BUYER BEWARE

I thought I was speaking with the hotel directly, I do not know how I reached BOOKONLINE. Com. After giving them the number of rooms needed and my CC information, I asked what the cancellation policy was. Essentially it is if you can not prove you are sick, etc you lose 1 night stay. At that time BEFORE I hung up, I stated I DID NOT want to move forward with the reservation and hung up. I was charged anyway and can not get my money back.

Adrien was very kind. Very professional.This has nothing to do with Adrien but, the fees were ridiculous. There's got to be a way for cheaper rates. Only $10 off for AARP OR SENIOR! Send senior customers a voucher for a big discount for their next stay.

Sad at first, then impressed!

Disappointed with prices and bed availability at Stone Mill, but Yahdillah found a closer hotel to my event with the right amount of beds and at a better rate and took care of everything. Very impressed, great work and thank you!
