This agent told me lies. He told me that I was gong to have a room with two bedrooms which I kept asking him over and over to confirm it and he kept telling me yes. When I called it was about 2 or 3 in the morning and after numerous times of asking can I check in right now je told me yes once I went to the property that was also a lie. When asked his name he told me Tom and your review said Christoper which was also a lie. This was one of the worst experiences with a hotel. Only recieved one star because you had to select one
Hugo help me make reservation over the phone. What I appreciated the most was he was very helpful to me and kind because I had to cancel a reservation I had made online because I picked the wrong date. He is extremely friendly and easy to work with.
I was made to believe I was talking to a front desk agent when I wasn't. She didn't know anything about the hotel or couldn't answer my questions correctly. I asked her repeat if she was at the hotel. She said yes. She also had a rooster crowing every minute extremely annoying. Wouldn't let me talk about discount. Found out she was a third party so I could have gotten a really good deal if she hadn't lied about working at the hotel. Didn't put our reservation in properly
Called for a one day reservation and 9 parking-Ricardo, went all over everything perfectly. Everything went smooth. He did a great job.
Mario said the wrong description about the hotel, spelled my name wrong, and book the wrong room. He said there will be a full size crib and not a pack-and-play but the hotel confirmed it's a pack-and-play after I called to reserve it separately. He booked the wrong room with non-refundable price and I had to go through the cancellation process. I had specific provided details about the room I need and will not want non-refundable options.
My customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my many questions and tried to help get the best deal for me. Appreciated her help and patience.
He was extremely nice and patient. He helped me get the price down. My only complaint was the suite didn't match the pictures online but overall one of the best customer service representatives that I've talked to.

We kept calling hotels and were told that the hotels had rooms on more than one occasion via Uber and four hotels told us there were rooms and there werent any! We finally found one at the 6th hotel! Basically you guys totally lied to us! Beyond pissed.

It was hard to get the reservation because bad connection on my phone and the reservationist did a wonderful job. So patient.
She assured me I would not have a problem checking in after 2 am. I arrived at 3:30 AM. When I got there I almost could not get the room because I was required to call and confirm I was coming after 2 AM arrivals. I also asked if there were more rooms available and there were. She seemed to want to sell me the most expensive room and did not offer a more economical room.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
