emailed the company of the time in getting my refund and no response. I also had to supply pictures of how much the package weighed and a receipt of shipping the package so they could track it. I will never order again from this company and will earn others as well.

The experience was okay, delivery was fast enough, but very expensive. But just beware if whover this particular piece is meant for, if they have a proportionately large buttocks, they may be hard pressed to fit it.

The three items I purchased were of good quality for their price point, though how they wear over time is to be determined. My gripe would be that having ordered in plenty of time for a Christmas delivery they arrived well after, with the website suggesting they were processing for a considerable time.

I thought I was never ever going to see these items? Almost 2 months for it to arrive. I love everything I wish they offered separate sizes for the tops and bottoms? And I only received three out of the four bathing suits I ordered? But I'm very pleased with the items that I did yet.

Boutique feel is a scam. Please beware at all costs.
They take your money send sub standard goods then refuse to give you a delivery address to return the items.
They do not send an invoice or any explanation on how to return
Your parcel. They repeatedly ignore your requests.
As boutiquefeel refused to give me an address to return items I made the fatal mistake of returning the items to the label on the parcel.
They have links with boutiquefeel as they are their shipping agent.
It is impossible to contact the shipping agent and boutiquefeel refuse to contact them on your behalf.
My goods have been signed for 4 weeks later still no refund and they will not cooperate with me.
I am now going through the courts.

There is no order confirmation or address labels provided so it is very hard to return the unwanted items, a tiny address on the shipping label is marked as 'returns' but there is absolutely no other paperwork to make the return possible? Very disappointed with the sizes as 3 out of 4 items ordered came up very small fitting, at least 2 sizes less than on the garments. The items took a few weeks to arrive, and no communication was sent to advise when to expect them.

I ordered 4 sets of lingerie for my wife. It took weeks for them to arrive. When they finally did show up it wasn't even close to what I ordered. I got two of the same and never got the fourth (pink) set. One set had the elastic sewn on upside down. Another had the elastic twisted and not in line with the other straps.

When I reach out to their online customer service it took two days for a response that simply said no returns on "swim wear, night wear and lingerie." I further explained, still the response I got was "no returns."

This company is a total scam.

The products are well presented in the pictures but when you receive it they aren't the same quality as what the picture looks like which is very disheartening and it took nearly 3 weeks to get here to me. I keep saying I'm not gonna fall for these companies that sell cheap Asian junk that cost you an arm and a leg to get to you and never have I had anything that I've ordered from any of these companies be as it's a pictured. Then try sending it back, it cost you twice as much to get it there so you're basically stuck with it.

The product is great and fits perfectly, it just took over a month before I received it. Maybe because it's a holiday month and orders are overwhelming-not sure but definitely not unhappy about what I ordered.

I can't say anything bad about the store. The choice is not bad and the prices are acceptable. I bought myself some pants here. They fit perfectly. No problems with delivery. I'm happy with my purchase.

I am always a bit warry about buying things on line but the shoes are really nice and get lots of compliments. The order came quick. I do ware leggings under the dress since it is a bit short being older.

I paid extra shipping to receive my products between 7-10 days but I didn't get them on time. There was no point on paying extra.
You should include an under lining with see through dresses and obviously charge accordingly. I prefer to pay more for a nice product once than waiting long time to receive my products and then having to make alterations or paying more for something to wear under my dress and spend time looking for that something extra to wear under.
