In Tucson AZ, on the intersection of Irvington and Campbell Ave, sits a boost mobile store with probably the best example of customer service I've seen in YEARS. WAY TO GO GABBY. People like GABBY are the reason people stay loyal to any business. Way to go! Boost needs MORE people just. Like. Her.
Pleasant, engaging, empathetic, knowledgeable, efficient... I can go on...
Whoever hired this fabulous young lady IS A GENIUS

I came to the boost Mobile store on the 22nd of May 2022 in Gainesville next to the mall I got a phone and he turned it on I told him that I use the phone to do door dash my other phone is broken and I'm waiting for it to get replaced by the insurance and I needed a phone for about 2 weeks he turned the service on 5 days later they turned my service off saying that I'm running out of data y'all need to get people that know what they're doing because you just lost another customer after this is done I'm going to Metro way better

604 South Huntclub Blvd Apopka ******* worse place ever don't waste your time here I would rather switch to another company or order it online they screwed me we went to get the iPhone 13 pro max said we do not qualify den said we qualify for the iPhone 13 only however my father ordered the iPhone 13 pro max online and boost didn't have none in stock boost will soon loose loyal customers I been with them for 6 years

I have been with boost for more that 5 years I had my number for 26 years until boost. They sell a Samsung phone in the hood that is normally the only on available they know it is highly hack able but they don't tell u that until u have a problem. They are quick to collect your payment but tell u they can not help you when you have a problem. At 945 at night boost sent me a text that changed my phone number. They turned off my service. No store is open that time of night. I went in that Monday every sense I have not had service I had just bout that phone. When I talked to customer service they told me I didn't have an account with them since 2018 but I have paid them every month including this month I am on day 10 of no service. I have talked to 43 people I have spent 37 hours on the phone I have a case number I was told to call back ask for a supervisor give them the case number and they would help me. Nothing they hàve told me has been true. I still do not have the service I paid for. Today they told me to go to my bank and take back the payment. All I want is the service I paid for and the number I have had for 26 years. Today I have been on the phone for 3 more hours while I'm on hold the system came on said they where having system problems and to try back again later. So now 40 hrs in no help. Don't be me don't do boost if u value your information and your phone number. Go else where u will be mad and disappointed.

I recently was "FORCED" to get a new phone - which I am not happy about. That said, I went to the store at 35th Ave & Greenway Rd., Phx, AZ.

I have to tell you ALL that I was taken care of by the most KIND, PLEASANT HELPFUL young lady "Vicky" and she took care of everything, with kindness and patience. She should be running the freakin company. I could go on and on - but she was so very kind - words cannot express how impressed I was with this young girl. Took care of my contacts, photos, etc. and would not let me leave until EVERYTHING was absolutely correct. If you are looking for a Boost Mobile Store to go to - This is the one - and it is only because of Vicky!

Bought a Samsung A32 less than a month. Fingerprint sensor stopped working. Took phone to Boost management said I had to call Samsung. Samsung sent me to Break we fix store(I didn't break phone) they told me they couldn't fix the Fingerprint sensor. Went back to Boost I was told to call Samsung again they told me to get a replacement phone from Boost so I can send in this Samsung A32 to be fixed. I was told by Boost they don't have any replacement phones. I left, came home called Samsung and Boost and still after 7 hours and spending gas driving around Pittsburgh I still haven't gotten any answers to get a phone. The worst customer service between 2 cell phone companies I've ever been in my life. Beginning on June first, i'm going to find another cell phone company and phone I'm 70 year Army Veteran I guarantee I will make sure all my family, friends, and fellow Veterans won't make a mistake and buy a phone from Boost Mobile.

I've had Boost Mobile since 2007 and they used to be good! They sold out to Dish and then they changed. They told me my phones needed to be upgraded with new Sim cards to go to 5g. After 3 visits to the Boost Store and trying over 7 Sim cards the phones still wouldn't work. They told me for a month that my phones were compatible with 5g but they lied.
Finally after my old Sim cards stopped working I was forced to buy new phones when my phones were not that old. The customer service is a joke both at the stores and calling them is even worse. My new phones worked good for about a week on 5g but then they lost all service. I called them and visited the store about a dozen times but they could care less. I had zero service for 12 days but on the phone they said there was no tower problems while the store said that 2 towers were down. I guess that's because their customer service agents that answer your calls are in Peru! I called them about getting credit for the 12 days and they insisted that the towers were never down. Really even though the local Boost Store said the towers were down. Way to go Boost! The Boost Store said there's nothing they can do and so does customer service. Sad to see a once good cell phone company turned into a sorry company who could care less about their customers. They only care about making money so they can pay for all those jobs in Peru! Hopefully this review will warn people about how little some companies care about their customers!

They refuse to issue a refund owed. They won't forward calls to a supervisor or manager. Each agent gives a different story. Completely unprofessional behavior by agents.

I've been with boost mobile since day one. Back when it was Nextel. Note all I asked for was a credit for having bad service An I told them I would have to go to a different carrier the supervisor encouraged me to find another carrier instead of giving me a $10.00 dollar credit because they have 3 towers down in my area down. An he said it could be down 2 more weeks or 6 more months. I would not recommend boost mobile there customer service is terrible the service is wobbly at best. Calls keep dropping text not going through. I looked into track phone service An it is solid service. People make your own decisions but I would take this review creditable An look before you buy. I have been on auto pay for years now when my month ends I will not renew with boost mobile. I hope this will help at least one person make the right decision.

They cut their 10.00 dollar a month phone service told me its for the customers that have a new phone for the new 5g legal aid told me i don't haft to get a new phone just because boost Mobile upgraded their system they have to supply the phone civil court Allah

I have been loyal customer for over 3 years never late on payments. I called several times to schedule an automatic withdrawal for 1 week later due to car issues I had to pay for. I spoke to several people who said it's not possible. The agents did not seem to know what they were saying. I ask to speak to a supervisor and he said they don't do extensions. Every company has extensions due to life unexpected issues. They were rude unprofessional and uncaring of my unexpected car issue. I will be looking for a different provider

I had five lines of data for a 100 dollars many years I've had service with them for 12 years anyway last night I found out they cancel one of my lines and now they said I have four lines of data 100 they cut one of my lines and I didn't even tell me why I was on the phone with them for an hour and a half with customer service and the people don't even speak English and then he understand and they said they're going to help me and I was on hold for over an hour and they didn't even help me boost Mobile is the worst the internet doesn't work half the time and they're always throwing back my service I am always running out of data and when I try to call somebody that fix the problem I get nowhere nobody even speaks English and then they close at 10:00 p.m. Eastern so I'm going to call today and find out what's going

$100 for 12 Months

After trying to activate the phone many times thru the internet, then I spend over six to eight hours on the phone trying to activated, after going from one transfer of call to another, all end up in nothing, first I try to keep the same number I had for many years, but because I could find the information of the account I couldn't transfer the number, then I gave up and wanted to accept a new number, on my frustration trying to call, weeks went by and months, now that I try to get a new number they toll me that is been too long and that I can't activate the account and that I lost the $100. Find out spending so many hours on the phone with them that this offer apparently is not event Boost Mobile, they keep on transferring me from one Department to another. At the end, no phone account and no money back. Don't risk your money, there support service is awful, hard to be able to speak to a human being, and most of the time to understand their English.

I bought a phone for my child and bought the unlimited service and received a limited amount of service and I went up to the store to have it fixed and they refuse to believe what the receipt said and what I paid for and argued with me and would not give me unlimited service but a cheaper service after paying for it

Stole My IPhone 8+

I paid upfront 100% on an iPhone 8 + about 2 years ago. When Boost was bought out I was not grandfathered in & overcharged so left to Verizon. I wanted to keep the 8+ but they are refusing to unlock it & said that it is "Boost's phone." Um… it isn't. I paid upfront & used your services for over 10 years. Class action lawsuit/BBB is what needs to happen. I'm calling my lawyer. This is my phone that I paid for. Thieves!

I purchase a sim card from boots mobile. I just found my credit card was charged for 1 month's service. The sim card is still within the wrap and I don't activate the card. When I login I found the my credit card used to purchase the sim card was subscribe to auto pay. This is a big scam:
1. I don't subscribe to auto pay and I don't get notification I will be subscribed to auto pay.
2. How the sim card activate by somebody else even the physical card in on my hand and it is not opened from the package yet? Unbelievable.
I called and a case was filed. Next day I just got email to notify case closed. And ridiculous, the phone number provided in the email for further assistant is from Dish network. When I call Boost Mobile, eventually I was transferred to the Dish network, and the guys tell me they can't help with Boost Mobile's case because they are Dish network. What a fancy story!
So far I don't see any refund as promised. When I tried to login my account and it was locked! I can just file a dispute with my CC company. Don't purchase any go sim card from this company. Your card will be stolen and you pay service for others, and you can call nobody for help!

I have never in my has such POOR customer service in my life. I work in Customer Service I would never treat my customers the way I have been treated. I will never refer anyone to you friends/ family and will continue to spread the word on all social media outlets how poorly your "customer service" is!

We constantly have issues with our service, whether it be bad connection or data consumption. When trying to figure out what the problem is they rush to be done with us and often times treat us as if we know nothing. Their store representatives are often ignorant of anything that has to do with phone service and will stick you on the phone with another rep because they know absolutely nothing. Boost really is a terrible phone company. The only reason it has any business is because it's cheap. I suppose you get what you pay for but at this rate pay extra and go elsewhere. They really are pathetic.

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. The one time I needed boost to credit me. They refused. I begged them to leave my phone on reason being funeral inquiries about burying my son. Shame on Boost mobile. They are uncaring and unsympathetic to their customers. They Suck!
