Online experience was a nightmare! So, I called the reservation phone line, and was helped by a wonderful lady named Charlette. She was wonderful. It did take awhile, which is troublesome if your systems are having so much trouble with both customers and your employees as well. Charlette was patient, knowledgeable, and obviously experienced.

I made my reservation with an individual named Humberto, confirmed that I was traveling with FOUR show dogs and reiterated that they would be welcome. When I arrived at the Super 8 I was forced to purchase a second room as the additional pets would not be accepted. The front desk representative was very unresponsive to my concerns and advised he knew no one named Humberto When we got to our rooms they were more than substandard. This is a very poorly run and maintained property. One of the rooms had a wall outlet where a lamp was plugged in which arced when you wiggled the plug. There was a floor tile bent upward, creating a tripping hazard for my handicapped friend. They refused to repair it and were rude and uncooperative over an obvious hazard. They refused to even give me a piece of tape to secure it myself. This is a very dirty property With hazards everywhere
