It now become annoying to know that until this time at 14:50 (+0800GMT Singapore) my recipient has received my above subject order. The situation prompted me reading reviews relating to your delivery performances in Melbourne area and writing a review of my own. It is becoming a disappointment knowing my Valentine's gift haven't reached or scared of thinking may not reach my family in Melbourne today. Or worst, won't reach at all. I was trying to contact them from Singapore but to no avail. Further i also recipient to contact them as well but faced with similar fate. Anyways, at last it reached at 20:00 (+1100GMT) which made me changed my review.
I ordered two lots of flowers for delivery on 8/2/24. It is now 16/2/24 and still no delivery. The driver allegedly couldn't find the address. At no time have they rung me on either provided phone number or emailed me. I have asked for manager support and they just leave a voice message and say there is an email but there is none. They no longer take my calls

Very disappointing purchase from this company. The Designer Arrangement IV delivered to my mother looked nothing like the $100 bunch pictured online. Rather than "a beautiful mix of at least 24 stems of assorted Premium flowers or a single type of flower, like Red Roses, Lilies or Orchids." what was received was a couple of oriental lilies and a few roses, interspersed with ugly brown Alstoemeria lilies, already starting to wilt. What florist mixes orange and mauve? My complaint was basically ignored with a tiny 15% discount on future orders offered. I'll not take a chance with them again and advise others to steer well clear.
As always, the service is great! The latest purchase arrived a day early but one of the more amazing deliveries I've ordered for family/friends was to a friend who lives on a 200 acre ranch in very rural Texas in a town (population 158) that doesn't even have USPS delivery so no address. They only have a PO Box so I called Bloomex Customer Service and the very excellent service rep was able to find how the shipping address should be filled out and voila!
This company is a con. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday last Thursday week for her birthday on the Friday. The following Monday they hadn't turned up. When I rang I was told that the courier had been involved in an accident! It was rescheduled for the following Wednesday and I was told that complementary chocolates would be included to help mitigate the disappointment. Nothing turned up on the Wednesday either. When the order actually arrived, by Post, on the Friday, fully a week after my mother's birthday, the flowers were dead and of course there were no complimentary chocolates... Who sends flowers by mail?! I honestly don't understand how this company can still be operating? This is clearly standard practice for them...

Having used Bloomex many times over the years, I would greatly recommend their high quality flowers and their very efficient, prompt service.
Bloomex, the so-called flower distributing company, has once again proven its astounding incompetence by failing to deliver a Valentine's Day order, despite being paid for three days in advance. This marks the second consecutive year of disappointment, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth of a customer who foolishly entrusted this abysmal excuse for a service.
Choosing Bloomex for such a significant occasion, especially after a history of consistent failures, is akin to willingly subjecting oneself to heartbreak and frustration. It seems that Bloomex's idea of customer service is a cruel joke played on those seeking to express love and affection on special occasions.
The sheer audacity of Bloomex to promise timely deliveries and then blatantly disregard their commitments is beyond comprehension. This company has perfected the art of ruining celebrations, turning what should be joyous moments into a nightmare of disappointment and anger.
What's truly baffling is why anyone would continue to opt for this lamentable excuse of a flower delivery service after experiencing their abysmal track record. One might question the sanity of individuals who, for consecutive years, believed that Bloomex could miraculously redeem itself and make a cherished occasion memorable.
The lack of accountability displayed by Bloomex is staggering. There is seemingly no remorse for ruining what should be a beautiful day for countless customers. A company that consistently fails to meet its promises, especially on special occasions like Valentine's Day, has no place in the business world.
Valentine's Day, a day that symbolises love and affection, became a day of heartbreak for those who relied on Bloomex. It's disheartening to witness a company thrive on the joy of others while callously disregarding its responsibility to deliver happiness.
In conclusion, Bloomex's continued failure to deliver on its promises, especially on occasions as auspicious as Valentine's Day, is nothing short of pathetic. Customers deserve better, and it's high time they seek reliable alternatives that actually value their patronage. Bloomex, you've not only wilted the flowers but also crushed the spirit of those who dared to trust your so-called services. Shame on you.

I wish that no one ever uses this service. They take money for the order and then don't bring it for a week. They don't call back for clarification, they don't do anything at all - they just use my money. Now I am trying to get my money back. Never again. Bloomex - scum.

Absolute scammers. Flowers ordered arrived 7 days late,(after paying extra for same day delivery) dead and soggy package. After numerous complaints they offered a discount on next order. As if I'd ever use them again. Found a site "Bloomex sucks" - wish I'd found it before, seems to be usual practice for bloomex, substandard flowers, late or no delivery, substitute for cheaper selection etc etc. Be warned they have a terrible track record. Order from a more reputable source..

A terrible company. Do not use! I spent $80 on a bouquet for a birthday. Not only did the flowers arrive late, they were the wrong flowers, and a tiny bunch at that, after I paid extra to upgrade. I don't understand how a shoddy business like this can still exist, with the market competition that is a million time better than them. Disgusting service and no one is interested in talking to me about my dissatisfaction. Their customer service email bounced back. Stay away!
I typed in port Hedland flowers you guys were the first to come up! Told me you had an agent in town so not true your agent is delivery through post!
I've waited over 10 days for theses flowers to be delivered told I would have to drop them back at the warehouse! Disgusting service never again I will be making everyone aware in the town not to order through you guys us you are not local and don't have a local agent and deliver dead flowers!

Really hard when you live so far away from family and just want to get some nice, alive flowers to your mum. Highly recommend this company as my mum got what I saw on the photo and they were beautiful and alive.

Ordered a bouquet on a Monday, requesting delivery on the Thursday for a special occasion. Ended up arriving at 9:30pm when my elderly relative was already in bed! Aggressive door knocking woke her up and terrified her. Then, to make matters worse, the flowers were half dead and ready to be thrown straight in the bin. I don't know who is responsible for this, but they should be ashamed of themselves. I'll be demanding a refund. Spend the extra $10 and go to a reputable company.
I ordered flowers a week before funeral when & where was quite clear in instructions to Bloomex. I even 'live chat' with them the night before the funeral & was advise it would be done - flowers did not arrive for my family funeral. I am more then disgusted - appalled that they treat family funerals with such disrespect. I sincerely hope this business folds. It deserve no stars whatsoever

Total scam. Ordered on Saturday. Website says it couldn't be delivered the same day - that's fine, I ordered it for 2 days later (Monday). It still hasn't been delivered yet (Wednesday)! Online chat staff didn't even look at my order details and then called me "Belinda" and offered a $25 "credit" instead of the $59 refund requested. Refused to get a manager, no way to escalate complaint.
I ordered flowered to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I received a email saying they wouldn't be there for that day. It said do you want to have delivered next day or cancel, I responded cancel. On the next day I received another email saying your order is on the way. 2 days later my partner called saying she received the flowers but they were dead. The number to call is one digit short and received no response via email.
Got sent a basket of apples and mandarins, was told I was ordering a range of 11 different fruits when I ordered it. $85 for a basket of apples and mandarins, $8 per piece. Ridiculous! Could only offer a store credit of $30, even though we won't be using this company again!

Very disappointed with the end product. Flowers looked days old, not fresh. Overall, not using Bloomex again. Not worth the money. I felt embarrassed sending these to my mum in hospital.

We have been using Bloomex for a few months now and they are extremely well priced and always upgrade the delivery if there is every any issue. We have been really pleased to use Bloomex to send gifts to our customers.
Scammer! Rip off. Delivered flowers 4 days late. Sent dead flowers. Ignore emails when I complained. Asked for refund and they would only give me a credit. Used the credit after they promised to look after me and redeem themselves. Sent another two dead sad tiny bunches instead!
Great business model here…. Rip you off, stress you out and take your money and run.
You would be better off with fresh petrol station flowers than giving this scam company your well warmth money.
I love this store because the flowers are beautifully decorated, always fresh. And often promotions are held, so that the bouquet can be bought profitably. Flower delivery at exactly the appointed time.
I was sending condolence flowers money was no object. I choose them because the advertised same day delivery to the area. Then they sent an email saying they wouldn't deliver to the area for another 3 days. Said the would give a complementary upgrade as compensation. The flowers were cheep and tacky. Looked nothing like advertised. The vase was not even what I ordered and paid for. Complained and got told this was all within there policy. Photos show advertised vs what received this was supposed to have the super sized bunch and upgraded.
