I booked a room on March 8th aroun 5:00 pm for March 17th. When I received the confirmation the date was for the 8th. I forgot to change the date. Within 20 min I contacted the company to change the date. 1st caller said they couldn't because it was prepaid and I would have to get authorization from the property manager. Contacted property, they said this company does this a lot and the property can't change the date and they tried. Property Mgr gave me his name and said he would authorize the change if they would call. I called Booking (different person) said they could not do it because of cancelation policy. Asked for supervisor and was put in hold for over 25 minutes only for them to tell me they would give the message to the supervisor. I even sent an email, filed a report. Exchanged a few emails with the same statement "because of cancelation policy they couldn't refund $$ or change the date. I just wanted the date changed.
I added one of 3 responses that I received from different customer service.
Went to Hotel.com, free cancellation.

I booked a room for the 19th and 20th and they booked me for the 3rd and 4th or March. When I went to check the confirmation it was 4 days past due and I couldn't get refund due to policy when they messed. I would not prefer this booking company to take care of rat I got from there gutters. If I was you call hotel not them. Worse service also they hang up on you multiple times.

What a racket!

We booked a hotel in Roswell, Georgia and asked if it was near I75 and The person we talked to said yes. Well, he ended up booking it in Roswell, New Mexico! Not only is there no I75 in NM, they refused to let us rebook even though it was their mistake! They refused to refund our money and told us we had to write a letter explaining what happened and they would review our case. Mind you, they had a recording of their person lying to us about the hotel being off I75! Finally, over a week later, the company told us they were not at fault and wouldnt refund us. Luckily, we could stop payment with Visa. Bookonline.com company is a racket!

I booked a reservation and literally 5 minutes later I called to cancel due to a family matter and to top it off It made me go negative on on funds and they refused to refund over $600 paid for 2 nights. I am a single mom and need that money back. They kept telling me a supervisor will tell me the same thing. I even told them I have serious health issues and It was causing me a panic attack. They kept repeating the same thing. No, no, no…refunds. They did not care about a bad review or taking this to BBB level, calling the media. This is cruel. Who are these people? I need my money back please. I'm begging, if you are the owne reading this review. Have mercy! This is wrong. Again I called to cancel right after I booked online.

Made reservations for visit at Christmas from son. He had accident with serious injury and had to go to ER. Called immediately to number given to me for Bookonline and she said to send in documents so I did 12/23/2021. Never got any response so disputed charges with credit card co they made a chargeback then Bookonline sent them 20 pages of terms my credit card company reversed the chargeback and so I have been through 6 agents at least and they still will not honor their terms…which states if you call and cancel after certain time they charge 1 night for fees and taxes but I am due 2 night refund because reservation was for a 3 night stay…how do I get help with this problem?

This is a SCAM. Do not book here.

They pretend to be a hotel website, with logos, etc. exactly where the regular logos are.
They then sneak a $250 "processing" fee on top of your normal room charges. They charge your credit card immediately. If you attempt to cancel, they will cancel the reservation - but they DO NOT credit your money! They claim they have a "no cancelation" policy for the fee!
IT IS 100% a scam!

SCAM website

Didn't intent to use this third-party website, but a deceptive link took me to them instead of the actual hotel website. I then attempted to book a hotel for me to attend a funeral service later in the month. Their confirmation email showed that the reservation was inadvertently made for that night (just 12 hours in the future). I was halfway around the country and clearly did not mean to do that, so I call BookOnline.com within minutes of receiving the confirmation. I request to change to the correct date. They absolutely refuse. Say I'm calling outside of the cancellation window, which is 24 hours.

I am working with my CC company to refuse payment. And I am reporting this company everywhere possible. Complete fraud. Absolutely no interest in being a reputable business. Be sure you don't accidentally click on their links when you attempt to book a hotel with them!

I booked online and was hit with a ridiculous amount of service fees. I cancelled within an hour via their online portal. I called a few days later to follow-up on my refund. They said there was nothing they could do. If you called when you cancelled, you would have received a refund. If you cancelled your reservation within 24-48 hours of my check-in (which is 6 weeks away) i would have received a refund. And because i already cancelled my reservation there is nothing they can do. They actually told me to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I've never heard such backward logic and horrible customer service. It's a complete scam i do not recommend using them.

Used Bookonline, was misrepresented as Hilton website, went to cancel, totally given run around, told
No refund and by the way the $143 room charge was billed as $193 due to fees they had to pay Hilton. Complete ripoff, lousy customer service, never use this site.
