Marc told me that the suite I was paying for at Hampton inn in Santee sc came with a jetted tub. I called the actual hotel after paying for the reservation and they said they don't have jetted tubs. If I would have waited til check in and realized that I didn't get what I paid for I would have been severely pissed off. Horrible service
Morris went above and beyond a great experience. After letting me know the hotel had no availability on the dates I needed, he offered to find another local hotel to accommodate me. And he was successful! We chatted about the Lone Star State and my state, The Sunshine State. I'm attending a Memorial Day Wedding in College Station. Morris is a great employee, don't let that one go! He's a gem!
