The representative attempted and followed through on finding the best rate contingent on availability. Having said that we ultimately collaborated on a nice hotel with a casino for less than 1/2 the cost of the originally anticipated hotel, which ultimately was close to 2/3rds higher in price. And was in proximity of the other hotel/resort. Resorts can be a result in significant additional fees that may or may not be utilized by the patrons residing at the hotel.
My plane was rerouted to Dallas and not set to fly to my final destination until the next day. I called late at night and was able to secure a room upon my arrival in Dallas. The gentleman was kind and professional helping me navigate this unexpected unfortunate event.

I recently had a disappointing experience with [BookingOnline. When I made my reservation, I was assured that I would have a specific style of room that I was really looking forward to. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the room I had selected was not available.
To make matters worse, I was given a different room that was of a lower quality and significantly cheaper, yet I was still charged the higher price I had initially agreed upon through the booking service. This felt misleading and unfair.
I expected better communication and transparency, especially when it comes to something as important as my accommodation. I would advise others to be cautious when using this service, as my experience did not meet the standards
During reservation process rooms became unavailable. Very slow response. By the time she booked 2 rooms I did not need them and had told her to stop. I got stuck with a $500 charge. Never use Hilton again. My Hilton number is *******. Service was awful.
This site spoofs legitimate hotel sites, lists prices and then adds a huge fee to your credit card payment. On top of that, they add a "protection plan" at a ridiculous price. (The actual room reservation is made through Expedia, so you're better off just using Expedia.) It took me multiple phone calls to cancel the reservation and the "protection" plan. I was not reimbursed the full amount charged for the room and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the "protection" plan. These people are scammers. Stay away!
I believe I was misled in this phone call. I asked if this was the Marriott Hotel reservation line and the person responded yes. I did not know that it was not the actual hotel front desk but a booking service. Although my ancient was very pleasant and helpful,

There were not! He told me I could park at the hotel for $4.00 per day and a shuttle would take me to the airport at 4 a.m. but no shuttle service at all! Very disappointed.
The rep gave me the highest price available. The hotel gave me a different quote which was cancellable and when I ask to speak to the hotel first I got cut off on the phone. No reservation number but my credit card was charged right away. I had to call back to get the reservation number.

I was on the phone for an hour and a half plus, trying to make a reservation for three rooms. The woman kept going back-and-forth about the prices the dates it was a nightmare experience very, very stressful and unpleasant. This woman has no business working in a reservation department at a hotel. They did not have the rooms that we wanted after we spent all this time on the telephone. She should have put a hold on the two rooms we wanted, but she didn't and at the end of the conversation so she said the two rooms were not available. This is outrageous. We should not be paying a cancellation fee.

I called to make a reservation at the Spark. I told him I have a dog and Josue said it was pet friendly. He gave me the full price with tax and I gave him my credit card. I was astounded and very upset when I got to the hotel and they said there was a $75.00 fee extra for pets. Josue did not tell me about any fee and he knew very well that I had a dog. I will never use this site again.
Almost everything was great except the drapes. We couldn't close the blackout curtains therefore we had the Hilton's neon sign shinning bright light's into our room all night. It was so difficult to get any sleep. We talked to the front desk and nothing was done. The beds where great. Water was hot. But the light shining into our room all night was uncomfortable to say the least. Your staff was very nice.
I called to reserve my room for an upcoming family reunion that I will be attending. I specifically confirmed with the representative that my credit card would not be charged at the time of said reservation. I noticed the pending amount on my credit card and responded in question. I did not get a response. The entire stay was charged upfront when I was told that o could pay at check-in.

I asked for an early booking. They agreed to it and said I would get it. I told him I didn't want the hotel unless I got the early booking and when I got to the hotel they just wanted to charge me $60 more to book early which was never mentioned
