AVOID BLOOMEX! Phone operator JAYCEE (or JC) is USELESS! Budget buyers please pay $60 more to A DI

HORRIBLE, PATHETIC and COMPLETELY INEPT!

For potential flower buyers who are on a budget and would like to send flowers to a loved one but might not have a lot of money, I was in the same boat so 'PLEASE' believe me when I say - look for A DIFFERENT FLORIST. Keep far away from this CROOKED and DODGY company Bloomex.

I have been buying flowers from various florists all over Australia and even overseas for over 25 years and HAND ON HEART I am not exaggerating when I say the following – Bloomex are THEE MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY, DISHONEST, PATHETIC florist who provided nothing short of THEE WORST florist experience of my life!

Please do 'NOT' - I repeat please do 'NOT' spend your hard earned money on Bloomex (should be called DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX)) for 4 simple reasons:

(1) Your loved one/recipient will 'NOT' be guaranteed to receive the flowers that you order and pay for. Meaning, on the day of your delivery if what you ordered is not in stock at that time Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) will send WHATEVER they choose to REPLACE your order. Thereafter, they will simply expect you to shut up and accept their UNPROFESSIONALISM and UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR.

(2) Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) are not Australian-based. They are based in the Philippines. Meaning, they hire the drivers in Australia but do NOT have direct contact with the drivers. This might not seem like an issue to you prior to your order….but just wait until an issue arises with your order. The Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) phone operators will place all the blame on the delivery drivers here in Australia so that Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) can absolve themselves of all responsibility and accountability. Meaning – NO COMPENSATION for you as the buyer.

(3) If you try and call Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) on (03) 8820 5724, or 1800 451 637, or 1800 905 147 and make a legitimate complaint the most phone operators will say is "I'm really sorry". NO REFUND, NO PARTIAL REFUND AND NO COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER.

(3) A particular male phone operator named JAYCEE or JC is genuinely the MOST DISGUSTING, RUDEST and DISREPECTFUL customer service phone operator I have ever dealt with in ANY COMPANY. This BAD-MANNERED bast#%d JAYCEE (or JC) was laughing with other phone operators within his close proximity while I was making a heartfelt complaint about sending flowers to a loved one who was suffering a serious emotional issue.

Again, 'PLEASE' believe me when I say that I am not amplifying this bad review. It is the 100% TRUTH that Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) will leave you wishing you paid up to $80 more to another florist to save yourself from anxiety and stress.

(4) When ordering flowers from Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) they have an entry field on their end for "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" for the driver. I CLEARLY requested the flowers to "not be left unattended at the delivery address because it is an apartment complex where unattended items have been known to be stolen". I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED that if the flowers are not delivered to the recipient can they please be returned to the company/driver's base. Then I will pay an additional driver fee to have the flowers delivered on another day when the recipient will be home. I then called Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) the day before the delivery to ensure that the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" will be adhered to, which the customer service representative confirmed. Lo and behold on the day of the delivery the so called "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" were recklessly DISREGARDED and the flowers were LEFT UNATTENDED and not received by the recipient.

When I called Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) to mention my legitimate complaint it was the phone operator JAYCEE (or JC) who answered. As mentioned he was the most UNPROFESSIONAL phone operator and ARROGANT basta#d I have SPOKEN TO. He was literally LAUGHING to impress his fellow other phone operators at Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) at my expense. I was pleading for him to please explain why the so-called "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" were not abided by with the flowers that I paid for LEFT UNATTENDED? JAYCEE (or JC) had nothing to say other than ARROGANTLY LAUGHING.

To all potential flower buyers on a budget, I do not have anything at all to gain from leaving this extra long and scathing review other than to FOREWARN all of you to please spend the extra $30-$60 on flowers from ANOTHER FLORIST to save yourself a lot of UNECESSARY AGGRAVATION, STRESS and ANXIETY dealing with this LOWLIFE COMPANY Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX).

Knowing how PATHETIC this FLORIST Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX) is, it is no surprise that they have employed JAYCEE (or JC) who is such an OFFENSIVE and RUDE phone operator whose customer service is DEFINITIVELY INCOMPETENT…….which reflects the misconduct of Bloomex (DOOM-EX, GLOOM-EX, SH#T EX).

If by chance you still do take a chance to save money and buy from this RECKLESS, UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNETHICAL florist please try and AVOID the phone operator named JAYCEE (or JC) if you can help it. Not only is he UTTERLY USELESS at resolving an issue but JAYCEE (or JC) will INSULTINGLY and DISRESPECTFULLY LAUGH at you without a shred of compassion.

Beware terrible company

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I ordered flowers for my Grandmother on the first anniversary of my late Grandfather's passing. The experience was the worst customer service experience I have had and I would give negative stars if it was an option.

I orrdered on flowers on 20 September 2021 for delivery on 23 September 2021. The order was not delivered. No communication was recieved to advise there was an issue or delay with the delivery. There was somebody home all day and the delivery address phone number was never called.

I sent email on 23 September 2021 at 9pm informing the company that the order was not delivered and enquiring why. I received an automatic reply advising I would be contacted with 24 hours. The automatic email also said a customer service desk chat service was available anytime.

I logged into chat service and informed next in que. 20 minutes later I recieved message that the operator would look into it. I recieved no message back after 15 or so minutes. I messaged about dissatisfaction in service. Recieved no response for 15 minutes. I noted my dissatisfaction with chat by giving thumbs down and selected to email chat conversation to myself (I later realised that I never recieved this requested email). I recieved reply on chat after about an hour of originally logging in advising case had been escalated and I would receive a response within 24 hours.

By 6pm the next day had not received any response to my email or chat conversation I called the customer service phone number. The operator advised from her system the delivery driver had said they were unable to deliver the flowers because the business was closed. I informed her that it was a residential address, someone was home all day and that I had given them a telephone number for the delivery address. She said that someone would contact me the next day (despite it being a Saturday) to resolve my issue.

On 25 September 2021 I received an email apologising, advising they would like to rectify the issue by resending the order and asking for me to confirm the delivery address again. There was no indication from the email or the order on my account when the order would be resent. I replied confirming the delivery address and advising I was still disappointed with their service.

I recieved an email on 26 September 2021, informing me that redelivery had been attempted the day before but that it was not possible as nobody could accept the delivery and there was no safe place to leave it. They offered to try to redeliver a third time or give me a store credit.

Although, I had not been advised of the date of the redelivery, there had been somebody home all day and there had been no body attempt delivery or call their number to check if they were home. I sincerely doubt that they even tried to deliver the order.

I sent an email requesting a full refund or I would dispute the payment made with the bank and received an email seeking to confirm that I did want a full refund.

I have used many other delivery services to this address before and they have never had an issue with delivery and have kept me updated with messages or emails on when the delivery was collected and when delivery was made.

This whole negative experience with Bloomex has compounded the grief I already had from the first anniversary of my Grandfather's death. I will never be using this company again and I urge you not to either. There is actually a Facebook group set up for people to post their negative experiences with Bloomex called 'Bloomex Australia Ruined Our Days because the complaint posts to the Bloomex page are deleted.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE DREADFUL!

Do NOT use Bloomex or you will end up stressed and having to go to court to get your money back when they dont deliver till 4 days late!

I ordered 48 long stemmed roses from Bloomex, to arrive at our house on December 11 for our 50th anniversary. They were to be a surprise for my wife, and were to start a sequence of events that included my giving her a gift of 2 more gold covered roses (to make it up to 50 roses) and a picture which I knew she loved. Bloomex have successfully ruined everything and gone even further by ensuring we couldnt go out for two days as we waited for a delivery that never took place.

I rang twice in the weeks before placing the order to ensure that the company delivered to Port Macquarie and that their "Friday special" WOULD arrive on time. I was ASSURED that if I placed my order early enough it would.

I placed my order on Wednesday 2nd December - 9 days before the flowers were required and several days before the cut off date they gave me for delivery to Port Macquarie, and received an acknowledgement of the order for delivery on Friday 11th December. On the order I even allowed an extra day just in CASE (allowing for delivery on 12th) but pointing out anything later was pointless.

On December 9th I contacted the company to again ensure we would get delivery and was AGAIN assured everything was on track and they would arrive on Friday.

On 10th I received an email stating an order status change and I AGAIN contacted Bloomex to be told it was normal practice to send that email and the order was in the system and being actioned.

On December 11th - the day of delivery - I stayed home ALL day to ensure I was there for the delivery and it didnt go astray.

When it hadnt turned up, at 4pm I rang and was again assured the delivery WOULD take place on that day!

It was then she mentioned it was being sent by Fastway, which concerned me and I voiced to her that the local branch was hopeless, but she was CERTAIN the delivery would take place!

It didnt!

On Saturday morning 12th, first thing, I rang Bloomex AGAIN and spoke to the same lady. She seemed unfazed by the non delivery and AGAIN promised the delivery would take place on Saturday.

Knowing the local Fastway arent open on Saturday I wondered HOW that would happen, but she didnt seem to be even remotely worried about it. SO, I stayed home all day AGAIN and all for nothing, because NO delivery arrived!

So not only had they taken my money and failed to fulfill the contract thus ruining a sequence of events that had been set up to commence when the flowers arrived, they also were responsible for two days of stress waiting for the delivery that never took place, and forced me to stay home all day on my anniversary and the day after!

I was not sure if they were merely incompetent or also sadistic and utterly unfeeling! There is NO excuse for non delivery given all the trouble I went to to ensure it DID take place and even less for not checking up when I alerted them to the non delivery - TWICE.

Either they sent the flowers by courier too late or the courier they chose was a bad choice. Either way it was not MY fault they didnt arrive.

First thing on Monday I rang Bloomex and was told there had been a problem with several orders and that my flowers would arrive that morning.

I told them NOT to bother as the occasion they had been required for was now three days past and worse still, the flowers had been collected by the couriers on Thursday afternoon, meaning by Monday morning the FRESH cut flowers were already over 3 and a half days in transit and therefore clearly past their best. I requested a full refund and said I would refuse delivery if it came.

They have refused and offered me 50% refund!

These people are appalling. Not only do they not care that the order didnt arrive, they dont even think they should give the money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE DREADFUL!
