I was there today February 7/2024.I had a nasty experience, I went to use the ladies bathroom and it was disgusting, it seems like haven't been clean for weeks toilet was so dirty inside the bowl and out also the sink and floor, I been at other stores that is not to clean but this was bad, if I couldn't hold it I wouldn't use it but I'm a senior and I have to go at that moment, I told the cashier but seems like she didn't even care.I believe customers need a little more respect at that store.

I went to the Boot Barn in Gainesville Fl on 03/18/23. The staff was not friendly I was inquiring about my boots that I received as a gift. I noticed that the colors changed. Just wanted to get an idea of what to do. All we got was accuse of me not buying the boots that I walked into the store on my feet. Katie looked at me as if I couldn't afford them. She asked me if I had paid for them. When I walked into the store they were on my feet. My boots were a gift. Do you know how hard it is to get these boots on and off. I am pretty sure they have cameras in the store.

The boots I ordered never came and they never investigated what happened. Offered no new pair or refund and we didn't have them for Xmas. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and fighting the charge at my bank.

I purchased some boots on line. When I went to pick them up, I decided to open the box before taking them. The boots were all scuffed up and stained with oil. When I asked if I could reorder them, the employee stated we can, but the odds of them to be in better shape are slim to none. When I asked to reorder them, they wanted the 20% coupon I had used when I ordered on line. Of course I did not have it anymore. They clearly saw that there was a 20% discount applied, but would not honor it. I ended up returning the item. Now I have a credit card of a store I probably won't be shopping at again.

Purchased a pair of Dan Post cowboy boots online from Boot Barn, shipped to store. Tried them on in store. Right boot was considerably larger in length so I returned them right then and there. Went home ordered another pair online, received them via UPS and Left boot had a defect in sole of Boot that hurt the arch of my left foot. Promptly returned to Boot Barn Store on Mercury St for another refund. Looked at boots on the shelf and found my first defective pair I returned had been put back on the shelf. As I'm trying on and confirming these were in fact my first returned boots, the gentleman who took my second pair of boots for return placed the second pair of defective boots right back on the shelf before my eyes. Unbelievable! I made sure to tell him about the defect and he told me he would make a note for the manufacturer to see, assuring me he was returning the boots to Dan Post. He lied to my face. He took the packaging out of the boots, placed a security tag on the boots and put the defective boots back on the shelf for the next unsuspecting customer!

I recently purchased a pair of boots that were so comfortable in the 6 inch height. So I felt I could be just as satisfied with a 8 inch style. Unfortunately the 8 inch had to be ordered but are manufactured in China not the USA like the 6 inch. Also sizing and width is not the same as USA. Even though I have continued to use softener and stretching conditioner no happy ending. Beware of the poor resolving support you'll receive.

Around the 1st of December I ordered boots for my grandson - right at $600 and paid with PayPal - boots came and he needed a larger size I went in to the order and processed an EXCHANGE. Over the next few days, I kept getting emails about a refund - I just thought it was an error. Then I got worried - replied back to one and they stated that they couldn't exchange an order paid by PayPal - NO Notice to
Me at all. I was expecting the boots any day - only to find that I had to wait on a refund and then reorder -. So - I did that to. Reordered - then I lost the 15% discount that I had received ion the 1st order. Not happy - I emailed and they did refund $88 for the 2nd order a so I was at least satisfied. THEN the package arrived in Atlanta and it has still not been found or delivered. 45 days from the day of the 1st order - NO BOOTS NO REFUND! What a joke! They said they opened an investigation on Dec 16th and it would take 7-10 days to resolve - I have begged them for help

I bought a pair of boots and the composite toe failed in one of them. Took them back to return them and been a week no news no updates no info. Boot Barn claims that they've sent my replacement pair to the post office but post office claims they haven't received it. I've heard stories of boot barn screwing customers on exchanges but didn't think they are true. Now I'm out 300
This website had the best selection of cowboy boots. I went on vacation with my family to a dude ranch recently. I purchased a pair of casual boots, and I purchased a pair for riding. The boots didn’t take long to arrive. I was really happy with how nice they looked. They are well made, and they fit comfortably. I would definitely use this site again in the future.
Youth boots didn't last 1 day before our son tripped and ripped them open. Low quality material for high quality price. Recommend going to a reputable boot store or Walmart. Same type of quality.

Michael Catena dissatisfied customer I ordered the bomber jacket from boot barn off of Facebook marketplace waited forever for it to be shipped when it arrived I opened up the bag came in and it is a cheap piece of crap nothing like they advertised in the ad and in the picture on Facebook marketplace I called PayPal they put it in the dispute and boot barn contact me only through emails they're offering a lousy 10% refund I will not accept But a full refund plus shipping

Every pair of boots I've purchased from there has quality issues... The counter fell off Dan Post Milwaukee boots after 3 wearings. But, that's not the worst. The whole soul came off a pair of Carolina Matterhorn composite toe rubber boots! The Dan Post boots cost $204 and the Matterhorn cost $167... I bought the VenTek Ariats ($234) from there and the heel is crumbling... I think they get irregular or 3rd quality boots there! I purchased 8 pairs in a short period of time and I'm dissatisfied with all 8 pairs... I will never buy from them again!

I ordered a pair of ariats from here. The email I received after I ordered said they'd email me again when they shipped. They never emailed again so I tried calling. Dont even try. I was waiting for at least 20 min, twice, and gave up. I emailed customer service and they never got back with me. Finally I did some digging and found out they DID ship. Cool. They were a couple days late and when I opened the box they were all sorts of scuffed. I will be returning these and buying them elsewhere.

On my second use of their boot trees, the cord broke. Boot Barn refuses their return. Also, you can find a better price on a better set on Amazon.
I won't spend another dime with this company.

Went to find some boots didn't have what i was looking for i still purchase something just for a back. Cashier Sergio was very rude spent 215 for boots just for him to ask me did i need a bag or something. As if you don't bag or box the item the person just purchase. So i turned around just to return the boots cause of his service.
I found this website unfortunately after I purchased from boot barn online. I agree 100% with majority of these reviews being negative. I ordered a pair of boots online and one boot had the store security sensor on it. I called customer service and they said I could send it back or go to a store. Unfortunately there was not a store near and I needed the boots for an event in a few days so shipping them back would not work. I asked if they could overnight me another pair, customer service said they could not do that. They offered me nothing for my inconvenience other than 10% off my next order. My first and LAST time ordering with them. Extremely poor customer service and poor business. FIND ANOTHER BOOT STORE!

I will never step foot in Boot Barn again. In short all I wanted to do was try on a belt in their dressing room and I was denied. I mean did they think I was going to steal the darn thing... well frankly I believe that's exactly why. A 70 year old senior citizen with the merchandise in hand and I was denied entrance. Disgraceful customer service and a humiliating experience.

I bought a pair of Ariat Men's Liberty Workhog Western Work Boots - Composite toe. In 3 months they're destroyed. The steel toe is already rubbed off. My sole is completely gone. I'm not happy with the purchase. They are work boots that should be meant to last. I paid 209 dollars plus tax on these boots to be completely useless and uncomfortable after just 3months. Ive had boots from Walmart and non brand name last longer. Very disappointed. Want better quality when I pay $200+

My 89 year old dad had a problem with shipping of a product that he purchased at boot barn in Evansville Indiana. I called to help him out the girl on the other end of the phone her name was Sid was one of the rudest, ignorant people I have dealt with in my life! We explain to her about the problem and with an attitude she said "that is an online issue" she said that about three times with an attitude. Your business does not succeed if you don't have great customer service. She was rude extremely rude. I cannot express enough how rude she was in on a good note Bertha and customer service online was outstanding that's what customer service is all about.

After wearing my 350$ boots only a handful of times the leather of my pull tab snapped. Apparently, according to the poop barn, this is wear and tear because your not sopose to use your pull tabs for pulling on your boots.

They only had size 13, I wear 14 in some and 15 in others. She said she could Order them. I said Great and handed her $150 American Dollars in Cash. She said she couldn't Accept Cash but she could Sell me a Gift Card to Pay for the Boots.1st Red Flag!
Gave her the Cash she couldn't Accept 2 Minutes Earlier. She Ordered them and I Received them a few days later.
