Waited quite a while for my items to arrive, then found that 2 of them were far too small and another far too big. I now need to take time out of my busy schedule to return items and pay more money due to my items being not true to size. I'm sorry to say I'm a disappointed customer on this occasion.

This item was a total disappointment. I ordered larger than I typically wear, bc these boutique sites always run small. It arrived, and looks like about a child's size 6x. I contacted customer service, which instructed me to return it. I already paid $8 in shipping for a $19 item. I'm not wasting another DIME on this place. I'm not interested in spending another $8 to send it back. Unless you want to refund me, like I've asked, I'm not interested in any further communication with you.

I ordered a xl, which is the size I would order for a coat, it was 2 sizes to big. Tried to return but said that I never purchased anything to return. Emailed customer service and was told they could give me 10% money back and keep it. What am I to do with a coat that I can wrap around me two times.

I purchased three outfits for an event and even payed express shipping and they came in one week later! Aside from that I had to pay out of pocket to return the items and I will not get that money or my express money back. I will never buy from this shop again.

I was looking everywhere for a cute top for a Barbie-themed Christmas party. Amazingly hard to find! Boutiquefeel seem to have clothing that you won't find anywhere else, and I got a very pretty cold-shoulder top that was perfect. The only suggestion I'd make is that the strap on the cold-shoulder side should be quite a bit shorter given the proportions of the rest of the top. Easily fixed though.

I ordered my stuff which I was really looking forward to having as we where going away. But still no sign after 2 weeks of ordering. When I emailed they opolized and said it would be with me in the next few days. So I thought great just in time for us going away. No still no sign. So I emailed and asked for a refund which was no trouble and I received my refund within 3 days straight back into my bank account. The clothes are lovely but with the very long waiting of weeks for my order to arrive it has put me off ordering again.

I placed an order for 5 dresses, sadly all are dissatisfying poor fabric. I requested a return for a refund and was told they don't except refunds for not liking the dresses. I made several request and sent photos but they still denied my return. Now I'm stuck with these dresses I will NEVER wear. Waste of money! Trust me do not order from here.

Ordered 4 items was told weeks later after contacting you that two were out of stock. The other two came one was very small so measured it and the difference in inches described on website was about 4 inches

I ordered a strappy lingerie teddy and it looks amazing! Most of the straps are adjustable but the straps over my chest are way to small and I'm only a B cup! Not good for big chested women, but it is exactly what I wanted

Found it n line with many other great jackets unfortunately sold out already in the larger size. Now that I know my size I am better prepared but notice few available in the larger sizes ( or none in xxl)

Horrible delivery time. Not good quality. Horrible compensation for mistakes made on their part. Items will be listed as in stock on their website and days later, they will email you and say the item is out of stock.

I was expecting a long delay in shipping due to the virus, but the package came within a couple weeks of ordering! The dresses are gorgeous and I have received so many compliments! So glad i found this site!

Well to start was expensive fir two sweaters that were very thin fir this weather be out for fall winter nit so much,takes way to long fir shipping so with that Said will not be ordering from here again

Absolute crap took weeks and a ton of emails they hadn't even sent the item I told them to cancel order and received it over a week later sent on 48 hour post so sent after I cancelled order absolute crap quality looked nothing like the picture material was cheap and nasty bin bag like they offered me a money off code for my next order which I refused the it'em was sent from Hayes UK. I got in touch with PayPal won the dispute however to get money back they want me to return to China! Needs to be sent tracked which cost 45! Absolute crap company do not shop here

I had a very bad experience with this company with ordering clothes. I advise anyone that's gonna be on the website looking to purchase clothes from this company. Please don't do it you will never receive your clothes or your money back.
