I purchased a pair of waterproof 400g composite toe Hawx boots just 22 days ago costing me $199. On day one they got soaked they leaked like tennis shoes. On day 22 I noticed they are falling apart these have not even lasted a month... id have been better off buying a Walmart brand and I am not a fan of Walmart... $200 of hard earned money on these garbage boots and boot barn does nothing
Boot Barn asked me to give them a review. The review wasn't bad but none the less they decided to reject it. If you ask for review then it's the buyers review and they don't get to choose unless they don't care. If they want Perfect reviews than they should write their own and say so and not waste the buyers time or their time and asking for it. I don't know what their purpose was but they definitely lost a customer who has bought twice from them. The price was competitive but clearly the customer service was very below-par!
I bought a pair of Hawx enforcers, not sure if my pair is Miss made or if every pair is made like this but it's the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've ever touched in my entire life, after breaking them in for a week a part of the leather rubs so hard on my foot that rubs through my socks and literally digs a hole into my foot every time I wear them. Absolute garbage shoes and due to their policy if the shoes have been worn then they can't be returned so I wasted 175 on complete garbage. Also the shoes have been worn about 10 times and the fake leather is already peeling off of the tongue..
I placed an order for a Christmas present. When I placed the order, the free shipping would not have it on time so I upgraded shipping and was given a range ending 12/24/19. When I got my confirmation, the range shifted to end on 12/27/19 (this was after order was placed). When I called on 12/27/19 I was told 12/30/19. This is my first and last order from a company that cannot deliver and lies.
Gift card purchased for granddaughter for Christmas for $150 At Mall of America in MN She come to redeem it and there was a zero balance. Called customer service they stated it was spent in a PA store with card present. We live in MN never been to PA. We have the card and receipt in hand. So they sold a duplicate card or a fraudulent card was run at the PA store and they did not catch it. They said we are so sorry nothing they could do. MERRY CHRISTMAS from the Boot Barn for our 15 year old granddaughter! Very sad a company like this should not be in business. It is their customers that make their business thrive. Not for Long if this is the way they treat the next generation coming up.
This is rediculous. I purchased Boot from Boot Barn Davenport, Iowa. Corral Boots for 300.00 and if I wanted the box it was 1.00. I realize its only 1.00, but its the principle! I will take my business elsewhere.
Just tried purchasing some western shirts on their website, it said the purchase was invalid 3 times! I then checked my bank account to see if it went through on there, and it charged my account 3 times! Yet, the website said the purchases weren't able to go through, why did it charge my account 3 times!?! Someone help!
I purchased a 200$ hat from boot barn and the way they packed it is unacceptable the hat arrived completely smashed because of the incompetent packer was disappointed on the time I had to wait just for a badly damaged hat they need to pack way better and for me to return it they wanted to charge me $10 for there mistake are you kidding me? The only way to get around the fee is if you go to there store which is ridiculous because I had to take my time on something that they couldn't do right will never do business with again I ordered the hat on another website and they where able to double box and bubble wrap my item that says alot about a company.
While i ordered a pair of cowgirl boots for my grand daughter age 5 three weeks ago. I have gotten the charge on my credit card but still no boots. I went into the store had to repeat my name and phone number over and over and over. No luck. They say they are coming but no definite date. This is my first and last purchase from boot barn. I just hope they make it by christmas as these are the little girls want for the holiday. They have no sympathy or niceness they are rather take it or leave it $#*!y. I am new in this town and this is not the soet of business i care to frequent. I have a shipping number but that is all i have. I would add a photo but i don't have the boots
AWFUL experience with boot barn. Customer service was extremely rude, unhelpful and thought it was funny that I was frustrated about my order. This company is a SCAM they take your money for items they don't even have. Spent $40 on shipping which was supposed to arrive in 4 days, items were backordered and now have to wait 10x longer than what they promised... why am i paying $40 for shipping if they can't even get my order in less than A MONTH. Terrible experience, will never order from this company again. This stress and frustration that comes with ordering from this company is not worth the $20 you save from ordering directly from the boot company.
I got a gift card to Boot Barn (Which, I was grateful but I don't like anything from that store) I went to multiple locations and hated everything, so I decided to give their online website a shot. Mhmn... NOTHING! Unless you are honey boo boo's mother, this store will be perfect for you. I found some work boots that I can donate, BUT I cannot use the gift card online. I called, and their system is down---Maybe, Bootbarn is not capable of running a business if they issue gift cards, yet you can't use them? I would call that a rip off!

I ordered a pair of boots from these guys a week ago... Tried to call and get a track number... Dont bother, nobody answers their phone. Finally figured out how to get my tracking number. Just shipped today! A week freaking later! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE FOOLS!
In early 2020, I bought a pair of Hawx work pants, like them, bought more. Now, Boot Barn only carries the style that are baggy around the ankle in store. I have, over two months, ordered the style I already several times & kept receiving the wrong pants. The store employees would order using the number from the pants I would bring to show what I wanted, yet the wrong pants would be shipped again & again. SIX TIMES so far.
Customer service is nonexistent. They take your money quickly but if you need an exchange or refund you are out of luck. Never again
Can't give zero stars... I purchased the gift set of boot care items (cleaner, conditioner, cloth and brush) in a wooden box. Package arrived in a mailer envelope, not padded at all. Needless to say, the box was trashed. The flimsy cardboard insert to hold the products was trashed. Contacting customer service on the phone was a complete waste of 20 minutes. Once I got to an actual person, I was told she couldn't do anything for me and to send photos via email... so I did. Their response was they'd replace, refund or discount 20% off if I'd like to keep the "boots"...
Obviously they had NO idea, nor does it appear they have any concern about my being dissatisfied with my shopping experience. The item has sold out and cannot be "replaced"... I've requested a full refund (including shipping) and will see how it goes.
This company's customer service is awful, the care in which they packaged this item purchased to give as a gift was negligent. I'll definitely spread the word to NOT do business with Boot Barn.

Dec. 1,2017 I ordered a pair of TONY LAMAS OSTRICH ANTIQUE TAN BOOTS from BOOT BARN over the phone. I received these boots in a two day period. Well to my surprise after opening the BOX these BOOTS were in a very highly used condition. The soul of the BOOT was gray in color and looked like CONCERT, the TOE was scuffed up. I contacted the BOOT BARN and they sent me out a NEW PAIR overnight. I just wonder how this happened. I was totally disappointed that a QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT was not overseeing an outgoing product. I called and ask to speak with the SUPERVISOR and to make AMENDS the SUPERVISOR gave me a discount credit on my purchase. I am sending a photo of the product I received to help others that may want to THINK of using BOOT BARN.
I was a little skeptical buying from this site due to the reviews on here, however I can't really complain.
I ordered my shoes June 29th, and received them July 5th! I would say those came pretty fast especially with how things have been through COVID.
Throughout the process I continually received messages from BootBarn telling me about my package and if there were changes.
I did have a problem receiving a messaging stating my package was Delivered' from UPS, but it wasn't at my place (and I contacted UPS directly with no answer, and contacted the driver and he didn't know what I was talking about). BUT I contacted BootBarn and got a message from them instantly stating there was confusion between UPS and BootBarn and that they it was actually delivered to the post office instead. They were very kind and apologized for the misleading messages.
Shoes that came in were in great condition, look just like the shoes on their site and fit true to size!
Should have went to Walmart or Amazon!
I've never paid over $50 for Shoes. Thought I'd Splurge and Treat Myself to something Nice so I went to the Boot Barn in Bend, 45 Miles away.
They only had size 13, I wear 14 in some and 15 in others. She said she could Order them. I said Great and handed her $150 American Dollars in Cash. She said she couldn't Accept Cash but she could Sell me a Gift Card to Pay for the Boots.1st Red Flag!
Gave her the Cash she couldn't Accept 2 Minutes Earlier. She Ordered them and I Received them a few days later.
Not a good fit so I tried to Exchange them for 14's. They don't make them in 14, just 13 & 15.
90 Mile Round Trip. And Guess what? They can't Return my Money but they're willing to give me another Gift Card. What a Scam! What the hell am I supposed to do with a Gift Card from a Store I don't Shop at, Never have and Never will again?
