My problem is I can't sign in so no way to resolve this. When I send a reset password request(from every email address I have) I get no response. Get why I'm very upset after all these years with you?
I've been selling on there for several years. Somehow my password isn't taking and I can't sign in. You have to sign in to contact anyone. Which always took 3 days anyway. I've made sales that I can't see what they were. I'm beginning to feel like I'm being forced into buying a membership to get any help. I put in a lot of work to list over 500 items, but don't like how I've been treated. At least ebay gives you help and traffic.
After searching the web for an item that is hard to find in the U.S. I came across Bonanza. I had never heard of this site before but everything was quite user friendly and not a hassle to sign up. After purchasing my item I had an excellent experience with the seller! Merchandise was received as promised, in excellent condition and timely service. Buying with confidence via mail is an extremely important aspect of any mail order service and I am happy to have found Bonanza and will be using it for future purchases!
Like ebay, but most of the sellers are based only in the US, which is great. Especially good for finding american branded auto and home tools which you cannot always find on other websites. Site is a little hard to navigate using a mobile phone, but on the desktop it works just fine.
As big as the Phoenix metropolitan area is, I thought I could find a store someplace that had the collarless denim vest I wanted. After spending the better part of my day searching local stores, I found nothing at all like I wanted.
As a last ditch effort I did a search on the internet. I found Exactly what I wanted at Bonanza.com. The color I wanted, the size I needed, the material I was looking for, and even a lower price than I expected. I ordered it easily. It arrived quickly. It was perfect!

I am such a Happy Camper with Bonanza! I was looking for a new facial mask for my Phillips Cpap machine and Bonanza had it cheaper than anyone else for the complete system! I ordered it and was so excited with the mask and I saved a good bit of money + they gave me and added discount! They went over the expectations for customer service! I bought a product from this company turned out to be something else totally different. The seller posted a fake picture which in reality was another Sold by Beauty_Store2016 Beware.
I ordered Revlon DNA makeup from Bonanza primarily because they were advertising the exact color which I use and find it extremely difficult to acquire. Bonanza was prompt with the delivery and the product was wrapped securely. The product was easy to purchase online with no problems evolving - it was a smooth process.
I had been searching for Loki, a Marvel Avengers action figure, for several weeks with no success (unless I wanted to pay 2 - 3 times more than the other characters I had bought). I happened upon Bonanza.com, did a search and found him for $4 less than I paid for the other characters on other sites. Delivery was fast and my grandson was thrilled.

Here the reviews are more positive than negative? I almost went for it... something fishy... I just check BBB only 4 positive reviews, 92 NEGATIVES. NOT worth it!
Purchased two Bitdefender Antivirus software for 3+ years and only paid $24 each. Had problems with install on my wifes computer and they kept working with me until we got it up and running. Very happy with a little over $6.00 per year to have piece of mine with a very good rated antivirus software program. I definitely will be purchasing other software packages from them.
The poster I bought (Mohammed Ali vs Superman) is beautifully printed and laminated. I love it and know my granddaughter will, too. In fact, I plan to buy a second one. It took a little longer than buying something within the "lower 48 states" since it came internationally, but it did come sooner than I expected.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
