After being a loyal customer of Boost for six years, I left them last month.
Customer service was the worst! People that could barely speak english! Thier "unlimited" have very little data, and they are QUICK to shut it down! I paid my monthly bill, on time every month...and the one time I needed an extension of 5 days, they told me they don't do that...but here's a $5 discount on your next bill.
A lotta help that was. I had to buy a new phone...with my new cell service provider, the phone was free.
Boost could care less about thier customers, and thier service sucks. Run away from Boost...run as far and as fast as you can! ā
We were Boost customers for a few years - decent coverage, good rates, etc. At the start of this year they insisted that everyone upgrade their SIM chip - they were changing to a new network. My son no longer gets coverage at college, I get no service in my mom's town and my husband has minimal service where he works. They refused to acknowledge it so we decided to switch providers. In order to do so, we need our account number - they REFUSE to give us our account number unless we trek into the store to physically obtain it. Which is a challenge when you're dealing with disabilities. This is insane. I don't know what happened - they used to be good. I'll never recommend them at this point.
Boost is one of the worst companies ever I been paying all this time and have not been able to use hot spot and they always tell you something different.signal sucks also. Switching to a different company.
I wish I can truly explain how frustrated I felt when my auto pay didn't go through and I had to pay manually and still fail to get working service. Talked to 3 different customer representative in regards to same problem and got very different answers. Got promised one thing and did receive it. Had to change phone provider after using boost for 8 years I just can't deal with them no more. Dishonest company with slick techniques that only create more problems. I truly hope boost will go out of business cause they don't deserve to be around.
I've been with boost for 10 years. Never had issues until Dish bought them. I'm trying to order a new phone and I'm constantly getting error messages. I have the money. Boost is going downhill and its a shame. The data really sucks now unless you're in a city. Small towns and rural areas are spotty. Come on boost.
Dish network should never be allowed into the cellular business. Data sucks, they're using At&t tower's, so that being said. If you are not a customer of theirs oh well. Customer gives the same blah answers. I cut my losses and went to Verizon. What a relief, faster speeds and customer service is a lot better. Boost mobile is not own by Sprint or TMobile. Run away from dish network and boost mobile all together.
Boost Murray and hi 24... A Mexican hideout...
The little Mexican girl...got upset because I opened the business door... she was looking at herself in a mirror...I was a white male... mistake!
She is 18... barely out of puberty... don't go into the store if want service... the only thing that the Mexican girl does is take your $$$$ and don't expect her to know anything about service! She says go somewhere else... get out of the store.I will call the police... well after 45 days with this outfit.my 50$$$$$$$_ is going to another cell company.by by.bye bye...
I will try to do this without the use of expletives. Evidently, they are out to make money only without supplying any reasonable service. They charge too much for their horrible data and voice service, They will NOT allow one to change the billing date and trying to get in touch with a live human is impossible. When I called to get my account number (because it is not posted anywhere on one's account page), instead of saying "hello" the guy asked me why I wanted to leave Boost. They must get a lot of people realizing they SUCK. Run, run away as fast as you can.
Take your money and go elsewhere.
Boost infinite is horrible. Signed up for the I phone 15 and 3 lines one service. Still waiting on last phone to come, and still waiting to activate line 2. They had a a glitch or system failure last week and no one knows what there r doing. Called up numerous times to get activated and they are having problems. Have one ticket submitted and emails sent to support. Chat reps, phone reps all useless. Worst experience ever. Paying for a service can't even get fully set up on, it's crazy. Stay away. Go with Verizon. Which was my first choice, sending phones back, and switching to Verizon.
This is the worst phone company every. Its not easy activating a new phone with them and if anything goes wrong you have to keep buying new SIM cards. I will never waist my time or energy on this company anymore.
I'm an old worker of boost mobile in darlington. This was the worst job I've ever had. It's not enough to show up and try but if you don't sell certain amounts of phones within a month you are fired. I developed good customer relations but not enough for them. They train you o. Production which is distracting and you're expected to perform within seconds of learning it. Not to mention they train you to manipulate price quotes so they can have almost $100 worth in accessories without telling customer. Would not recommend especially in darlington bc there is no customers to even sell to
Boost mobile has the worst online payment ever. When you log in it requires that you input your number and pin. Apparently, I had 2 emails associated with my number, yet the one associated with my active phone number was not credited. Basically you play Russian roulette with your payment. I had to speak to 3 reps and a supervisor to finally realize that my number was associated to 2 emails a app glitch on boost one. A ticket was submitted to transfer funds from one account to another because although I paid for services on time it was credited to the wrong email. I will have 3 days without service because it so happened to fall on a Friday and takes 24 hours for transfer to occur meaning 24 hour during business hours. The boost app one on my phone does not work at all it takes you to a white screen. If you are a person that works from home like myself beware if you use a punch out system and don't have wifi and you so happen to encounter this beware.
First things first⦠I have been with Boost for at least 10 years!ā¦there is no reason why Boost customer service reps pick up their phones to tell you that you have to be transferred to another person and you have to wait over 20 minutes sometimes 30 minutes for someone to pick up your call! My Goodness! Boost has been around too long for this kind of BS! Level Up Already! Make it worse the person who picks up accent is so strong you can't understand a word they say so you spend a huge amount of time saying " huh" I don't understand what you're saying can you repeat that?" Boost tries everything to keep your info hostage so you won't have an easy time to transfer your line elsewhere! I'm am so over Boost right now! And I do NOT recommend them at all! They are the worse now more than ever! Don't do it!
Boost Mobile really sucks not only is there service crappy. I had a line disconnected and it was still getting charged for it and I called him three times three different months in a row to get the problem taken care of. Now I just needed a three-day extension till I get paid but no can't nobody help you with that so I will be switching services and will never use boost Mobile again this place needs to be shut down customer service people are rude and disrespectful. If I had the option to leave no stars I would have
TERRIBLE! Service was fine for a couple weeks then the connection got so bad that people couldn't hear me and vice-versa; then the phone wouldn't accept my password (my guess because of the poor reception in the middle of Dallas!) and it LOCKED ME OUT over and over again until it was permanent and the Boost rep told me it was a problem with the iPhone 15 itself. After 1.5 hours of double- and triple-troubleshooting at the Apple store, they said the phone wasn't the problem. Of course, by now I'm past my 30-day return period and all Boost kept tell me was that the 30-day window to return had passed. BTW this is my first ever bad review for any business or product. To ID my # is: *******729 but, of course, it doesn't work.
Virgin Mobile sold to Boost. I should have over $150 and service until December 2020. Instead 2 days ago, Boost brought it all down to 0 money and 0 time. Called them. Paul, a supervisor, promised to rectify matter in 24 hours. That was yesterday. Speaking today to Stacy. Took her 30 minutes on hold to finally explain to me that Boost has unilaterally changed the contract that they bought from Virgin and decided that I have to give them more money in order to get service even though my contract should extend to December and there is $150 in my account. Shame on you Sir Charles Branson for selling us out. You got the money and we were duped!
Ordered sims online. 16 calls later, phones are still Not Activated! Customer Service Sucks, can't speak English, if they can't fix it they say system is updating. They blame sims, phone everything but their own inability to perform simple troubleshooting.
Boost Mobile sucks, the customer service communication is terrible, they do not genuinely try to help or make anything right. Always just a "Give it a little bit more time". No matter how much you pay or if you do expedite an order it won't do any justice. You'll wait at least 5 days, as you would if you ask for a refund.
I had an acp hot spot box through boost. It stopped working and I was told government stop paying for box. I paid $60.19 for service not working and they want to drive 87 miles to get money back for service that don't work.
The customer service for this company is terrifying, like you would think they were purposely being terrible and rude. You can barely get service anywhere in North Carolina and still get charged full price even though you barely can use your phone. They have secret loop holes that won't allow you to switch company's even though your purchase whichever phone in full cash. I've been lied to by the call center workers numerous times. Even the managers at the call centers are terrible. You would think this company would be sued and shut down by now because how terrible they are. I have to wait 12 months in order to get away from this prison camps phone company, I have 5 more months to go. Prayers are appreciated.
Answer: I hope so. I want to join. Its not right how they steal money from hardworking people like me.
Answer: You can contact them, but do not bother, they all are trained to act like they know what they are doing but in reality they DO NOT CARE!
Answer: They are worthless. I would not ever recommend them. While their promotions are legit, their service quality sucks.
Answer: Need to change phone to another PHONE. My phone was stolen
Answer: Metro by Tmobile is definitely a step up from Boost. As with all cell phone companies in the store or on line make sure you check out reviews like You Tube before you purchase.
