Bought this face mask because it looked good quality, washable & it had air vents.
Been wearing this for a good while now and virtually all day in work. Have to say its everything that I wanted in a mask and would definitely recommend to a friend.
I tried to use the rating system for each item, but when selecting anything lower then a 3, the system automatically filled in the 3-5 stars.
While I am pleased with the clothing, the shoes arrived dirty and stained. I am in the process of cleaning them. I will include pictures below.
The order process was easy but the waiting period for the products is too long. I ordered dresses and a pair of shoes for a trip to Vegas and I ordered last month and I still haven't received one of the items. The shoes don't even fit so now I have to find something else. Also the materials are cheaply made, you get what you pay for I guess. Not shopping here again
Don't buy from BoutiqueFeel if you don't want 5-10 emails a day from them!
There's no unsubscribe button and when you contact customer support, they ignore you.
I had to threaten them with reporting them and even after they said they would stop sending emails, I still was getting them.
I honestly don't know what to do to stop it but I'm letting everyone know to be aware.
I ordered one month ago. Ive received two out of three items. They keep promising the third is en route. It isnt. Also the quality is horrid and please save yourself the money and agony of dealing with them and paying for returns.
The products were great but not quite the right fit. Consequently, I have decided to return them as to go to a larger size would result in them being a little too large. I did not find communication with the company easy and the returns process seems to be taking a long time. Delivery time was also long and in excess of the delivery time advertised.
Horrible to deal with on a return. Keep offering minimal discounts and telling me to keep the sneakers, they don't fit as they are very cheaply made & run small. They put you through the ringer to get a full refund!
I have been a Boutiquefeel customer for the longest time and I love their items... prices are reasonable! The material is at times not exactly as it seems in the pictures and at times (not always, but sometimes) the cut needs some alteration. Overall, I'm quite happy with the items I have ordered over the years
Tried to return some items that did not fit. After numerous to and thro eventually got an address to return too. Cost £10 to return them. Still waiting for them to be received so I can be refunded. Time will tell if I get the item prices fully refunded.
I was a little disappointed with the time it has taken. For after placing my order 1 week had passed and nothing had changed when I was tracking the delivery. The product I can not fault. They are beautiful and soft

No customer service, no knowledge of whether or not my money got hijacked.
No communication until now about my order, even after I wrote an email to the customer service email. I just received it a couple days ago.

Matter of fact; clothes on site looked photo compromised because the items on receipt is not as pictured on the website.
Big time deception.
We ordered 5 items from Boutiquefeel but all of the items were mis-sized so they are useless to us. We followed the sizing chart for all items very closely. The fact that we received mis-sized items, in fact, means that Boutiquefeel has misrepresented the items it has sold to us. When we inquired about an exchange or refund we were denied because they don't fit in the return category. Instead, they felt that offering us a $10 voucher was sufficient to replace the $86.12 that we spent.
When there is no option for return or refund, how can you have confidence that you will, in fact, receive what you ordered? If a company has a good return policy and a good customer service policy, you can have that confidence but when it comes to Boutiquefeel, the simple answer is that you can't.
Move on an shop somewhere else so you don't end up like us.
I was a little skeptical about purchasing from this website not only because of the sizes but also the shipment make it in time. I had a few questions and concerns about my order so i decided to reach out to their online chat customer representative "Aimee". She was awesome! To gain my business was just as important to her as me placing my order & getting it in time was to me!

I didn't care for the material that was used on the sets. The shirt was bigger than expected.
The jumper was nice it fit well, I just thought the pant legs were too big.
I like the overall look of things, I will try something different next time just to see.
Due to health issues I did not have time to open my parcel within 2 weeks of receiving. When I did shortly after this it was not at all like advertised, it was cheap looking and did not match description at all, which was figure forming for stomach area. I asked for a refund and was told I could not as I had not contacted Boutique feel within the 2 week period.
Ordered my lady a night gown, and it fit the way it should. I didn't know boutiquefeel was located overseas, so the tracking went dead for about a week, then updated a few days before delivery. I got what I ordered so I can't really complain.
The sizing was right and not too tight as we had feared since it seems like most items come smaller than expected but not here. The color was very pretty and even over the blouse. No odd stitching anywhere and the fit was nice and symmetrical.
I didn't receive much notice about my order. I was unable to contact customer service for any questions. And there was no invoice or receipt with my order. One of my dresses do no fit and no information has been provided how to return this item.
I have emailed them 11 times to cancel my order, they just keep saying that my order will be shipped soon. It's been 5 weeks and they still haven't replied, cancelled the order, sent a refund or even shipped the order I'm trying to cancel.
Answer: They suck at refunds and make excuses. Such bad customer service.
Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
