I could not believe! I was promised paid parking and paid breakfast! I was not! I had no hot water, fridge did not get cold, the baseboards were all chipped and cracked, bathroom had cracked door, I could not believe this was the hilton.

Easy, very polite. Made me look forward to my stay in October. My review has just turned irritated. The clerk was nice. Now you want a 100 essay! I hope this reqirement is not an example of how you treat your employees.

Brenna was very helpful, quick and answered my questions very professionally. She also assisted with my veteran discount which is greatly appreciated and ensures that I will be staying at Trump Tower on my future visit.

Painless, less than 5 mins answered all my questions. But now it's painful because I need to write 100 characters on the stupid goddamn website to tell you guys that Luis the nice gentleman that helped me did a great job but this review system sucks $#*!. Just let us say that the person who helped us did a good job like what the $#*! bruh gahhtdam

Dave has been very helpful with a great accent to boot! I'm truly looking forward to my stay and Dave made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. I really appreciate that and I'm looking forward to seeing Vegas again!

My experience was great. Stephanie is very courteous, professional and helpful. She represents the Marriott very well and I am looking forward to my stay at the Marriott Phoenix.

Julio was Very helpful and had a lot of patience for all my questions. He took the time to find me a hotel close to my physician office. He ensured the hotel had all the amenities I needed.

Lindsey was very sweet and kind when gently letting me know that the hotels I was looking at in Stratford, Ontario, Canada were almost completely booked for the dates I needed, five months ahead! She found me a room within walking distance of the Festival theaters. I was very relieved. She is warm and friendly as well as extremely professional and efficient. She turned my disappointment into relief! 😇

I needed a room at the last minute for a colleague whose home has been without power due to the storms in our area. After searching online without finding any rooms available, Jacob had me all set up within just a few minutes. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. What more could a person want or need!?!

Scarleth was very helpful. The hotel we wanted was booked. She was able to find an alternative. I was happy to get a room at my desired location but when I looked up the location the reviews were less than favorable. Lesson learned, look up your hotel before you book. However, that is not Scarleths fault. She was courteous and helpful.
