They took $97 which is my bill out of my account three times. It gets better. Then they shut my phone off because I did not pay them. I thought I had everything fixed talk to him got my money refunded. Next month they shut my phone off said I owe them money but my account has $107 credit. Make that make sense. Will be the last money they ever get from me in life. I sent a screenshot. I had $107 my bill is 97 they shut my phone off really.
At wits end here. I've spoken to SO MANY clueless SO called experts on the chat on Boost Mobile. They keep asking me the same questions, giving me the same stupid answers (which I've tried each time) and of course at the end of all this time, sometimes 3 hours a day with these people (!), my phone still doesn't ring. Plus if it's shut off and someone calls and leaves a message, I don't get notifications that I've received a call at all, (after turning the phone back on).
Boost Mobile is going to the dogs. Half the time when trying to make calls, my phone says "No Cellular Service". I cannot even get through to 911 and I have medical conditions. Something needs to be done.
I paid for a phone and they sent me a empty padded envelope.I called them several times.kept giving me the round around.I advised everyone not to do business with this company.Took my money and I still didn't get a phone. So I ended up getting a phone at At&T
Hi,
I don't have this company's phone service. I'm just here to say the pitbull ad campaign they're running (into the ground) is absolute trash and I hope they feel bad about it.
That's all
Byeee :)
JFC this company has the worst customer service you'll ever experience! Do not, I repeat, do not try transfer your number to this carrier if you want to keep it! These people are poorly trained from India and can barely comprehend English. Forget about having a live online chat feature which would make chatting with someone who speaks English as a second language much easier, nope you must call them and try to spell out everything you say! Fck Boost, I havent even activated my phone yet and you've already lost me as a customer!
Terrible Company. The service is horrific.Calls and text only work about half the time. They lock you out of your own voicemail.Customer service hangs up on you. They can't fix problems. No way possible they can stay in business much longer.
I'd compare my new Boost phone (with their best plan even, mind you) service to using dial-up on the first public computers used, actually, I'd say even worse.
At first I figured, maybe it just takes a few days to kick in. Been going through this sad excuse of a service provider for 2 weeks now though, and literally from the second I activated my plan, if the service isn't completely cut off (which it is half the time), it is miserably slow. I'm talking taking almost 5 minutes just to load a simple couple word Google search query, God-forbid loading a video, or even trying to download or upload something.
Won't ever be going through Boost again.
Starts off good. But the longer you have the service the issues begin to pile up. Slow Internet, once you exceed 35 GB. If you rely on your phone for work that's a problem. Sending videos or photos or even interacting with your company software, becomes tedious, cutting into efficiency. If that isn't enough of a deterrent, sim cards will become incompatible with certain devices at random. Without warning your service is deactivated and you're forced to buy a new phone. The insurance company that they use (Likewise) does not work in tandem with boost mobile which creates confusion, further complicating any Sim card issues you may be experiencing. Overall, it's not worth the frustration unless you barely use your phone.
We have been with this company for about five years because we bought phones for a good price and then had to wait until we could port. A cheap iPhone is not worth the horrible customer service! I could write pages about my experiences, but today I tried to call my husband and his phone was dead.
He lost his debit card a few weeks ago and got a new one so they couldn't charge him the $35.00. Off it goes. Emergency be damned. Do not use this company if you want to keep your sanity!
I was a boost mobile customer for 16 years. My current phone was starting to give me problems so I called customer service and purchased the phone and let them know I had moved 2 years prior and gave them the correct updated address. Why did they still ship to my old address. Called boost mobile to rectify they situation. I was told it's there policy to send phones to original account information. Even though they confirmed having my new address on file. They refused to re send the phone or refund. Boost mobile policy sucks. They lost a 16 year customer over a 48$ phone because their policy does not account for people moving or updating addresses.
Don't even think to switch to Boost Mobile!
They have the worst customer service ever! They hanging up on you if you want to port out your cell phone number from them. I pre-pay for three months and never used the services. Now they won't give me my $$ back. I had to call my credit card company to despite the charge.
Also, their towers are having trouble a big time. As I check the downtown speed it was 0.61mbps, the upload was 0.01!
Most of the time the signal strength was over (LTE) -120, which did not even provide a cellular signal.
I've been a customer for over 6yrs. Service was good until about 3 months ago. The service is seriously horrible. Calls don't go thru. Can't receive most calls. Frequent call drops. Half of the time my internet doesn't work. Why is this company even charging us for suck horrible service. I'll be going back to Verizon at least I can make and receive calls.
They slow your internet down to nothing so you get network errors or it times out before it can reach the site. I use my phone for business and personal use and have lost money because of not receiving notifications and notice of items that have sold. Wouldn't recommend service with Boost.
Called several times before today and the agents even pretend to be supervisors. Today I was placed on hold, and off, for over an hour. I called the agent to ask how I can I replace a handset I bought on the Boost mobile a few months ago because the device kept unlocking from their network... a simple question, you would think. I had called several times about the device in the past and to which the other agents kept telling me to restart my phone or their was issue in my area (none of which was the problem), however, this agent asked me the same questions that I had already answered which showed she was not listening or she placed me on hold deliberately to help someone else. Despite this I stayed composed and decided to finally write a review. Please do better. My bill is paid religiously every month, yet this is the service they provide. Smh.
They have the worst customer service ever. I have been dealing with them for two days transferring my service from boost to another carrier. I have talked to them at least six times and each time I call I am told something different so really just being lied to. It should not be this hard for them to unlock the phone for me to use with a different carrier. It feels like they're making it so difficult that you don't want to leave them and you'll just give up and end up staying with them because you have to go through so much.
So I want to buy a new phone. I go to the web site. I enter all my info and click. "Address is invalid." What? Try again a couple of times. Still invalid. Call them. Customer rep and me spend 45 minutes on the phone trying to get my address accepted. He eventually says "must be a bug". But I now have multiple pending charges on my credit card which after almost a week still haven't gone away. And then I decide to look up Boost's ratings (I was grandfathered in from Verizon). Wow. No new phone for me from them and I'm getting another carrier.
Long story short.
Boost was cyber hack in February.
My automatic payment withdrawal was taken for phone payment. A matter of days later I had no phone service. In 2 weeks of trying to get my phone to work. I heard multiple times they was cyber hack. I heard pay my bill.
I heard no manager to help me because they was cyber hack. When I reach out to better business bureau boost gave me $40 credit.
So they acknowledge my service was hacked.
I went 3 weeks without phone service.
When I went to another phone company.
I call boost an told them to not charge my account no more.
I don't want your service.
It did not work the whole month of March. When I ask about my credit. They told me to call back after the due date. Now they tell me they can't find my credit. Just pay my bill. Yes I have 2 complaints at the better business bureau.
One for no phone service after taking my payment.
One for my refund that disappeared.
Very frustrating
To sum it all up briefly: didn't get what went in for, was told can make changes before new month started. Employee got fired! The other store clerk, (rude) nor 800 service wouldn't made it right or change anything at all. My money lost, lesson learned, went back my other phone service.
I've never been with a company before that absolutely refuses to give you your account number number. Total disregard for any person's situation... even the disabled. Service ranking 1-10 is a Suck. Quality of phones 1-10 pathetic, Choice of phone selections 1-10 Sorry asf, and my favorite Customer Service Support 1-10 Junior High All Day Everyday and honestly that's being disrespectful to junior high employees... I've been with this company for 10 years and they've regressed for the past 5 years into a shell company. They are not worth your precious time and especially not your money. The competition out here offers more and offers better service and customers care. It's safe to say that Thomas Smith is leaving Loose-Mobile today December 28,2021. I'm going to T-Mobile, but hey that's me. Good luck Loose-Mobile customers, enjoy your poor service.
Answer: I hope so. I want to join. Its not right how they steal money from hardworking people like me.
Answer: You can contact them, but do not bother, they all are trained to act like they know what they are doing but in reality they DO NOT CARE!
Answer: They are worthless. I would not ever recommend them. While their promotions are legit, their service quality sucks.
Answer: Need to change phone to another PHONE. My phone was stolen
Answer: Metro by Tmobile is definitely a step up from Boost. As with all cell phone companies in the store or on line make sure you check out reviews like You Tube before you purchase.
Boost Mobile has a rating of 1.2 stars from 1,034 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Boost Mobile most frequently mention customer service, new phone and sim card. Boost Mobile ranks 146th among Mobile Carriers sites.
