Bonanza is a middle man and can't help you with a dispute "reach out to the seller". I have and the seller doesn't respond. I ordered something that I searched for and it came up on Bonanza. I ordered item December 20,2017 and today is January 15,2018 with no merchandise, response from seller or refund of my money. I filed a dispute with PayPal with the response "no unauthorized use" which means no refund.
First of all, there's no customer service number for this hot mess of a site, so all disputes have to be sloppily done between the seller and customer service. Both try to string you along and never resolve the problem.
I bought a table for my husband in Early December and even selected expedited shipping. I was having a very hard time finding a specific table like this, and was pleased when I saw it on Bonanza. It is now over a month later and I still haven't received it.
The seller did refund my shipping charge after I complained, but now he refuses to refund me in full for the Christmas present I never received. Whenever I inquire about it he gives me the "just wait x amount more days" line, to absolutely no avail. I had to formerly file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. NEVER USE THIS SITE-it will turn your hair gray.
I had never heard of this site before and was weary on placing an order, but I couldn't find any other offer like what one of their Sellers was offering (custom made stocking with an estimated delivery date well before Christmas). The process was smooth and the Seller was FANTASTIC to work with. The stocking arrived well before Christmas and was QUALITY work. Don't be so quick to pass over the little guy or the "unknown", it may be just what you are looking for!
Bonanza is like eBay. The website itself is great but you have to be wary of bad sellers. They have reviews for the buyers so you can check what previous buyers think of the seller. I personally bought stuff off here and it was great. The sellers I bought from were nice, shipped quickly, and contacted me when my order was shipped.
I tried Bonanza.com for the first time 3 weeks ago. I purchased an item only to discover after it arrived that the seller was from Venezuela. Bonanza does NOT disclose that unlike Amazon and eBay. Additionally, the items that arrived were NOT as described and when I complained the seller ignored my complaint and Bonanza said too bad and that I should file a claim with Paypal which AGAIN is not like eBay or Amazon and refused to refund my money. Effectively, the dump the responsibility of a buyer getting their money back after they are ripped off onto Paypal. Basically, Bonanza does not care if you get ripped off when buying from their site.
Bonanza.com is crooked only protects the seller and cares nothing about the buyer.
I would have given them a ZERO star rating if I could.
Answered all my questions promptly and kindly. My order got to me quickly. Very satisfied with my order and the way it was handled! Will definitely be doing business with bonanza bootfactory again and will recommend them as well!
I wanted ornaments to give my grandchildren for Christmas depicting what their favorite thing in 2017 was. Not only did this site have exactly what a wanted, I know that they will have exactly what I want for many years to come. Also, recommended site to my friend and she was just as pleased as I was. Thank you for helping to make our Christmas special.
I love the selection, so many choices and price ranges. Ordering was easy, delivery was excellent. Because I have not had any issues yet, I cannot comment on that aspect of customer service.

Tried to cancel an order the day after it was placed. Emailed seller and Bonanza no response from either. Three days later received confirmation that the item was shipped. Will never shop with Bonanza again... lets see if the item turns up and what state it is in when it arrives. Lost all trust in this process.
I ordered a jersey for christmas. They sent the wrong jersey. After emailing back and fourth they asked me to send the wrong Jersey back to them and they would send me the correct item. After I tracked the item back to them. They never responded to my emails. Never sent the correct item back to me. Horrible company. If you have done business with them and are unhappy, Please look into Amazon pay. Look into Amazon A to Z payment. You should be able to get your money back. Amazon needs to get rid of them. So horrible to take peoples money and not send them the correct item back.
I bought an expensive Main board for TV. The board never came Bonanza said I needed to take my claim up with the supplier. They said the electonic board was a service,- what a bunch of BS. They are no Amazon.
This is the worst online service you can work with. I have an order for my daughter as a Christmas gift for 3 weeks ago and still no respond. Please don't order anything from them. You will be disappointed
I received my purchased items this morning to my surprise and relief.
The last purchases came in today afterall. I still strongly believe that Bonanza should have a better screening process in place or system where the seller is not paid in full until product delivery is confirmed by buyer. Thank you!
I ordered a part, and it was claimed it would be shipped by a particular date. Two days after that, no part. I contacted the seller via the website (the only way to to so), and they refunded the money but claimed the part would be shipped. The shipping date kept getting later and later, and the seller never provided tracking info. I provided negative feedback about the seller to Bonanza, but never received any feedback on that. Two months later, I found the part elsewhere. I give two stars rather than one because I actually got the refund. However I would have preferred to buy the part, but failing that to have received feedback.
I purchased something for a xmas present (dec 3rd). I asked for additional info on the 4th (received promtly) then radio silence. Website estimate said I should receive goods about 7th or 8th. Emailed for status update on the 14th (no response). Contacted their seller again on the 18th with a DEMAND for a response. Seller cancelled the entire order and said he would refund it. No explanation. Nothing. Now unable to get product before Xmas from ANY site. Stay away. Use respectable sites like Amazon even if you have to pay slightly more. Saves the headache
What can I say about this company. Great customer service. I ordered a Penn State Jersey and when I ordered it, Irma hit Florida. The customer was forthcoming in letting me know my package would be delayed. As soon as it was able to ship I received notification. Top Notch customer service and I was very pleased with the shirt I received. Would Highly recommend. Keep up the great service.
I purchased something through this site, and then 3-4 days later got an email indicating that Bonanza had terminated their connection with the vendor and suggested to me that the vendor might be fraudulent. The company provided a stock email address for PayPal to try to secure a refund (this wasn't successful, since I had made my purchase as a guest on PayPal and they're only equipped to help account holders). After probably 45 min on the phone, I just called my credit card company and asked them to delete the charge. Bonanza sent me an email 1 week later asking if their "happiness producer" (aka customer service rep)'s email had been helpful. Not even close. Stay away from this company folks. Let companies that really understand that customer service involves more than just a cutesy job title have your business.
These people have a service I have searched for in one place for a long time. As a small Manufacturer of Electronic Equip. I have needs that are small in size but large in variety. Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
