This company is horrible, y'all stay away from them. I ordered something from macy's I paid for shipping and everything. I paid $274.94 for the items and they made me pay $194.53 for the shipping it was $469.47 in total. They charged me again for shipping while I already paid wtf I called to cancel everything and they were like that wasn't the actual price for the shipping. This company better gives me my $300 something they stole from me otherwise I'll report them cuz I am not losing my $#*!ing money.
I want to start by saying that I have not been paid for this review but I felt it necessary to post a positive experience, as there has been so many negative reviews, I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and ordered an item from Hanes.com in the US which, by default, was shipped by Borderfree. The order was placed on 5 Dec. And it was delivered today, 21 Dec. This is remarkable considering that there are currently postal disruptions in Canada. My credit card was billed exactly the correct Canadian funds and the item was exactly as I hoped and expected. I will confidently order from this company in the future.
As borderfree is using DPD in Germany its useless because DPD is known for just returning borders without attempts to deliver at all. The service hotline is costly and cannot do anything anyways and the tracking does not reflect the status of orders. So deliveries from the US end up in the States and get lost there. Makes no sense using them.
I used the UnionPay card to pay with Adyen through Borderfree, but it has been 18 days since I still did not receive the goods...

Placed two separate online orders for hair products from Ulta (using Borderfree as I'm Canadian) that I have ordered in the past. They flagged my order for potentially harmful goods containing hazardous materials. It's been sitting in the warehouse for weeks, no one in customer service will give me any answers as to what the products that have been flagged are. I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my order, never mind before Christmas. The two orders combined are over $250.00 worth of shampoo, conditioner and hair gel.
I ordered a Chloe bag for Christmas from Barneys through Borderfree and received a confirmation email for it. I waited for nearly 3 weeks and they send me an email to cancel my order. WTF! My bag was lost in the delivery! WTF! WTF!
Absolute waste of time. Ordered through Ulta during Cyber sale. They canceled my order due to a "processing error". Told me to call Ulta to reorder and ask for price adjustment. Ulta doesn't even have my order reference # because everything gets handled through Borderfree, so they won't honor the sale price. Went back and forth between Ulta and Borderfree 4 times, and all Borderfree is doing is sending Ulta a message about this order.
They take no responsibility for their company error and act like it's the customer's fault. Both companies need to get their act together!

I placed an order a week ago, the status still "confirmed" until today, I paid for express shipping as they said it only take 4-7 business days, but it is absolutely unreal. This is my first time to shopping at their website but also this is my last time for sure, I prefer to receive my order before my dad's birthday, but it seems impossible because I made a wrong decision to shop with them. I tried to send E-mail to ask about my order status, but there are no one willing to reply to me. This is my most terrible shopping experience ever.
I'm not sure why there is so many bad reviews and I feel so bad for those who had an awful experience but I had quite the opposite! My package did not take too long to arrive, all the tracking updates were accurate and it arrived on the right day. I was super worried that I would be charged double or my package would never arrive because of the reviews, but I hope you all get a refund of some sort :)

I have to say, I find Borderfree as best international service in shipping. You dont have to worry about customs or anything. I ordered a handbag from MACY'S. It took exactly 6 day to come to my door and that is including weekends. So pretty good service from US to Canada. So happy with them. I needed it for my vacation and it came right on time as promised.

I avoid Borderfree at all costs, but when I order from Land's End, it's the only option. I have an account at Borderfree, but it never gives me any tracking information. I count the days from my order, and after 2 weeks, I ask Land's End to track it. It's the only way.
Paid the ridiculously extra fee for 2 - 5 day delivery and never got it until 10 days later from order date. Have repeatedly tried to contact someone about this to no avail. Will never use this site ever again!
I had never heard of border free before. I ordered a dress off lane Bryant to ship to Canada and was informed after the purchase it was coming through bored free. I came here to see the reviews. I was crushed so worried, only dress I had seen that I actually liked and was excited about. I had 6 week gap between ordering and needing the dress and was stressed reading the reviews here plus a potential canada post strike. But I am happy to say that from ordering to reaching my front door was a week exactly. Not too shabby for having to clear customs. I know people dont tend to leave reviews when happy only angry to try and get things resolved but I have to say it was impressive I may try to order more things from the US to canada through.
