I paid cash for a pair of boots for my son as a Christmas gift and returned because the size was wrong and they didn't have the right size. They did everything but try to return money. They would not refund me and are returning payment through mail by a check. My son may have to wait weeks to get his Christmas gift. The manager was extremely rude and i will never do business with them again. The store is in Monroe, Louisiana and i will go back to doing business with Cavenders. If u decide to buy boots from them, be advised on returns if something isn't right. Terrible business and terrible policies!
Never shopped here in my life however they somehow stole my card information and charged me fraudulently. Cant even talk to their company at that phone they told my bank 888x440x2688!
I've reported this to authorities and you should beware about places hacking the country by storm like ths! Don't trust this place!
I ordered jeans ups failed to deliver both orders properly. Puppies tore packages open and damaged product. After reaching out to boot barn they replaced one package, but then they started wanting to put it on ups and not take responsibility. Me as a customer is the only one losing money cause neither company is taking responsibility for the neglect action that was taken by ups.
Why would any company mail a discoloration pair of boots to a customer? I know why! If they don't mail out an order, they lose points. I loved these boots, but I refuse to order another pair because I'm afraid I'll receive the same pair again.
The boots I ordered never came and they never investigated what happened. Offered no new pair or refund and we didn't have them for Xmas. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and fighting the charge at my bank.
I bought a pair of boots and the composite toe failed in one of them. Took them back to return them and been a week no news no updates no info. Boot Barn claims that they've sent my replacement pair to the post office but post office claims they haven't received it. I've heard stories of boot barn screwing customers on exchanges but didn't think they are true. Now I'm out 300
I purchased some boots on line. When I went to pick them up, I decided to open the box before taking them. The boots were all scuffed up and stained with oil. When I asked if I could reorder them, the employee stated we can, but the odds of them to be in better shape are slim to none. When I asked to reorder them, they wanted the 20% coupon I had used when I ordered on line. Of course I did not have it anymore. They clearly saw that there was a 20% discount applied, but would not honor it. I ended up returning the item. Now I have a credit card of a store I probably won't be shopping at again.
I went to the Boot Barn in Gainesville Fl on 03/18/23. The staff was not friendly I was inquiring about my boots that I received as a gift. I noticed that the colors changed. Just wanted to get an idea of what to do. All we got was accuse of me not buying the boots that I walked into the store on my feet. Katie looked at me as if I couldn't afford them. She asked me if I had paid for them. When I walked into the store they were on my feet. My boots were a gift. Do you know how hard it is to get these boots on and off. I am pretty sure they have cameras in the store.
After wearing my 350$ boots only a handful of times the leather of my pull tab snapped. Apparently, according to the poop barn, this is wear and tear because your not sopose to use your pull tabs for pulling on your boots.
My 89 year old dad had a problem with shipping of a product that he purchased at boot barn in Evansville Indiana. I called to help him out the girl on the other end of the phone her name was Sid was one of the rudest, ignorant people I have dealt with in my life! We explain to her about the problem and with an attitude she said "that is an online issue" she said that about three times with an attitude. Your business does not succeed if you don't have great customer service. She was rude extremely rude. I cannot express enough how rude she was in on a good note Bertha and customer service online was outstanding that's what customer service is all about.
I was there today February 7/2024.I had a nasty experience, I went to use the ladies bathroom and it was disgusting, it seems like haven't been clean for weeks toilet was so dirty inside the bowl and out also the sink and floor, I been at other stores that is not to clean but this was bad, if I couldn't hold it I wouldn't use it but I'm a senior and I have to go at that moment, I told the cashier but seems like she didn't even care.I believe customers need a little more respect at that store.
Youth boots didn't last 1 day before our son tripped and ripped them open. Low quality material for high quality price. Recommend going to a reputable boot store or Walmart. Same type of quality.
Every pair of boots I've purchased from there has quality issues... The counter fell off Dan Post Milwaukee boots after 3 wearings. But, that's not the worst. The whole soul came off a pair of Carolina Matterhorn composite toe rubber boots! The Dan Post boots cost $204 and the Matterhorn cost $167... I bought the VenTek Ariats ($234) from there and the heel is crumbling... I think they get irregular or 3rd quality boots there! I purchased 8 pairs in a short period of time and I'm dissatisfied with all 8 pairs... I will never buy from them again!
I bought a pair of Justin boots, wore them 6 times and the stitching started coming apart. These were the only boots Boot Barn had in the size and style I wanted. They refused to take them back or help with warranty.
Save yourself a headache and buy from Ariat. These people will not take back their defective boots even if they are worn once. Your stuck with them. As you can see the bottoms are brand new, and the leather has already cracked away.
I was charged a $200 authorize fee without any warning or being told it would happen. I am a college student and don't have the money to be charged $400 for both the boots and an authorization fee. They tried to tell me this is a normal thing for all online website orders which is NOT true. Be warned if you order from here because I now have $3 in my checking account for the next week! They also we're very rude when I asked about it trying to dumb me down repeatedly saying everywhere does it. Never again will I order from here. It should be stated before you even place an order that you'll be charged double what you pay!
I do not at all get the bad reviews of had nothing but great experiences with them the only thing a little pricey sometimes but the clothes are way better & they got good boots Fast shipping that's why my experience I love them
My daughter ordered some boots online for her wedding. They were too small so we took them into the store to exchange them for the next size up. The boots were in the original packaging and box that they were shipped in. She never received a receipt or packing slip when she placed the order. The only thing she received was the charge on her bank statement. Before we said anything the manager Cindy walked up with an attitude. She exclaimed they always email a receipt and she would "do it this time". Why have that kind of attitude when we spent over $200 it isn't like we were asking for our money back. We will never shop at this store again. Buyer be ware they just want your money and their customer service SUCKS!
I ordered some boots from my local store for same day delivery on 12/11 after 2 pm so I expected them 12/12. They were nowhere to be found. It's now 12/13. Woman at the store said I couldn't switch to pick up. I called customer service and they said I could. Went there to pick the boots up and the delivery driver had just picked them up 5 minutes ago.
So first thing we noticed is that the boots have tiny scuff marks like they've been worn before. Second of all we got the wrong size, boot barns system is messed up and is showing my order as processing instead of completed. I can't return the boots. They also don't let you exchange for a different size if you use PayPal to pay. Because their system is not working they cant print me a free return label or return it at the store. They want me to pay to send them the boots back and get my refund
You'll wait 3 months to get your item that ships in 4 days. Not sure why they lie about shipping date, but sure thing, likely, tey don't have your item. Happened to me with 3 different items. I cancelled all orders.
