I purchased some Microsoft word software and was finally (after several attempts) received a product key. The key would not work. I even contacted Microsoft tech support and they could not download the product. My interface with the seller left a lot to be desired. Every link they sent would not work. They kept asking for things I could not provide. They offered a refund but asked for an email from paypal. I did not receive an email from paypal - so I guess they will keep my funds. This was a small purchase but I don't like giving my money away - even though small in amount. Stay away from this site and these sellers.
I placed a purchase for 2 Adobe Acrobat XI Professional for Windows software discs from Bonanza's website. The seller was Oracle_Technologies' booth New York, NY. I did receive the discs but they were obviously bootleg copies with a fake Adobe sticker on them. And there was no authorization code included so I knew right away it was a scam. I tried contacting Oracle Technologies at least 6 times and never heard anything back. I then started contacting Bonanza and Katie G. At *******@bonanza.zendesk.com is the only way they say I can contact them. I would get endless emails saying I needed to talk to Amazon Pay about the transaction but Amazon Pay did not even have the transaction number in their system. A week after placing the order my Credit Card was compromised and I had to cancel the card because there were fraudulent charges coming onto it because of this scam. My email address was also shared with numerous vendors because I now get at least 30+ scam emails a day, mostly sex relate sites. Bonanza is a bad site with bad people operating it. Saty far away! Still no help from Bonanza and they say they do not have a phone number to contact them at so I am left with no choice but to file a complaint. The crazy thing is that Bonanza still allows the seller "Oracle technologies" to continue to sell on their site. BONANZA IS ONE BIG SCAM!
I am a seller in EBay and Amazon. But in EBay and amazon, lots of the buyer return the item which is not making sense. The reason of those are just like these "I don't like it" or "change my mind". And for the return shipment, the $#*!ing buyer also don't want to pay the return shipment. More over, EBay and Amazon protect the buyer. They don't protect the seller.
I have read the negative feedback of this topic. They both the buyers and I think their reason of the RMA are not reasonable. If the item is defective, that the seller fault. But usually the buyer tell lies. I receive the RMA everyday from EBay and Amazon. After I receive the RMA, I will test it and figured out that is not defective. So that is terrible for selling in EBay and Amazon.
But in Bonanza, they know that the RMA from the buyers who are cheap $#*! and they will make the seller lose money. If bonanza doing this way, this is the protection of seller. More over, the reason of the buyer do the online shopping because it is cheaper than retail store a lot. Price is very important to the buyer only, not the service. Even we do the good job, they are still making a lot of RMA.
So for other country, why they don't want to sell the stuff to USA because the buyers in USA usually being terrible STUFF (RMA by non sense reason.).
From the data, the average qty of RMA from one person in USA for the whole year, which can fit the 24 feet container. So is it terrible?
Hope bonanza will protect the seller and make the transaction more fair between seller and buyer.

I am sorry to read the poor reviews! My experience was absolutely hassle free and the merchandise I ordered was to my expectation! I will come back if/when I might need something else. My Great-Grandmothers vintage champagne glass was replaced and that was important to me! Thank you!
I tried to join Bonanza as a free seller which it APPEARS that you can. It also APPEARS that you would only pay them a relatively small fee once you sell an item. However... the truth is that after you waste your time setting up your "booth" with a description of the items that you want to sell and then spend more time to put up photos of that item, you THEN find out (when they finally get around to open your "booth" usually a few days) after you get an email stating that you won't be CHARGED until 2 weeks or so when your "free trial" ends, and then you will "automatically" be billed once a month thereafter! What a SCAM! I didn't AGREE to a "free trial" at all! Why would I do that when it was SUPPOSED to be free?
Do yourself a favor and stick with eBay, especially as a seller. Their fees may be a little higher once you sell something, but it is worth it because they are so much more experienced and professional then Bonanza, and also the sellers and the buyers are protected much better.
Misleading company that once you question their practices, they block you and your account. Their immediate response is that you are rude and too demanding of a customer for them to even try to deal with. Notice that there are twice as many negative reviews as positive ones, should speak volumes to future customers.
Got the job done in the right time and in the right way. I ordered a pair of headphones and they came in a lovely way right at my front door. Very well sealed and very well taken care of. Thanks for the spectacular effort and work.
This was my first purchase from this site and I was quite pleased. The shoes arrived quickly and they were exactly as pictured. They are gorgeous and I cant believe that I got such a good deal on them.
Gave measurements and received the costume in a couple short weeks. Fits better than anything Ive ever had made costume wise. Would highly recommend.
I'm very sorry that I had to write this review as my initial experience of using Bonanza was pretty positive. Unfortunately they have decided to behave in a completely and I think borderline illegal way and have shut down my account without so much as telling me they had done so.
On top of that, they told all my past customers that they had shut down my account and that they should open up claims with Paypal to get their money back. Thankfully I didn't lose too much as Paypal determined that most of the transactions were too old to be disputed but the fact that they conspired to launch this vicious attack on me without even giving me any warning was absolutely disgraceful.
And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I emailed them to ask why I was no longer able to use the site and I got a response from someone saying that they couldn't tell me why. I emailed on two more occasions in the hope I might get to speak to someone more helpful but these times I didn't get any response at all, not even a confirmation of my message having been received.
I would avoid this place as you have no idea whether you're going to wake up and still have an account with them, and then they won't even let you know why they've shut you out. If I wasn't in a different country I would seriously consider taking legal action against them.

I ordered complete season of the dukes of hazard, and the seller on bonanza stole my money on my credit card, and didn't send me nothing. So bonanza don't care one bit, just tells me to work it out with pay pal, but pay pal didn't steal my money bonanza did.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THEIVES
Be advised that Bonanza will not do anything to help you when you get screwed. They will wipe their hands and tell you to sort it out with Paypal or the buyer (that ripped you off). There is no advantage to using this site, at least with eBay you have their help when someone screws you over. No help whatsoever from Bonanza.
A nice online shop, with a selection of items you couldn't get otherwise, usually very cheap. Recommended.
I am a seller with excellent rating on every site I do business on. Bonanza cut off my seller privileges without even a peep of an explanation. It can happen to anyone, and I have found with my research that it does. So all your hard work in setting up with them will come to not.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
