I wear a 32 length, that's what I ordered they are like 2 inches too long. Just a heads up if your a 32 order a 30.
I WENT SHOPPING FOR BOOTS AND THE STYLE OF BOOTS DID NOT HAVE IN THE STORE AT SOUTH PARK MEADOWS AUSTIN TEXAS. THE STORE OWNER ADVISED I CAN GO ONLINE ORDER THE STYLE OF BOOT I WAS LOOK FOR, SO I ORDER A PAIR BOOTS AND THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE AND COLOR, SO I GO BACK TO BOOT BARN AS PRIOR ADVISED TO GET A REFUND AND HAD TO LEAVE MY BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY OPEN AT NOON DUE TO COVID 19, GOT MY REFUND ASK THE MANAGER FOR HER TO ORDER ME THE CORRECT BOOT AGAIN SHE WAS NOT SURE WHY THAT HAPPENED BECAUSE MY RECIPE SHOWED MY ORDER WAS RIGHT BUT THE BOOT. REPAID FOR THE BOOT AND I HAD NOT OBTAIN THE 1ST REFUND. RECHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT I LEAVE STORE THINKING WHAT A INCONVENIENCE, FEW HOURS LATE FELT SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT DECIDED TO LOOK AT MY RECIPE FOUND OUT THE MANGER DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT SPELLING OF MY ADDRESS SO I HAD TO LEAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN GO BACK HAVE HER CORRECTED IT, I ADVISED MY LOSS OF MONEY FOR CLOSING MY BUSINESS TO HER, SHE OFFERED ME A 15% DISCOUNT ON ANYTHING IN THE STORE TO LOOK\UP TO SEE EVERYTHING WAS 15%; OFF, THIS WAS TRULY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THE OFFICE IN CALIFORNIA WHERE THEY HAD TO CALL TO CORRECT THE ADDRESS WAS WORSE, I BELIEVE I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I RECOMMEND BETTER TO BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! THUMBS DOWN ON BOOT BARN!
So I decided to venture to Uniontown Boot Barn for the first time to buy my fiance a pair of boots for Christmas. He never buys himself anything and needed them badly due to ankle pain from work everyday. So being suoer excited for him to open on christmas and wear was short lived the boots were leaking he was coming home with his feet WET. So off we went to Boot Barn in hopes of either a new pair/refund something. Well He decided to just go with something totally different while still being a work boot but a cowboy boot. Just had to spend a little more money. So we leave happy thinking he found something that will be comfortable and easy for him to work in and support his ankles and help with his pain... WRONG THE ONE BOOT SHRUNK>>>>HE CANT EVEN GET IT ON HIS FOOT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! COME ON
WE ARE BRINGING THEM BACK TO YOU BOOT BARN AND I DO NOT WANT NO OTHER PAIR OF BOOTS OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOUR STORE. Thamks to your SHODDY items my fiance has had to work in this weather in old shoes until we can afford to get boots again. PATHETIC

Our family has relocated to the Roanoke, Virginia area. As await the completion of our home, we are staying in corporate housing.
There is a Boot Barn located about 100 yards from us. I went into the store and looked around. The store was merchandised well and I was really drawn to the jeans, vest and boots. As I stood in line, everything about my shopping experience, went down hill. There were 4 people behind the counter. It looked like they were struggling with placing a pair of boxed boots into a bag. One was trying and the other three were watching and I stood in line. I waited for about 5 minutes. One guy finally asked me if I needed any help. I explained to him about bringing my family over to look at his store. He looked at me as if I was bothering him. I then told them that once my family woke up, we would be back and confirmed their closing time. Before I left, I asked if they could sell me a roll of quarters. He again appeared that I was asking him to cure cancer Now, I have a problem with his attitude. He then asked the other 3 associates this extremely difficult question. They all looked up and did not know the answer to such a difficult question. I then decided to leave because it was clear they did not want my business.
After going back, we all got ready, went to eat and then to Tower Mall Wrangle store. We also went to the Valley View mall. My family spent over $2,800. It was amazing the courtesy and appreciation for our business that we felt. Your store does not even come close to our experience.
I then explained my experience with my wife and kid at your store. We are a black family and see this kind of treatment more and more. Instead of getting upset and yelling, BLACKS LIVES MATTER, I take my dollars to businesses that appreciate it. As a husband and Father, I take every opportunity to educate my kids on this EXTREMELY IMPORTANT issue in today's world.
Before I wrote this letter, I looked at the message that your website communicates. It was then my thoughts were confirmed. Your sr. Leadership and store personnel explains everything. The WHITE community is the audience you want. No problem, you can have it. We can always and will continue to support the businesses that appreciate all customers that walk through their doors. Their store personnel, managers and sr. Leadership and board of directors reflect it.
