I thought I was speaking with the hotel directly, I do not know how I reached BOOKONLINE. Com. After giving them the number of rooms needed and my CC information, I asked what the cancellation policy was. Essentially it is if you can not prove you are sick, etc you lose 1 night stay. At that time BEFORE I hung up, I stated I DID NOT want to move forward with the reservation and hung up. I was charged anyway and can not get my money back.
Gustavo was very polite and helpful. He did a great job providing excellent customer service. I did not feel rushed like I was just another number like today's corporations treat people. I am A business owner and appreciate his service.

Not good, I was told the rooms I requested was not available Only to find out less then an hour the rooms were available at a cheaper price. I will be sharing this with the rest of my traveling group
