Don't use this company. I canceled hotel over 24 hours in advance and they kept my money. The hotel didn't get my money either. I call the number provided and it no longer exists
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM! We will absolutely never use this "company" again. They are absolutely a scam. During booking and in our confirmation pages (which I sent to in screenshots to the company) it said in ORANGE BOLD font, FREE CANCELLATION. How wrong that was. When we ended up having to cancel and change plans due to COVID, they then told us that per the terms and conditions listed later, it was completely non-refundable. We spent multiple evenings on the phone with this scam. They had no explanations for why the words FREE CANCELLATION were on our confirmation emails and simply pointed out that down in the terms, it said non-refundable. One customer service agent said that FREE CANCELLATION meant that we could cancel the reservation if we didn't like the hotel. Not sure how you cancel a room you have already stayed in... and NO WHERE was that written or explained. This company is clearly trying to sell to people who need the flexibility of free cancellation by appearing to offer it when they are in fact NOT. They are an unethical business who knows exactly what they are doing and offering up lame and non-sensical excuses. Not to mention they hung up on us multiple times, twice gave us phone numbers that lead to disconnected/no actual number. Terrible terrible terrible. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". SCAM!
Booked thinking I was on hotels main site, got redirected here. Never got a confirmation email and realized it wasnt hotel site. Cancelled more than two weeks in advance and rebooked on the correct site. Trying to get a refund, and cant get ahold of anyone- only an automated machine.
I reserved my room through then and was charged 284! But when i arrived to check in the hotel bill was only 200! And I couldn't cancel because same day reservations have to be canceled 3 days before the reservation date. Worst $#*!ing reservation website. Don't use this $#*!. Go to the hotel and do it in person to avoid scammers like this.
I booked this reservation thinking I was booking it through the hotel's website. Upon realizing the rates I was paying were much higher than the hotel's actual rates and that I needed to make an adjustment to the dates, I cancelled this within 48 hours of booking. The policy said the cancellation and refund was subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. They refused to issue any refund for a booking that is 5 months out. This is a horrible business practice and very misleading to the customer. The confirmation itself says "Free Cancellation" which seems synonymous with a refundable reservation. I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will never use this again.
You get flipped on this site without knowing it. When you book and switch to confirm booking it changes the date to the same day. Although they advertise free cancellation it's impossible to cancel or get your money back. Extremely rude customer service. Read all the reviews. There is a problem and someone needs to step in.
We booked a room online for a Fairfield Inn at a rate of $119.00. Book online did not disclose that they were charging an additional $50 + dollars for taxes and fees. We would have never booked this room knowing there would be that much in additional charges.
Booked a room for grand daughter's wedding and bill for the room stay was $1219. 00 for 5 nights but their "Tax Recovery Charges and Service Fees totaled another $474.38 for a total bill of 1693. 38! These fees were way out of line and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. If you are booking with them check all the cost ahead of time.

I called and they said they would not refund me because of the hotel policies. I called the hotel and they told me that they did not have that policy and they couldn't help me with the reservation since I didn't book through them directly. This company refused to help me in any way. Even though I offered to pay a fee to change. They offered my $26 to use towards my next reservation with them. $26 for a date change request to two days later. Will never use this business again and will tell everyone I know about this experience.
I booked a room through this site 3 months in advanced for a business trip. I tried to cancel within 24 hrs they refused to refund or give a credit. I tried to call twice and was told they wouldn't do anything the first time. The 2nd time they gave me another number which was blatantly fraudulent. Asking information they would never need trying to steal more money or my identity. The company has no morals and no care for they customer and they hire horrible people who will try to scam you. Don't waste your money. Protect yourself from this predatory booking agency.

I try to book directly with the hotel and their website had me thinking I was. I made an error on my dates and immediately contacted them to fix the mistake. They were argumentative. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. I called right back and had the very same experience! There is no customer service here! I would never use them!
They charge almost 50% 'service charge' on top of hotel bill for very poor service & can't answer questions about hotel. And if cancelling they keep the tax recovery & the fee. Book directly with hotel, much cheaper, better & more helpful service. Will NEVER use them again.
Please do not make reservations with this site! When checking into our hotel they asked was the last four digits of my car used 8506. I told them know they told me that no prior payment has been made, My reservations were just held with a dummy credit card and I still had to pay for the room all over again after this website took $236 from my account! The reservation confirmation emphasized Free Cancellation, but I was charged the full amount of $1822. 33: they will give me no refund and they will give me no room (will not reinstate my reservation). I complained to Google about elevating any company with such a bad Better Business Bureau rating to the top of my search list as if it best matched my search.
No email confirmation of reservation, the room you book will not be what you get. I booked a King Pet Friendly room only to find out the day of arrival that my pets could not be accommodated.
