Burt, your agent gave me so much wrong information. First wrong address to the hotel. Finally I found the Holiday Inn express. He promised me I would be 6 miles from where I needed to be. Then I confirmed with him I would have double beds and I requested a bath tub. None of the above. I am15 miles from where I needed to be. Have wasted so much time because of him. I just think he waned a sale. I will be contact Expedia directly.

It was very easy to schedule the 2 rooms, different number of beds in each room. Emmanuel was very professional and repeated my request for confirmation. I didn't want to schedule online, because I wanted the rooms in the newer section, and wasn't sure if the tower was the newer section.

My son is is driving from Washington DC to Florida and with his dog lots and lots of traffic so decided to stay got stuck in a place with no connection. He called me up. I specifically called to check the room amenities because I was looking to book a specific type of room. She assured me that she found the room I was looking for and asked if I wanted to book it. Upon checkin I found out the was not what I specifically ask for and it was s significantly different. Also the rate in which that she book me in for was also higher then what I could've book for on the Hilton app as a honors reward holder. ThirdlyEven though I call the hotel directly to book, the reservation was still made through an outside source so I will not be receiving my rewards points for this stay. All around bad experience.

Ivan went over and beyond what I expected. My flight was canceled. I called the closest hotel. He said they were fully booked while we were talking and then proceeded to search for another hotel room for me and took care of the whole process right over the phone. He made a difficult day very easy
