Marty did a fine job and helped me get the best rate. On another note, I hate when this "resort fee" is added at the end. I'm already paying for a room at your hotel, and in my opinion everything should be included in that price. Just add this so called resort fee to the upfront price of the hotel. We are getting charged for it anyway so include it! I find this practice very deceptive by ALL hotels.
Staff was great, hospitality great. I would recommend anyone to stay at JH. The rooms are clean. A quiet place enjoyed NY stay.
The assistant was pleasant...but did not make it clear that she represented BookOnline. I understood that I was talking to Marriott. The "special" rate was TWICE the rate available when I got to the hotel.

Customer service rep advised she was booking us a 2 queen bed room with a pull out couch as there are 2 adults and 4 kids and we get to the hotel and to our room to find that they don't even offer those. Now after already moving hotels once due to her guaranteeing they had this option and the pool worked, we left that hotel that actually had enough beds to accommodate us without a working pool.
Mario provided one of the most exceptional service experiences I've ever. Traveling from out of town to meet family for an event when there is a major event taking place on the same weekend made me very anxious. Mario talked me through it and helped me book the best arrangements to fit my families needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and was so very patient with me. I had phoned for information only, but because Josue explained everything clearly, I placed my reservation request at this time.
This hotel was booked up for the date I wanted so the booking agent gave me an alternative for a better price, down the street.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
