The hole in the middle was way too wide that it touched both sides of my armpits and the next part didn't fit right either. Good luck getting your arms through the sleeves with all the lace that's NOT stretchable. Didn't like the product.
If I follow the guidelines given on sizes and an item doesn't fit me why does the sender feel its ok for me to keep an item that doesn't fit then offer me 50% of what I paid for it? No where in the return policy does it say returns are only worth a 50%refund.
Said fast shipping but it took almost a month, didn't get it in time for what I wanted it for. Took 5 days for it to "process" before shipping. Wish there was more info, such as listing zip up or slip on.

Not enough reviews on items and not enough pictures especially of the backs of tops etc however I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items once I finally received them. Most things run small.
Also delivery time and tracking is horrible. It took 5 weeks to recive my order, no emails or notifications about the delay and tracking just kept repeating the msg information received.

You know I love the cut but when you get these garments in and you hold them in your hand the sewing is really substandard it's irregular and the material just lacks the feel of quality is just a cheap polyester. The pictures feel a lot better than the quality of the product really is.
Half of my order never arrived they said it would be two days later to ship and it's now been weeks.
My first order several months ago one item never came and they refused to help me. So they packed up a partial order skipped one item and then just set out too bad on you. That's really poor customer service.
The products themselves are very cheap quality. One of my items arrived with a hole in it. Being that it was lingerie, I obviously respect the fact that it cannot be returned.

I ordered merchandise, one item didn't fit, but returning the item for a refund ended up with a long conversation, with offers and counteroffers. They only message once a day to make it long and drawn out. They've offered me 20% cash refund and I have to pay to get the item back to china. I won't be shopping here again.
My items took 7 weeks to arrive. When they arrived 3 items were missing with no further update on the items. I cannot communicate with a live person. I was never given any tracking information on my order until i reached out after 5 weeks or nothing. The shipping takes forever. I'm still waiting for any information on my missing items.
Shopping online to this store is easy but trying to speak to somebody or take items to send back is very difficult as the company seems to purposely make it inconvenient and a burden to the buyer. The clothing is adorable but somebody in the department has a hard time distinguishing certain patterns that look the same but slightly different to the other so the order is never right. If you can't speak to somebody on the phone and sending back stuff is near to impossible than how can this company be reliable and trustworthy for a buyer to buy again?

I received all my items was happy with the fit some items were a tad snug for my taste but I am losing weight so they will be fine down the road. I did not deal with customer service at all so I cannot attest to how good or bad they arebut product is very nice
The item I received is far from what is pictured. Too short. Bra part not supportive and too big. The whole piece is just so poorly designed. No underwire support. Looks like it is form fitting but it's not a stretchy material so it's loose. Will never purchase here again.
All I ordered was a strapless bra. I tried over and over to contact them - with no response. I then asked Paypal to refund my money which is a standard procedure. Nope! They answered Paypal with a 'Tracking' slip saying it was sent and delivered. I have never asked for a refund ever that wasn't valid and I'm not starting now.
They are just as expected - cheap, scrappy clothing and service! Stay away for sure!
I had no difficulty in ordering or receiving my product. It looked exactly as it did in the photo. My only issue is that the material is really thin. It won't keep her very warm on cold winter nights, but I guess that's where I come in.

There is only one item from my order thats fits and is quite nice. The look and quality of the rest are very from what is cleverly shown Also the bikinis are wrongly sized. I am size 8/10 and should happily order a medium. This would be more like a size 6.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
