Received anonymous flowers 3 days late - half dead, some already falling. Could not even ring the doorbell and when I finally found the card it was typed on the back of a discount voucher with my daughter's name spelled incorrectly. Would not recommend them - trouble is they use google ads to redirect people away from local businesses.
Ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday, they did not arrive, said would deliver today, still didn't arrive.
Tried calling, answering machine, In Australian, then went to another area, a Canadian answering service, leave name, number and message. No calls received. Have made contact via Live Chat, still waiting for a resolution.
Have requested a refund! There is a Facebook page called Bloomex Sucks, with plenty of angry customers.
Total scam. Ordered on Saturday. Website says it couldn't be delivered the same day - that's fine, I ordered it for 2 days later (Monday). It still hasn't been delivered yet (Wednesday)! Online chat staff didn't even look at my order details and then called me "Belinda" and offered a $25 "credit" instead of the $59 refund requested. Refused to get a manager, no way to escalate complaint.
Very quick service. Easy to use website. I didn't always get my first choice florist, but whoever they found to do the order did a very good job. Both recipients in Edinburgh and London were delighted with their arrangements. One suggestion I would make, particularly for big cities like London, would be to arrange florists by area or postcode rather than name of florist. Makes no sense to be travelling from one side of a city to another. Other than that - excellent. Have used before and will use again. Thanks.
Placed two orders. Both were late! Cards were empty, wrong wine was sent and customer service team are an absolute joke. Refused to refund me and were absolutely rude. Had no apologies for them delivering late! Don't waste you're money or time! Not worth the disappointment!
Flowers left at wrong address, flowers very poor quality, petals falling off, other flowers in bunch crushed, roses bruised, vase does not appear to be hand blown as stated on web site. Certainly would not use this florist again.
Yesterday 31/1/20 I received half a dozen roses from my boyfriend as a gesture of love. He used Bloomex to deliver the flowers to my address. When I received the flowers, I was disappointed to see they were not fresh flowers at all. There were layers of rose petals that were dry, wilted and dead. So I rang their customer service line and I also sent some photos of the flowers via email. The customer service rep told me they were going to ring me back but they never did. They also gave me an excuse-laden email saying that they were harvested in their farm and were "fresh" and "stunning". The responses made me speechless. Therefore, I do not recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Please be aware and spend your money elsewhere. Bloomex is NOT worth it.
Flowers ordered on Sunday still have not arrived and when I enquired where they were I just got lies. Eventually I got notification with Australia Post tracking (yes! Aust Post!) which showed the flowers didn't leave the Victoria warehouse until after my phone call. I am in South Australia and thought they were being delivered from Adelaide. They are apparently still in transit. I placed a second order for a fruit basket which they say they can't deliver until January (it's now 21st Dec) because the couriers are busy. Their website still says next day delivery. No customer service, and no success in getting refund as yet. Do not ever use this company.
I used floraqueen before, but I found Bloomex much more appropriate and easy to use website to order. Bouquet came was pretty as. I loved every single dot of touch with customer service about where my order is. They missed a day, but that doesn't matter - this is MUCH better than if you never got flowers at all.
Ordered for a special birthday present the evening prior to delivery when suddenly unable to travel. Had a superb selection of flowers at differing prices. Chose what we thought would suit and paid online without any issue receiving immediate confirmation. Following lunchtime received a call from our friend who had received her flowers. She was absolutely delighted with the gift and the florists. Will use again in future, superb flowers, service and reasonable price
Excellent fast service, kept me informed, fantastic flowers and chocolates and even a photograph so I could see them before they went. The choice, well illustrated on the website was easy to pick the perfect option. Absolutely could not have asked for more.
A terrible company. Do not use! I spent $80 on a bouquet for a birthday. Not only did the flowers arrive late, they were the wrong flowers, and a tiny bunch at that, after I paid extra to upgrade. I don't understand how a shoddy business like this can still exist, with the market competition that is a million time better than them. Disgusting service and no one is interested in talking to me about my dissatisfaction. Their customer service email bounced back. Stay away!
Your website is clear and easy to use. Hard to make a mistake! The florist I continue to use, Coco in Chester UK, has never let me down; always delivering flowers that go way beyond my expectations and always impress the recipient with beautiful and long lasting arrangements. Given this track-record over the last three or four years of my orders, I would never consider calling anyone else for my floral delivery needs! Cheers to you!
The only positive thing this company does well, appears to be taking your payment. Awful service and pretty below average flowers. Do yourself a favour, find a local florist and contact them direct. I see a lot of the 5* reviews have popped up recently, quite a few from people that don't even live in Australia and have never reviewed anything else in their life. Is it possible that they work there or have been paid to bump up the ratings? Who knows, but do yourself a favour and avoid using this company!
Easy to use, same day delivery and my Mum was thrilled. Going into week two and the flowers are still alive and looking epic. Only one issue, I didn't know when they had arrived and panicked that she would leave her workplace before receiving them, would have been great to have it confirmed that they'd been received as they were a surprise.

Paid for funeral flowers that never arrived. It was so upsetting to see our aunty leave in the hearse and her flowers not even arrive at the church. Tried to contact Bloomex but only automated service. Really crappy service. Save your money and don't use them.

Will definitely use again, very impressed. Well done. You contributed to a beautiful send off for my Mum. The card attached was exactly what I wrote in neat legible handwriting. The flowers on the site were well-organized and easy to view. Especially helpful was being able to see what your gift will look like with the extra bits either included or excluded (bear, chocolates, etc.)
Ordered almost 10 days ago and got confirmation from Bloomex about when to deliver. Today it was not delired according to plan. I tried to call their number but no one picked up the phone also tried their online chat but no response. This is the big scam. I am now in the process of claiming my refund. Dont know how to do it in paypal. I should have checked the product review before i placed any order.
Answer: Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.

Answer: Because they promised delivery on a specific day - but failed miserably when the flowers were delivered TWO DAYS LATER & left outside the property overnight without informing the recipient that they were there.
