DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! This company is also Faregeek.com, so don't be fooled! They charged my mother and I more than we agreed to pay and never refunded the extra money. Then my husband's and my return flight from Paris to San Diego got cancelled and they never notified me. I happened to check online a few weeks ahead of time and called the company to fix the problem. (Thank goodness I did, otherwise my husband and I would have been stranded at the airport indefinitely!) At that point they said that there would no seats available and that they couldn't get us home until over 24 hours later. They would not pay for the extra expenses that we would incur as a result of the changes. I called over 20 times, always waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes before the phone even got picked up, only to have someone tell me that there was nothing the company could do and that I was just out of luck. The agents even had the nerve to get mad at me for calling! While the company says they are in Delaware it is very obvious that they are located overseas, if for no other reason than the fact that I was asked if there was a "local train from New York to San Diego" that I could take instead of flying. Seriously?! Bookairfare/Faregeek refused to take responsibility for anything and made it obnoxiously difficult to even get home after I had already paid for a return flight. I will only buy tickets directly through the airlines now as a result of this painstakingly frustrating experience!
As happened to many others here, i was conned by this company. I purchased a ticket and never received an e-ticket not even a cancellation email! 12 hours before the flight i called Bookairfare, only to be told the flight was cancelled by the airline! That's a lie. I called the airline (THY) and they confirmed that it was not cancelled. The trick used by this company is this: they reserve the ticket on your behalf and never send you the e-ticket. They either call you to notify it was cancelled or expect you to call them. And upon speaking they will tell you the price is changed and the airline cancelled the ticket for that reason. However, if you pay extra £££ they will issue you the ticket. Its a scam. I will notify Momondo to remove this company from their affiliates. Bookairfare told me i could not find the ticket at same price. However, i purchased the exact same ticket from Mytrip without any problem. Avoid this company at all cost. Do not rely on them issuing the ticket. You will lose time and effort. I will be reporting them to Trading Standart as well as any other relative departments... This is a geniune review and feedback. I have repeatedly contacted book air fare in order to recoop a flight voucher i have already purchased; i have waited for hours on hours on the line to speak to a human being but have not got in contact with a single person. After raising countless tickets and sending requests to bookairfare i just get the standard bull$#*! email saying a travel agent will contact me and they have never done so. They asked me to provide them with my proposed travel plan but still i havent received anything. My travel voucher has since been expired twice after twice artificially getting extended by "some automated" response.

We also see that the first email dropped in out account was on 12th Feb asking to use the travel voucher for a travel date of 21st Jan 2017. As per the airline restrictions and policy in place a passenger can only use future credit within 1 year of span from the time of your purchase. It has been advised to you that your travel has to be completed by 18th Feb 2016. The travel dates asked cannot be fulfilled by the airline hence would request you to kindly look at the Future credit voucher email and cross check on the terms and condition advised.
