It has taken so long to receive package. Have NOT received full order still. Babydoll has not arrived yet and it's been about a month wait. The products I have got are terrible fit. Would like to return

I ordered a dress I saw on instagram. It took 10 weeks to get her and then it is too big and just doesn't fit right. When I go on my account, there is not purchase listed anywhere. I never received an order confirmation or shipping notification with or any kind of number with this order. There is no phone number or email address. It is impossible to return something when there is no record of a purchase except for my credit card. When you go on my account it looks like I never ordered anything. Do not purchase from this company unless you know you will keep the item.

It was a wonderful experience. I saw the site while I was browsing on Instagram. So u decide to see what items they have on there and I fell in love with this swim wear. So I decide to get it.and overall it was a Great experience fast shipping easy tracking also. I will definitely purchase from them again

I am very upset. I lost a substantial sum of money because of the trading company. I thought I had no chance to get back what I lost. This company is my biggest finding through the latest couple of months. Refu nd b. Pa ge. Lin k/he lp they were able to return everything to me. I regret the day I fall for fraud, I wish it never happened. If not for them, then I would not have come out of depression.

My experience is and continues to be very disappointing and hurtful. The quality of the products is nothing like the picture online. The material is poor quality and the workmanship is just deplorable. Buttons falling off even before you fit the clothing, threads hanging from every where. Nothing fits properly. I spent over $230 and I cannot get a refund. They are trying to negotiate 30% and coupons. I need my money I don't need their crappy clothes.

Good experience, shoes took about 6 weeks to receive but i know the supply chain is messed up so i wasn't expecting anything different. Shoes were great, only complaint is i ordered nude in one pair and received black. Other shoes looked just like the photos

Some colors of the ultimate skinny are sized 2-4-6 etc, and some are sized 26-27-28. So FYI the 4 corresponds the 27. I have a boy type body, not much butt or hips, and these fit me great and are my most comfortable jeans. Perfectly stretchy but never stretch out or get misshapen over the course of the day. The denim is pretty thin, but I like that, and I have had one pair for 2 years and though the color faded a lot, the fabric has not worn down or ripped.

I love the dresses that I received! They're actually do match the description and didn't disappoint. Shipping did take some time, but that was expected. I do recommend this store and most likely will be buying more from them again.

Sadly I had to return my order as items were too small. The returns were easy and the online chat was a godsend. I received my refund within 2 days of posing them back. Excellency service and would order again

So, this is the first time I have ever ordered from this company. I placed an order on 11/29/2021 and still have not received my order. I can't seem to get an answer on if they will refund my my money since I haven't got my product

The clothes I ordered were all true to design and most of them fit without any issues. Some of the material don't feel very well given how much I spent. I ordered 4 items and they were all shipped to me in 3 different packages at different times, but the customer service is very helpful and I would shop here again.

I wasnt sure how the service would be when I ordered from Boutiquefeel. I got immediate confirmation of my order and the tracking information. I was able to track as the package was prepared for shipment, etc. At one point, the package seemed to be "stuck" in transit because the shipping information did not "update." Nonetheless, the package arrived sooner than I expected!

To start with I thought they were an American company. I was looking forward to some new clothes, but have been disappointed with the time it took to receive my goods nearly 5 weeks, the quality of the fabric and the sizing. I won't shop here again and its to complicated to return items.

Everything was fine until after I purchased it. I didn't receive a confirmation and the PayPal merchant was a Chinese name, which led me to believe I had been scammed since this kind of thing has happened to me before. Thankfully, they did eventually provide shipping details and tracking and I did receive the item within a reasonable amount of time, though I don't like receiving products from China. I likely will not purchase from here again.

Loved all the vibrant colors and designs. Some sets had see through skirts. I do wish the material was a little thicker - only reason no giving 5 stars. Also, the shipping was a little longer than expected. Other than that I loved all the items received! Will definitely purchase more in the near future.

I waited over 5 weeks for delivery with no update, terrible website, wanted them for my hols and they arrived a week after my return. All poor quality and fit, I have been trying for 5 days to get a return address and am still waiting. They keep trying to fob me off. Never will I order off this or related website again.

I was worried about ordering from the site, as I have never heard of it and seen mixed reviews on trust pilot. However, my coat come within a week, and is beautiful. I have had no issues and would use the site again.

Site made out it was good quality at discount price due to black friday. The photos make out some of the items are well made and out of good material and design. 1 of the items a functional button flap pyjamas looked like it was cotton and had a lage flap with poppers. In reality it's made from polyester has difficult buttons on the flap and it's a lot smaller. If I ever do shop here again I will he aware of product description and price.
