Absolute waste of time. Ordered through Ulta during Cyber sale. They canceled my order due to a "processing error". Told me to call Ulta to reorder and ask for price adjustment. Ulta doesn't even have my order reference # because everything gets handled through Borderfree, so they won't honor the sale price. Went back and forth between Ulta and Borderfree 4 times, and all Borderfree is doing is sending Ulta a message about this order.
They take no responsibility for their company error and act like it's the customer's fault. Both companies need to get their act together!
