Luis, the agent i worked with was kind and patient, he took his time to ensure he found a last minute place for me to stay after an 8 hour flight delay and cancelation.

My reservation was canceled when I arrived and I was not refunded. Jay was working the front desk when I arrived. He said that because I complained about the TV not working the last time I stayed at the hotel that I must leave and that am trespassing. I was not allowed to receive a refund. Jay was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would like a full refund. Thank you.
