A pun checking that's how I know it from China. Well you are probably checking 2 day. I gonna match and you don't? Resolve my issue why don't they keep these jobs for American people because let's face? It China doesn't want to be anything but world domination and you can't go over to China and get a job especially being a black person I find. It very disgusting and they want to interrogate you over the phone. Asking you all these no nonsense questions that amount to a hillaby's. Boost need to get their app together as well as all these other companies and bring our counts back over here because let's face it as the economy and everything gets higher they aint paying us no more money to keep up with the cost of living so you might as well bring the accounts back here. I have been a customer for 7 years! And up until 2020 I have recommended boost but not now! Dec 2019 we purchased an iPhone XR starting in May 2020 I continuosly had issues of being dropped from data unable to send and receive texts and unable to use internet. From May 2020-Dec 2020 I contacted boost multiple times and apple multiple times. Boost blamed apple, apple blamed boost, SIM card was changed multiple times by apple and boost and issue remained finally in dec 2020 just before warranty was expiring apple had me mail them phone-- even though their diagnostics showed it wasn't the phone. They didn't give me an explanation of what was "wrong" with phone but instead mailed me back a different iPhone XR. So I had to call boost and activate it since the imei number was different. However shortly after activation the issue with being dropped from data continued and I finally had enough and decided to change carriers. Not aware that the phone was locked we imported my number to att and received a new SIM card, sim won't work because phone is locked and boost is refusing to unlock saying it needs to be active with them for 12 months! It is not my fault that apple issued a replacement for an issue that is apparently not on apple saying that the issue is persisting with the new phone but boost doesn't care they say the original iPhone XR would be available to unlock but because the replacement has only been active since Jan 2021 it is not, even though I didn't buy the new one, it is a replacement for the one I bought.
I have Boost Mobile (previously Virgin Mobile) for my prepaid mobile phone provider. I thought all mobile phone companies were in on helping their customers due to this pandemic. However with Boost Mobile that Was Not The Case. I tried forever to get ahold of their customer support and after hours i was able to, to only find out theres nothing they were able to due to extend my service (due on 04/01/20) even by a few days. I told them i wasn't able to get anywhere (my 9 yr old daughter has no school and ive got no one to watch her for me to leave quick, i refuse to take her along any where during the COVID-19 issue) for a prepaid minutes card also I've got no credit card to use. My service was going to be shut off due to this all and after letting them know all of this And the fact of being a loyal on time customer for almost 4 years, they told me sorry theres nothing they can due. Midnight that night my phone was shut off. My aunt 2 days later paid my bill for me after not being able to get ahold of me and worrying. I know this is nothing useful to help with payments for anyone in need, maybe it can be helpful though in letting anyone know how much they can't count on Boost Mobile (or Sprint or whomever is all merged together now in their large Billion dollar Empire) in the future.
Boost Mobile is currently asking users to change the network sim in their phones. If you get a notification from boost telling you you need to upgrade and that your phone is compatible with the new network. DO NOT DO IT.
If your cellphone is 3g or even 3g with 4g the sim upgrade will LOCK your network unless.
Boost customer service will then put you in a maze of frustrating bull. In the End Boost will then tell you you need to buy a new 5g phone.
Why would a company do that to their customers is beyond me.

I hear that if you don't do the upgrade sim that 3g and 4g boost phones will All Go off line beginning in March. Originally it was December.

I have spent hours and hours on 2 or 3 hour long phone calls to Boost, since May 2023, asking the extremely incapable inept new personnel to help get my international calling ($10/mo) to work again, (since they migrated in May, no international call to Europe will go through, although it has been great for years up until now, before the May 'migration'). Hours and hours of wasted time, since, with all their 'escalation' to higher departments, and their 'advanced trouble-shooting', NO ONE helped me (throughout May, June and July) to get it to work.
Finally, two weeks ago, l asked them to just REMOVE the International Calling feature, and it is still not removed!. L am being told it can't be removed without a 'ticket escalating the issue to the back offices', and l am still being billed! (l am in Europe now, and have tried for over a week to remove International Calling; just don't want to lose my number.)
What HAPPENED to this formerly decent company, since May 2023? My experiences have become utterly surreal and utterly horrible, although they were fine before!
Getting rid of the boost up phone financing program was the worst decision to make there are a lot of people who's only option of getting a new phone was to finance it. BAD MOVE!

I have been a loyal customer to boost for 7 years and decided to upgrade my phone. While browsing the phones I was interested in the new Z flex and wanted to see if there was a payment plan, not knowing that when your card is linked to auto pay that it purchases the phone immediately. As this happened I realized my address was not updated. I called 5 min after to cancel and was told there was nothing they could do except that I go and wait at that house thats in a different town to get the phone and return it. This is impossible for me

Call them back, I am then told that the supervisor I spoke with before didn't follow the right procedure and that the phone is still being
Delivered. I ask for another supervisor. She proceeds to tell me that they have cancelled the shipment and when the phone gets returned they will credit my account. I don't believe this because I was already lied to. I was also told by the first supervisor that my upgrade promotion will be back on my account so I will still get a discount on a new phone. Well that was a lie too, the rep. Named Lady told me pretty much there is nothing they can do. They gave me a credit for one month but thats not enough to go through what i went through with BOOST. I did everything I could to cancel it right away and I have been put through emotion torture over this. $1000 is a lot of money to be missing out of my account when I called to cancel right away. Anyone can see their ratings are garbage. Dont get Boost!
So I have been using Boost mobile since like 2017 and it was the best cell phone provider until now. I have two phones through Boost Mobile, one is a phone and the other acts as a modem for my internet. Since 2017, I have had great internet with one of my phones through Boost Mobile that I use for my modem, and then today, my browsers on my computer start going slow out of nowhere. I called Boost Mobile to find out why my phone i use for my internet was going slow and found out they ended unlimited 4G and we only get 35 GB of data per month. Why? Why the heck has Boost mobile put a limit on data for 4G? What good is a 4G phone without unlimited data? So then Boost Mobile told me I have to buy more data at 1 GB per purchase. What good is 1 GB of data? 1 GB of data would only last a couple of hours if that when using a 4G phone as a modem. We need unlimited data for 4G and that is why we decided to use Boost Mobile! Boost Mobile is so going to lose a lot of customers due to limiting data for 4G. Nobody wants a honky phone that has limited data for 4G and to only be able to purchase 1GB of data for 4G at a time!

On May 27th 2023 I paid my phone bill but rather than taking 1 full payment Boost Mobile took 3 full payments. So I notified Boost and they agreed to refund the 2 extra payments they took admitting it was their mistake. On June 5th 2023 the refund for the 2 extra payments finally showed as pending returns in my checking account. They finally cleared on the 8th of June. On June 15th Boost Mobile suspended my service stating they needed payment, which I clearly already paid. Since the 15th of June I have contacted Boost Mobile customer service every day, sometimes multiple times per day and have been on hold each time while a representative of Boost Mobile who can barely speak English tries to come up with a new excuse for my service suspension. Every phone call I've made I've received a different excuse for the suspension yet all end demanding another payment. My bank statement clearly shows that my bill has been paid yet Boost Mobile constantly has a new excuse and demands another payment. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever been through with phone service. Boost Mobile is absolutely the worst provider out there.

Boost said their new 5G network with t-mobile will not work on my samsung s10e and for some reason they are not able to unlock it. 14 months later I requested my current to be unlocked from march 9 2023 to now April 8 2023. Each rep would have a different story. It got excalated to their matter specialist depth 4 times. Each time wait 48 to 72 hrs with no progress. The other 4 times never happened (never got excalated). One day one would say, oh your phone is totally unlocked on our end. The next day, oh its still locked and we're really really really sorry. The last one said call samsung and have them unlock it. I called and samsung can't unlock it because it's locked to boost network. Samsung says boost dont want to unlock it because they will lose customers so they lie to their customers. I don't recommend boostmobile to anyone for dishonesty and lies and also scamming their customers. Everyone need to take their business money to any other carrier other than boostmobile. This my last month with this dishonest rip off company.
