I used Bonanza for the first time last week. Didnt really know too much about the site but after reading various reviews about the way they work to protect both customers and sellers, I decided to give them a go. I ordered the new Iceland 2018 shirt and I can only give positive reviews of the way the site operates and also for the seller. Loved it, shirt is brilliant, seller so helpful and I will definitely be using again.
I ordered two pair of shoes, and they came in the most awesome way. They were handmade, and are beautiful. It took them a week to make, and 4 days to ship. Great site with great products.
My chair arrived well packaged and when opened I was so glad to see that it was just exactly as advertised: newly renovated, re-glued and refinished. It was clean and the upholstery was immaculate. I am very pleased with my experience with Bonanza and Stickyard Antiques.

I've been buying spells from Cassia4 since last year with no results in anything at all.My story is that they had a spell which they claimed to be super powerful so I brought it due to being desperate for a brighter future, i brought this spell around first week of November 2017 and since now March 20 2018 still not even a tiny bit of result! Nothing at all! Someone even told me Sheila/Albina is doing nothing in her side to help me, I message her if its true and she said nothing. She keeps telling me she's boosting the spells since January 2018 till of course now March 20 2018. If i had brought these boosting spells since January till now it would have cost me more than 6k+ i am glad i didn't buy those boosting spells because it will be like this.
No results because she is not honest and pretends to be nice. Thanks for scamming/wasting my time since last year/making me trust her like a friend. Highly disappointed! If you want to see false reviews she makes people write for her shop to look good and no results then i recommend you to find her for false hope
And p.s.the psychic readings they have are never accurate, i recommend you wait until you see it happening to write a review for her.
I have made 3 separate purchases thru Bonanza and I have been extremely pleased every time. The football jerseys I purchased were top quality and at extremely reasonable prices. The items came from China and arrived within 3 weeks of the tine I placed my order. I will continue to use Bonanza as my go to source for quality stitched football jerseys.
I ordered a jersey for my son for Valentine's Day and STILL have NOT received it! Every time I send them a message, they respond that I will get it in 2 - 3 days and it never comes! The USPS tracking number says they tried to deliver it today but could not. We were home ALL day and actually received another shipment from Wayfair, so that was a total lie! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER!
I used to think that the site bonanza.com and the people who own/manage the e-commerce site are to and with people who want sell products online. But what I've found is that unless you subscribe and pay for a store on bonanza there are re-direct links from sellers product pages to walmart.com pages who sell similar products to one's bonanza pages even if you have no products listed on walmart.com.
Pretty low when sellers are already paying for advertising for their products on bonanza. Kind of extortion by bonanza against the people who are selling products on bonanza.com. Have any of the individuals who make such policies ever owned a or been involved in any types of business before. That's really not standing behind your customers bonanza cake eaters.

Purchased Item, Now waiting a week to receive an Invoice to Pay. Seller does not respond. Total waste of Time. Avoid the Aggravation, buy elsewhere for a few dollars more and actually receive you item before you even receive an invoice to pay on bonanza. Extremely poor business model. If an item is advertised, it should be available to buy, pay and ship. The process seemed suspect from the start and now I will NEVER return to the site. Worst buying experience ever. Stay Away

I order from Bonanza with a leap of faith never hearing of them before. The vendor I ordered from came through with flying colors. I received my merchandise within the time line they predicted. And the quality of the merchandise I bought was up to my expectations. The items I ordered were of store quality and not some cheap knock off representation of the real thing. It's in my opinion that the items I purchased are the real deal. They are probably from the original manufacturer is what I am trying to say. If you purchase from my vendor on Bonanza then you can buy with confidence that you are making a great puchase and your money will be well spent.
This is the THIRD time I have purchased from this website and this vendor. You can't go wrong. Love the items and even had to return one which I thought would be a problem but it was a piece of cake. Everyone should be this easy to work with!
If youve had a bad experience with Bonanza.com its a particular seller, not Bonanza. I have bought several items from many different sellers, and have nothing but excellent things to say about every aspect of my experience. Great & near immediate communication from sellers. All products Ive purchased were exactly as described, and quality was as expected. I use both eBay & Amazon, but always check with Bonanza before I buy, and rarely am I disappointed.
There r no returns.Do not take the chance. I took the chance and am now stuck with a pair of jeans to donate
The site is no help to protect the consumer. When you buy something from one of their matches and you try to get the product return the sellers don't respond to you and Bonanza tells you to file a claim with PayPal. WTF! WTF!
Made a purchase from Araska Diamond via Bonanza.com and never received it.
After several attempts to contact Bonanza they finally responded over two weeks later only to tell me that basically they weren't responsible nor could they do anything to help me.
Very frustrating and a tremendous loss of valuable time and money.
There are many reputable sites out there and it's really sad that scum like Bonanza is allowed to operate the way they do.
I ordered hair ties, hair clips and a pair of "boot socks". The incorrect hair items were sent and the "boot" socks were crew socks! I emailed Bonanza numerous times. I was told to send a photo which I did. I was then told that their site does not support photos emailed. I continued, and continued to email, my dissatisfaction and frustration. Finally they said they would refund me only 50 % of my payment and I would have to wait to get refund! Company is EXTREMELY difficult to deal with and would not refund me my entire amount! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE.
I purchased an item from a seller "Fancy That" who could not have been more helpful in seeing to it that I got exactly what I wanted. Nice to know there are still people out there who still care about quality service.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
